Claims (4)
- 照射方向に沿って光が広がる第1レーザを感光基材の一面に照射するステップと、
照射方向に沿って光が集まる第2レーザを前記感光基材の他面に照射するステップと、を含み、
前記第1レーザおよび前記第2レーザは、前記感光基材上の、前記第1レーザによる光および前記第2レーザによる光が交差する感光領域の任意の位置において、前記第1レーザによる光の進行方向と前記第2レーザによる光の進行方向とのなす交差角が互いに異なる複数のグループが存在するように照射され、
前記感光基材は平面であり、
前記第1レーザを照射するステップにおいて、前記感光基材の幅方向に沿って互いに離隔している複数の位置にそれぞれ、複数の第1レーザが照射されるホログラフィック光学素子の製造方法。 - 前記複数の第1レーザの照射方向が互いに平行である、請求項1に記載のホログラフィック光学素子の製造方法。
- 前記第1レーザを照射するステップにおいて、照射方向が互いに異なる複数の第1レーザが照射され、
前記第2レーザを照射するステップにおいて、照射方向が互いに異なる複数の第2レーザが照射され、
複数の第1レーザのいずれか1つの第1レーザの照射方向と複数の第2レーザのいずれか1つの第2レーザの照射方向とのなす交差角は、他のいずれか1つの第1レーザの照射方向と他のいずれか1つの第2レーザの照射方向とのなす交差角と互いに同一である、請求項1に記載のホログラフィック光学素子の製造方法。 - 前記第1レーザを照射するステップおよび前記第2レーザを照射するステップは、前記感光基材を所定の水平中心線を中心として所定の角度で回転しながら複数回行われる、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のホログラフィック光学素子の製造方法。
