Description
実施形態1に係るモータ一体型ファン1は、軸流ファンとなっている。モータ一体型ファン1は、吸込口から空気を取り込み、吹出口から空気を吹き出すことで、推進力を発生させる。
次に、図11から図15を参照して、実施形態2に係るモータ一体型ファン60について説明する。なお、実施形態2では、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図11は、実施形態2に係るモータ一体型ファンの軸部に関する一例の説明図である。図12は、実施形態2に係るモータ一体型ファンの変形例に関する部分断面図である。図13は、実施形態2に係るモータ一体型ファンの軸部に関する一例の説明図である。図14は、実施形態2に係るモータ一体型ファンの冷却部に関する一例の説明図である。図15は、実施形態2に係るモータ一体型ファンの空気取込口と空気排出口に関する一例の説明である。

Claims (9)
- 吸込口から空気を吸い込み、吸い込んだ空気を吹出口から吹き出すモータ一体型ファンにおいて、
回転軸の中心に設けられる軸部と、
前記軸部を中心に回転する回転部と、
前記軸部の外周に設けられる外周部と、
前記回転部を回転させるモータと、
前記モータの作動により発熱する発熱部と、
前記発熱部を冷却空気により冷却する冷却部と、を備え、
前記冷却部は、
前記冷却空気を取り込む空気取込口と、
前記冷却空気を排出する空気排出口と、
前記空気取込口から前記発熱部を経て前記空気排出口までに至る冷却流路と、を含み、
前記空気排出口は、前記空気取込口に比して圧力が負圧となる位置に設けられ、
前記発熱部及び前記冷却部は、前記外周部に設けられ、
前記空気取込口は、前記外周部の外周面に設けられ、
前記空気排出口は、前記外周部の外周面に設けられると共に、前記空気取込口に比して前記吸込口側に設けられるモータ一体型ファン。 - 前記冷却流路は、前記空気取込口から前記空気排出口まで直線状となる流路である請求項1に記載のモータ一体型ファン。
- 前記空気取込口は、前記空気排出口に比して開口面積が大きい請求項1または2に記載のモータ一体型ファン。
- 前記空気取込口は、複数の孔を含む請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のモータ一体型ファン。
- 前記空気取込口は、長手方向に延在するスリットを含む請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のモータ一体型ファン。
- 前記空気排出口は、前記空気排出口が形成される部位の表面から突き出して設けられる請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のモータ一体型ファン。
- 滞留する前記冷却空気に流れを付与する空力デバイスを、さらに備え、
前記空力デバイスは、前記空気取込口、前記空気排出口及び前記冷却流路の少なくともいずれかに設けられる請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のモータ一体型ファン。 - 前記発熱部からの熱エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換して、前記空力デバイスに電力を供給する熱電変換素子を、さらに備え、
前記熱電変換素子は、前記発熱部側に設けられる高温部と、前記高温部に比して低温となる部位に設けられる低温部と、を有する請求項7に記載のモータ一体型ファン。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のモータ一体型ファンと、
前記モータ一体型ファンから発生する推力によって移動する機体と、を備える垂直離着陸機。
