Description
10~50mmの長さlを有する管を含み、当該管は4~20mmの内径diを有し、
0.5~6mmの横断面を有する、軸方向に位置するフローボディKを含み、
軸方向に位置するフローボディKと管の内壁との間に配置され、それらにしっかりと接続されている2~6枚の案内羽根Lを含み、
案内羽根Lは、中を流れるガスに半径方向運動成分を付与するように螺旋状に配置されている、デバイスである。
1.羽根の数は3~5であるべきである。
2.軸方向ボディの長さlkの横断面dkに対する比は、2~3であるべきである。
3.案内羽根の背後からガス出口までの長さlaの横断面dkに対する比は、2~4であるべきである。
4.羽根入口表面積FEの羽根出口表面積FAに対する比S(図2参照)は、2.7~3.3であるべきである。
Claims (8)
- 3~20L/分の流量で流れる排煙から粒子、液滴、及び水分を分離するためのデバイスであって、
10~50mmの長さlを有する管を含み、前記管は4~20mmの内径diを有し、
0.5~6mmの直径を有する、軸方向に位置するフローボディKを含み、
前記軸方向に位置するフローボディKと前記管の内壁との間に配置され、それらにしっかりと接続されている2~6枚の案内羽根Lを含み、
前記案内羽根Lは、中を流れるガスに半径方向運動成分を付与するように螺旋状に配置されている、
デバイス。 - 3~5枚の案内羽根Lを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記軸方向フローボディの長さlkの前記軸方向フローボディの直径dKに対する比が2~3である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記案内羽根の後端の流れ方向の長さlaの、軸方向フローボディの直径dKに対する比が、2~4である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記案内羽根は、前記軸方向フローボディの中心軸に向くように、又は中心軸からずれて接続される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記フローボディ及び案内羽根を有する前記管がハウジングと一体化されており、前記ハウジングが粒子、液体、及び/又はガスを分離するための更なるデバイスを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 粒子が繊維フィルターによって分離され、水が超吸収材によって分離され、及び/又はガスが活性炭によって分離される、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 医療用デバイスにおける手術用ガスの排気における排煙粒子及び液滴の分離のための、請求項1~7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のデバイスの使用。
