Claims (2)
- 複数個の電極板、複数個の電極タブ、分離膜を含む電極組立体を準備する電極組立体準備段階;
銅とアルミニウムを摩擦溶接して電極リードを複数個に製造する電極リード製造段階;
電極タブに銅を溶接する溶接段階;
電極リードにシーリングフィルムを付着するフィルム付着段階;
電極組立体をパウチケースの内部に収容させるものの、アルミニウムがパウチケースの外部に露出するようにパッキングするパッキング段階;
パウチケースの内部に電解液を注入する電解液注入段階;
パウチケースをシーリングしてバッテリーセルを製造するバッテリーセル製造段階;
バッテリーセルを複数個積層させる積層段階;および
前記バッテリーセルでアルミニウムをセンシングバスバーに連結させるセンシングバスバー設置段階を含み、
前記電極リード製造段階は、
銅の一側とアルミニウムの一側を摩擦溶接する摩擦溶接過程;
銅とアルミニウムの摩擦溶接部位に発生した溶接ビードを除去するビード除去過程;
溶接ビードが除去された銅とアルミニウムに対し、第1ヒーティング機を利用して300~400℃の温度で銅を加熱し、第2ヒーティング機を利用して200~300℃の温度でアルミニウムを加熱する熱処理過程;
熱処理された銅とアルミニウムを加圧鍛造する鍛造過程;
第3ヒーティング機を利用して300~400℃の温度で銅を加熱し、第4ヒーティング機を利用して200~300℃の温度でアルミニウムを加熱する第1ヒーティング過程;
鍛造された銅とアルミニウムを圧延する第1圧延過程;
第5ヒーティング機を利用して250~350℃の温度で銅を加熱し、第6ヒーティング機を利用して150~250℃の温度でアルミニウムを加熱する第2ヒーティング過程;
圧延された銅とアルミニウムを再圧延する第2圧延過程;
再圧延された銅とアルミニウムをレベリングするレベリング過程;および
レベリングされた銅とアルミニウムを切断して電極リードを製造するスリッティング過程を含む、
電気自動車用バッテリーモジュール製造方法。 - 前記摩擦溶接過程は、
棒状の銅と棒状のアルミニウムをそれぞれ摩擦溶接機に装着して、銅とアルミニウムを互いに逆方向に1600~2200rpmの回転速度で回転させ、銅とアルミニウムが密着した状態で互いに逆方向に回転する間に密着面方向に7~20ton範囲で加圧力を提供して接合させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリーモジュール製造方法。
