Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a first agent for hair deformation treatment, which is used, for example, to deform hair into a desired shape.
Conventionally, a first agent containing a reducing agent is applied to the hair to break the disulfide bonds in the hair, and then a second agent containing an oxidizing agent is applied to the hair to oxidize and re-form the disulfide bonds, thereby reducing the hair. A two-component hair treatment agent (hair shaping agent) is used to fix the hair into a desired shape.
The first agent contains an alkaline agent to swell the hair and promote the penetration and action of the reducing agent. However, when the damaged hair is treated with the first agent containing a reducing agent and an alkaline agent, the hair is damaged due to excessive swelling. Chattering) and hardness (stiffness) occur. This tendency appears more remarkably in the more damaged hair.
Therefore, the hair quality improving agent of Patent Document 1 has a technique of reducing damage to the hair and imparting a lustrous, moist and calm feeling of unity. By doing so, the technology for controlling hair damage at the time of perm treatment is that the treatment agent for hair deformation and the treatment method for hair deformation of the above-mentioned Patent Document 3 can maintain hair deformation while suppressing the decrease in hair strength. , a technique for improving the touch feeling is described. However, these techniques cannot avoid overswelling that occurs during the hair treatment process, and therefore have the problem that hair damage due to overswelling cannot be resolved.
In addition, the hair deformation treatment method of Patent Document 4 causes little damage to the hair, does not impair or improves the elasticity of the hair, and can efficiently deform the hair semi-permanently or permanently. technique is described. However, there is a problem that the hair shape deformation effect is not sufficient.
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned matters, and its object is to reduce hair damage due to swelling caused in the hair treatment process, to be excellent in the effect of deforming the shape of damaged hair, and to make the hair hard after treatment. To provide a first agent for hair deformation treatment that leaves no residue.
In order to achieve the above object, the first agent for hair deformation treatment according to the present invention comprises (A) a keratin fiber reducing substance at a total molar concentration of 0.25 to 1.14 mol / L, (B) one or 0.1 to 10% by mass of two or more acidic substances, (C) water, pH in the range of 1.6 to 4.5, acidity in the range of 0.1 to pH + 0.5, and (B) The acidic substance is one or more selected from citric acid, malic acid, maleic acid, pyrrolidonecarboxylic acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid, levulinic acid, lactic acid, malonic acid, glycolic acid, glutaric acid, adipic acid, and fumaric acid. At least one of an acidic substance and an unspecified acidic substance that is an acidic substance other than the specified acidic substance, wherein the unspecified acidic substance is either phosphoric acid or glyoxylic acid, and the amount of the unspecified acidic substance is 1.0% by mass or less (Claim 1).
In the present invention, there is little hair damage due to swelling that occurs in the hair treatment process, and it is excellent in the effect of changing the shape of damaged hair (damaged hair) and highly damaged hair (severely damaged hair). A first agent for hair deformation treatment that leaves no hardness is obtained.
Embodiments of the present invention are described below.
The first agent for hair treatment of this example can be suitably used as the first agent of the two-agent type hair treatment agent (hair deforming agent), and comprises (A) a keratin fiber reducing substance, ( B) contains one or more acidic substances, and (C) water.
(A) The keratin fiber reducing substance is not particularly limited as long as it is a compound having a reducing action on keratin, which is the structural protein of hair, and a reducing agent that can be used for normal permanent wave treatment or curling treatment is used. can be mentioned.
(A) Specific examples of keratin fiber reducing substances include thioglycolic acid and its salts, cysteine and its salts, acetylcysteine, cysteamine and its salts, thioglycerin, glyceryl thioglycolate, thiolactic acid and its salts, Lactone thiol (butyrolactone thiol) and the like can be mentioned, and these can be used alone or in combination of two or more.
(A) The total molar concentration of the keratin fiber reducing substance is preferably in the range of 0.25 to 1.14 mol/L. When the concentration is less than 0.25 mol/L, the effect of the first agent for hair treatment on damaged hair is deteriorated. This is because hardness remains in the hair afterward.
(B) Specific examples of acidic substances include citric acid, malic acid, maleic acid, pyrrolidonecarboxylic acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid, levulinic acid, lactic acid, malonic acid, glycolic acid, glutaric acid, adipic acid, and fumaric acid. etc., and these can be used alone or in combination of two or more.
(B) The content of the acidic substance is preferably in the range of 0.1 to 10% by mass. If the content is less than 0.1% by mass, excessive swelling of the hair that occurs during the hair treatment process (process after application) using the obtained first hair treatment agent cannot be suppressed, resulting in damage to the hair. If the amount exceeds 10% by mass, the effect of the obtained first agent for hair treatment on damaged hair to deform the shape of the hair is deteriorated.
Here, (B) the acidic substance is selected from citric acid, malic acid, maleic acid, pyrrolidonecarboxylic acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid, levulinic acid, lactic acid, malonic acid, glycolic acid, glutaric acid, adipic acid, and fumaric acid. Contains at least one of one or more specific acidic substances, or unspecified acidic substances (phosphoric acid, glyoxylic acid) that are acidic substances other than the specified acidic substances, and the blending amount of the unspecified acidic substances is 1.0 % or less is preferable. This is due to the efficacy (reducing action of (A)) of the first hair treatment agent as a reducing agent obtained when the blending amount of the unspecified acidic substance (acidic substance other than the specified acidic substance) exceeds 1.0% by mass. This is because there is a concern that the effect of deforming the shape of damaged hair to highly damaged hair will be deteriorated.
Specific examples of (C) water include tap water, ion-exchanged water, distilled water, purified water and natural water, preferably sterilized water. The content of water (C) is not particularly limited, and can be adjusted appropriately according to the purpose of use. etc.
The pH of the first hair treatment agent containing (A) to (C) is preferably in the range of 1.6 to 4.5. This is because, when the pH is lower than 1.6, the effect of the first hair treatment agent as a reducing agent (the reducing action of (A)) is weakened, and the effect of changing the shape of damaged hair is deteriorated. If it exceeds 5, excessive swelling of the hair cannot be suppressed, resulting in damage to the hair. In addition, the measured value in room temperature (25 degreeC) is employ|adopted for pH.
The acidity of the first hair treatment agent containing (A) to (C) is in the range of 0.1 to pH + 0.5 (0.1 or more and the value obtained by adding 0.5 to the pH value or less). is preferable. If it is less than 0.1, excessive swelling of the hair that occurs during the hair treatment process (process after application of the first agent) cannot be suppressed, resulting in damage to the hair, and the pH exceeds +0.5. This is because the effect of the first hair treatment agent as a reducing agent (the reducing action of (A)) is weakened, and the effect of deforming the shape of damaged hair is deteriorated. Here, the acidity refers to the number of mL of 0.1 mol/L-sodium hydroxide solution required to neutralize 1 g of sample.
Summarizing the above, hair damage due to swelling caused in the hair treatment process (application of the first agent) is small, the effect of deforming the shape of damaged hair is excellent, and hardness does not remain on the hair after treatment. To prepare the agent, (A) 0.25 to 1.14 mol/L of keratin fiber reducing substance in total molar concentration, (B) 0.1 to 10 mass of one or more acidic substances %, (C) contains water, has a pH in the range of 1.6 to 4.5, and an acidity in the range of 0.1 to pH + 0.5, and the acidic substance in (B) is citric acid, malic acid, maleic acid , pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid, levulinic acid, lactic acid, malonic acid, glycolic acid, glutaric acid, adipic acid, fumaric acid, or an acidic substance other than the above-mentioned specific acidic substances and the amount of the unspecified acidic substance is 1.0% by mass or less.
In order to achieve the above effects, the molar concentration of (A) the keratin fiber reducing substance is preferably 0.25 to 0.76 mol/L, more preferably 0.6 to 0.76 mol/L. preferable. Similarly, (B) one or more acidic substances are preferably contained in an amount of 0.3 to 2.5% by mass, and the pH is preferably 1.8 to 4.5. Also, the acidity is preferably in the range of 0.1 to 4.3, more preferably in the range of 0.3 to 1.5.
As ingredients other than (A) to (C), the first hair treatment agent contains animal and vegetable oils, amino acids, polymer compounds, ultraviolet absorbers, plant extracts, polypeptides, Proteins, moisturizing agents, organic solvents, silicones, cationic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, chelating agents, pH adjusters, preservatives, fragrances, coloring amounts, etc., that are generally used in cosmetics are suitable. You can declare it.

As shown in Examples 1 to 6, when the total molar concentration of the contained component (A) (reducing agent) is 0.25 to 1.14 mol/L, hair damage due to swelling occurs during hair treatment. Thus, there was obtained a first agent for hair treatment, which has a low amount of hair loss, is excellent in the effect of deforming the shape of hair, and does not cause hardness in the hair after treatment. On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1, since the total molar concentration of component (A) contained was 0.25 mol/L or less, the hair shape deformation effect was not preferable, and in Comparative Example 2, it contained Since the molar concentration of component (A) is 1.14 mol/L or more, there arise problems such as hair damage due to swelling and hardness remaining in the hair after treatment.
As shown in Examples 7 to 14, when 0.1 to 10% by mass of one or two or more acidic substances (B) is contained, the hair is less damaged due to swelling during the hair treatment process, and the hair is treated. Thus, there was obtained a first agent for hair treatment that was excellent in the effect of deforming the shape and did not cause hardness in the treated hair.
On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 3 and 4, since the component (B) (acidic substance) contained was 0.1% by mass or less, the hair was damaged due to swelling during the hair treatment process and the hair remained stiff after treatment. In Comparative Examples 5 and 6, since the amount of the component (B) (acidic substance) contained is 10% by mass or more, the hair shape deformation effect is not preferable.
As shown in Examples 15 to 26, when the pH is in the range of 1.6 to 4.5 and the acidity is in the range of 0.1 to pH + 0.5, hair damage due to swelling caused during hair treatment is less, and the hair is less damaged. Thus, there was obtained a first agent for hair treatment that was excellent in the effect of deforming the shape and did not cause hardness in the treated hair.
As shown in Comparative Examples 7, 10, and 14, the primary hair treatment agent having a pH of less than 1.6 has an unfavorable hair shape deformation effect. As shown in Comparative Example 13, the primary hair treatment agent having a pH of more than 4.5 causes problems such as hair damage due to swelling during the hair treatment process and hardness remaining in the treated hair. As shown in Comparative Examples 8, 9, 11, 12, 15 and 16, the first hair treatment agent having an acidity outside the range of 0.1 to pH + 0.5 has an unfavorable hair shape deformation effect.
As shown in Examples 27-46, (B) the acidic substance is citric acid, malic acid, maleic acid, pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid, levulinic acid, lactic acid, malonic acid, glycolic acid, glutaric acid, adipine Contains at least one of one or more specific acidic substances selected from acid and fumaric acid, or an unspecified acidic substance that is an acidic substance other than the specified acidic substance, and the blending amount of the unspecified acidic substance is 1.0 mass % or less, hair damage due to swelling caused during hair treatment is small, the effect of deforming the shape of hair is excellent, and the hair after treatment does not become stiff. On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 17 and 18, the amount of unspecified acidic substance blended was 1.0% by mass or more, and therefore the hair shape deformation effect was not preferable.
