Claims (8)
- 可動接触子の運動軌跡の外側に所定の間隔で複数配列され、胴部及び前記胴部の一側に延設される脚部を含むグリッドと、
前記脚部が圧入方式で嵌められる収容部を有する固定キャップとを含み、
前記固定キャップの一側には、前記胴部の側面まで延びる結合部が備えられ、前記固定キャップは、両側の脚部をそれぞれ挿入できるように、対称となる一対で設けられ、前記収容部は、前記脚部を囲むように結合され、
前記胴部は、前記固定キャップの前方に露出し、
前記結合部の内側面には、前記グリッドがそれぞれ嵌められるように、隔壁が複数形成され、
前記固定キャップの内壁には、前記隔壁から延びる延長壁が形成されることを特徴とする配線用遮断器のアークチャンバ。 - 前記胴部の両角部には、第1突起部が複数形成され、前記結合部の端部には、前記第1突起部が結合される固定凹部が複数形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器のアークチャンバ。
- 前記胴部の両側面には、前記脚部に隣接する部分に第2突起部が複数形成され、前記結合部には、前記第2突起部が嵌合される固定孔が複数形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器のアークチャンバ。
- 前記第2突起部には、前記脚部に向かって低くなる傾斜部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の配線用遮断器のアークチャンバ。
- 前記第2突起部には、前記胴部に接する両端部に干渉防止凹部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の配線用遮断器のアークチャンバ。
- 前記延長壁の厚さは、前記隔壁の厚さより薄いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器のアークチャンバ。
- 前記隔壁間には、前記脚部を加圧するリブが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器のアークチャンバ。
- 前記脚部の上面には、前記延長壁に接する半球状の突起が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器のアークチャンバ。
