Claims (11)
- 加水分解触媒を備える選択的触媒還元システムのための方法であって:
少なくとも1組の測定データを受信するステップ;
前記少なくとも1組の測定データに基づいて前記選択的触媒還元システムの第1,第2及び第3の特性セットを導き出すステップであって,
前記第1の特性セットが,前記選択的触媒還元システムにおける構成部品の状態に関連し,
前記第2の特性セットが,前記選択的触媒還元システムの出力に関連し,
前記第3の特性セットが,モデルの不確実性,センサノイズ,及び/又は前記選択的触媒還元システムに作用する外乱に起因する前記選択的触媒還元システムの入力,状態又は出力における,モデル化されない,又は測定されないバイアス又はスケーリングファクタに関連する,当該ステップ;並びに
前記導き出された前記第1,第2及び第3の特性セットを使用して,前記選択的触媒還元システムを制御するステップ;を備え:
前記第1の特性セットは,各々が前記加水分解触媒における複数の内部状態の1つを記述する複数の第1のパラメータを含み;
前記導き出すステップは,非線形アルゴリズムのセットを使用して前記第1,第2及び第3の特性セットを導き出すステップを含む方法。 - 請求項1に記載された方法であって,前記第1の特性セットは:前記加水分解触媒に蓄積されているイソシアン酸のレベル;前記加水分解触媒に蓄積されているアンモニアのレベル;前記加水分解触媒に蓄積されているDEFのレベル;前記加水分解触媒に蓄積されている固体尿素のレベル;前記加水分解触媒に蓄積されている水のレベル;前記加水分解触媒の内部温度;又は前記レベルの少なくとも1つのプロファイル/分布パラメータ;以上の少なくとも1つを含む,方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載された方法であって,前記第2の特性セットは,前記加水分解触媒の出力に関連する,方法。
- 請求項3に記載された方法であって,前記第2の特性セットは,尿素の量;イソシアン酸の量;アンモニアの量;出力温度;又は前記量又は温度の少なくとも1つのプロファイル/分布ベクトル;以上の少なくとも1つを含む,方法。
- 請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載された方法であって,前記非線形アルゴリズムのセットは:無香カルマンフィルタ;拡張カルマンフィルタ;ムービングホライズン推定器;又は粒子フィルタ;以上の少なくとも1つを含む,方法。
- 請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載された方法であって,前記少なくとも1組の測定データは:DEF投与率;入口温度;入口質量流量;又は少なくとも1種の化合物の入口濃度;以上の少なくとも1つを含む,方法。
- 請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載された方法であって,前記少なくとも1組の測定データは:出口温度;又は少なくとも1種の化合物の出口濃度;以上の少なくとも1つを含む,方法。
- 排出通路内で排出ガスを処理するための選択的触媒還元システムであって:
加水分解触媒;
前記加水分解触媒にDEFを噴射するためのDEF投与ユニット;
請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載された方法を実施するためのコントローラ;並びに,
前記コントローラに接続された複数のセンサ;
を備える,選択的触媒還元システム。 - 請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載された方法を実施するために,コンピュータ読み取り可能な指示の1つ又は複数のシーケンスを含むコンピュータプログラム。
