Description
式中、3CPMは、分単位で示された時間(期間)での身体器官の3CPM周波数活性のレベルの測定値である。
1.身体器官から胃運動性データを取得するために、任意の種類のEGG、又はより具体的には水負荷でのEGGを実行する。
2.データは、3CPM活性のレベル並びにtachygastria(タキガストリア)及びbradygastria(ブラジガストリア)のレベルに関して分析される。
3.データは、収集され、取り込まれ、開発された式を使用して分析されて、活性スコアの結果が提供される。
4.活性スコアは、正常で疾患のない患者の身体器官からのEGGデータに基づいて確立された活性閾値を尺度として計られる。
5.活性スコアのレベルが、決定された治療特異的及び疾患特異的閾値(活性閾値)を上回る(超える)場合には、療法は、成功の高い確率又は低い確率を有するものとして報告される。
6.操作者は、疾患又は胃の障害の状態、及び意図する療法の種類を選択する。
7.操作者は、計算キー/アイコンを作動させる。
8.装置は、所与の障害に対する、治療、及び成功の可能性に関する情報を提供する。

- 特異的な電気信号又は生成電磁場を有する、身体の器官、骨、筋肉、関節又は神経の組織を含む身体組織の障害の成功する治療を予測するための及び身体組織に療法を送達するための方法であって、
前記身体の外部に位置したセンサで、前記身体組織の特異的な電気信号又は電磁場を含む患者の前記身体組織からのエネルギー信号データを取得するステップと、

前記比較が、前記療法が成功する可能性を示す場合には更に、前記制御装置によって、前記制御装置と関連付けられた療法送達装置を制御するステップであって、前記身体組織の正常な電気的又は磁気的なエネルギーレベルを回復させて前記身体組織の治癒をもたらすための前記特定の療法として、前記身体組織との直接的な接続なしで、前記身体組織に電気的又は磁気的なエネルギー形態でエネルギーを送達するように制御するステップを含む方法。 - 前記身体組織は胃であり、前記活性スコア値を計算するステップは、次式、
活性スコア値=-8.299+0.128*(3CPM0分)+0.210*(3CPM10分)+0.074*(3CPM20分)-0.073*(3CPM30分)
を使用することを含み、
式中、3CPMは、分単位の所定の時間での前記胃の3CPM周波数活性のレベルの測定値である請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記分析するステップは、前記活性スコア値を計算するための前記式を実行するために、前記制御装置におけるプロセッサ回路を使用することを含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記療法送達装置を制御するステップは、前記エネルギーを送達するための手持ち式の装置を制御することを含み、該手持ち式の装置は、前記療法送達装置及び前記制御装置を含んでいる請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 特異的な電気信号又は生成電磁場を有する、身体の器官、骨、筋肉、関節又は神経の組織を含む身体組織の障害の成功する治療を予測するための及び身体組織に療法を送達するためのシステムであって、
前記身体の外部に位置されるように構築及び配置され、前記身体組織の特異的な電気信号又は電磁場を含む患者の前記身体組織からのエネルギー信号データを取得する少なくとも1つのセンサと、
前記センサに接続された制御装置であって、1)前記少なくとも1つのセンサからのデータに基づき、線形回帰を用いて前記身体組織の治療の成功に関連する活性スコア値を計算し、2)前記活性スコア値を、正常で疾患のない患者の同じ前記身体組織からの特異的な電気信号又は電磁場を含むエネルギー信号データに基づく、疾患に特異的かつ治療に特異的な閾値と比較し、前記比較に基づいて前記身体組織を治療するための特定の療法が成功する確率を決定するように構築及び配置されたプロセッサ回路を備えた制御装置と、
前記身体組織との直接的な接続なしで、前記身体組織に前記特定の療法として電気的又は磁気的なエネルギー形態でエネルギーを送達し、前記身体組織の正常な電気的又は磁気的なエネルギーレベルを回復させて前記身体組織の治癒をもたらすように構築及び配置された療法送達機構と、
を有するシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、磁気エネルギー信号データ、放射エネルギー信号データ、又は電気エネルギー信号データのうちの少なくとも1つを取得するように構築及び配置されている請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、電極を有する請求項5に記載のシステム。
