Claims (8)
- 駆動プーリと、
被駆動プーリとを備え、
前記駆動プーリと前記被駆動プーリがエンドレス部材によって接続され、
前記駆動プーリに取り付けられた、それぞれ磁場を有する複数の第1の磁気部材であって、前記駆動プーリの周縁付近に沿って、隣り合う磁気部材と所定間隔で前記駆動プーリの周に渡って隣接配置される複数の第1の磁気部材と、
前記被駆動プーリに取り付けられた、それぞれ磁場を有する複数の第2の磁気部材であって、前記被駆動プーリの周縁付近に沿って、隣り合う磁気部材と所定間隔で前記被駆動プーリの周に渡って隣接配置される複数の第2の磁気部材と、
前記第1の磁気部材の通過によって生じる磁場変化を検出するために配置される第1のセンサと、
前記第2の磁気部材の通過によって生じる磁場変化を検出するために配置される第2のセンサと、
前記第1のセンサからの第1のデータ信号をレシーバへ無線送信可能な第1の送信機と、
前記第2のセンサからの第2のデータ信号を前記レシーバへ無線送信可能な第2の送信機とを備え、
前記レシーバは、第1のデータ信号と第2のデータ信号とを加工し、システムパラメータを計算してユーザへ提供するように構成されていることを特徴とするベルト駆動監視システム。 - 前記エンドレス部材が、ベルトを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト駆動監視システム。
- 前記第1のセンサおよび前記第2のセンサ各々が、ホールセンサを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト駆動監視システム。
- 前記第1の磁気部材の通過によって生じる磁場変化を検出するために配置される第3のセンサと、
前記第2の磁気部材の通過によって生じる磁場変化を検出するために配置される第4のセンサと
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト駆動監視システム。 - 前記第3のセンサおよび前記第4のセンサ各々が、ホールセンサを備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のベルト駆動監視システム。
- 前記第1の送信機が、前記第4のセンサからの第4のデータ信号を前記レシーバへ無線送信可能であり、
前記第2の送信機が、前記第3のセンサからの第3のデータ信号を前記レシーバへ無線送信可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のベルト駆動監視システム。 - 前記システムパラメータが、速度差、滑り率、駆動効率のいずれか1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト駆動監視システム。
- 前記システムパラメータが、速度差、滑り率、駆動効率のいずれか1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のベルト駆動監視システム。
