Claims (16)
- チラーで使用されるように適合された遠心圧縮機であって、
入口部分及び出口部分を有するケーシングと、
前記入口部分に配設されたインレットガイドベーンと、
前記インレットガイドベーンの下流に配設され、回転軸を中心に回転可能なシャフトに取り付けられているインペラと、
前記インペラから下流の前記出口部分に配設されたディフューザと、
前記インペラを回転させるために、前記シャフトを回転させるように配置されたモータであって、前記モータは、前記シャフトに取り付けられたロータと、前記ロータの径方向外方に配設されるステータと、を含み、前記ロータと前記ステータとの間に間隙を形成する、モータと、
冷却媒体を前記モータに供給するように位置する入口導管と、前記冷却媒体を前記モータから排出するように位置する出口導管と、を含む、冷却媒体運搬構造体と、
を備え、
前記シャフトは、前記ロータの内側形状とは異なる外側形状を有し、前記シャフトと前記ロータとの間に、前記ロータの軸方向長さより長い、前記シャフトの軸方向長さに沿う少なくとも1つの軸方向通路を形成し、
前記入口導管は、前記ロータを冷却するために、前記間隙及び前記少なくとも1つの軸方向通路を通して前記冷却媒体を供給するように位置し、前記出口導管は、前記間隙及び前記少なくとも1つの軸方向通路から前記冷却媒体を排出するように位置し、
前記シャフトは、前記ロータが配置される第1部分と、前記第1部分より径の大きな、前記シャフトの軸方向において前記ロータに隣接する第2部分と、を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの前記軸方向通路は、前記第1部分及び前記第2部分にわたって延び、
前記少なくとも1つの前記軸方向通路が前記第1部分及び前記第2部分にわたって連続的に延びるように、前記第2部分は、前記シャフトの軸方向において前記第1部分と隣接し、
前記シャフトの前記外側形状は、前記ロータの前記内側形状と異なり、前記シャフトと前記ロータとの間に、前記ロータの前記軸方向長さより長い、前記シャフトの前記軸方向長さに沿う複数の軸方向通路を形成し、
前記シャフトの前記外側形状は、環状部分と、前記環状部分から径方向内方に延在して前記軸方向通路を形成する複数の溝と、を含み、
前記溝は、前記環状部分の周りに円周方向に沿って互いに実質的に等間隔に離間している、
遠心圧縮機。 - 前記溝のそれぞれは、第1の側壁と、前記第1の側壁から円周方向に離間した第2の側壁と、前記第1の側壁及び前記第2の側壁の内側端部を径方向に接続するトラフ壁と、を含む、
請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - それぞれの溝の前記第1の側壁は、軸方向断面で見ると、前記溝の前記第2の側壁に実質的に平行である、
請求項2に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記複数の軸方向通路の総断面積は、軸方向断面で見ると、前記間隙の総断面積よりも大きい、
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記複数の軸方向通路の前記総断面積は、軸方向断面で見ると、前記間隙の前記総断面積のおよそ2倍である、
請求項4に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記冷却媒体は、前記チラーで使用される冷媒である、
請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記冷媒は、低圧冷媒(LPR)である、
請求項6に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記低圧冷媒(LPR)は、R1233zdである、
請求項7に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記冷媒は、低地球温暖化係数(GWP)冷媒である、
請求項6に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記低地球温暖化係数(GWP)冷媒は、R1234ze又はR1234yfである、
請求項9に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記冷却媒体運搬構造体は、ポンプを含まない、
請求項6~10のいずれか一項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記シャフトを回転可能に支持する磁気軸受を更に備える、
請求項6~11のいずれか一項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記磁気軸受は、
前記モータの第1の軸方向端部に配設された第1のラジアル磁気軸受要素と、
前記モータの第2の軸方向端部に配設された第2のラジアル磁気軸受要素と、
前記モータの前記第1の軸方向端部及び前記第2の軸方向端部のうちの一方に配設された第3のアキシャルスラスト磁気軸受要素と、を含む、
請求項12に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記入口導管の少なくとも一部は、前記モータの前記第1の軸方向端部よりも、前記第1の磁気軸受要素又は前記第3の磁気軸受要素のうちの一方に軸方向において近くに配設されている、
請求項13に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記出口導管の少なくとも一部は、前記モータの前記第2の軸方向端部よりも、前記第2の磁気軸受要素又は前記第3の磁気軸受要素のうちの一方に軸方向において近くに配設されている、
請求項13に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記入口導管は、前記ロータを冷却するために前記冷却媒体を前記モータに供給する2つの異なる入口導管を含む、
請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。
