各ラグの前記クランプ面が、前記段付き厚み部の段に押し付けられるデバイスも提供する。
前記構成要素の結合ユニットであって、バレル、及び前記バレル上のラグのセットを含む結合ユニットを、前記開口部を通して挿入するステップと、
各ラグのクランプ面が、円弧に従う前記壁部の段付き厚み部であり、局所的に最も薄い部分から局所的に最も厚い部分まで延在する段付き厚み部であって、段が前記円弧の局所的に最も厚い端部に向かって上方に傾斜している段付き厚み部に乗り通るように、前記構成要素を回転させるステップとを含む方法であって、
前記ラグが回転後に前記局所的に最も厚い部分と係合されるとき、前記構成要素の頭部が前記製品の壁部に対してクランプされる方法も提供する。
Claims (10)
- 壁部の開口部を通して取り付けるための電気光学的構成要素であって、前記電気光学的構成要素が、
前記壁部の外側に取り付けるための頭部と、
結合ユニットとを含み、
前記結合ユニットが、
前記結合ユニットの頂部にあるフランジと、
前記結合ユニットの前記頂部からバレル端部に向かって延在するバレルとを含み、前記バレルが、前記壁部の前記開口部を通過するように構成され、
前記頭部が、カバー部を有し、前記カバー部が、前記フランジを覆って延在し、光透過窓として機能するように構成され、
前記フランジが、前記電気光学的構成要素と前記壁部との間に圧縮封止部を供給するよう、前記カバー部の領域が、前記フランジと前記壁部との間にクランプされることができるように、前記カバー部を適所に保持するように構成される電気光学的構成要素。 - 前記電気光学的構成要素が、照明要素である請求項1に記載の電気光学的構成要素。
- 前記電気光学的構成要素が、光検出器である請求項1に記載の電気光学的構成要素。
- 前記電気光学的構成要素が、前記壁部に前記電気光学的構成要素を固定するための留め具を更に含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学的構成要素。
- 前記留め具は、前記バレルに形成されるねじ部と協働するように構成されるナットを含む請求項4に記載の電気光学的構成要素。
- 前記留め具が、半径方向外側へ突出するラグのセットを前記頭部と反対側の前記バレル上に含み、各ラグが、前記頭部に面するクランプ面を有する請求項4に記載の電気光学的構成要素。
- 前記ラグが、半径方向内側へ弾性変形可能である請求項6に記載の電気光学的構成要素。
- 前記照明要素が、UV LEDモジュールを含む請求項2に記載の電気光学的構成要素。
- 壁部を有する製品であって、前記壁部が、円形の開口部を備え、前記壁部の第1の側において、前記開口部の半径方向外側に、段付き厚み部のセットを備え、各段付き厚み部が、円弧に従い、局所的に最も薄い部分から局所的に最も厚い部分まで延在する製品と、
請求項6に記載の電気光学的構成要素とを含むデバイスであって、
前記電気光学的構成要素が、前記製品の前記壁部の前記開口部を通して取り付けられ、前記壁部の前記第1の側とは反対側の、前記壁部の第2の側に取り付けられ、
各ラグの前記クランプ面が、前記段付き厚み部の段に押し付けられるデバイス。 - 浄水デバイスを含む請求項9に記載のデバイス。
