Claims (5)
- パウダーベッド溶融システムのための装置において、
前記パウダーベッド溶融システムから、メタルパウダーを受け取るチャンバであって、前記チャンバは、第1のポートと、第2のポートを有するチャンバと、
前記メタルパウダーの特性を決定するパウダーキャラクタライザであって、前記メタルパウダーの特性は、流動性、汚染の量、印刷履歴または印刷性能のうちの少なくとも一つである、パウダーキャラクタライザと、
前記特性に基づいて、前記メタルパウダーを再使用するかどうかを、決定するコントローラであって、前記コントローラーが前記特性に基づいて、前記メタルパウダーを再使用することを決定した場合、前記第1のポートをオープンし、かつ前記第2のポートを閉じ、また、前記コントローラーが前記特性に基づいて、前記メタルパウダーを再使用しないことを決定した場合、前記第2のポートをオープンし、かつ前記第1のポートを閉じる、コントローラと、
前記メタルパウダーは、再使用されるべきであると、前記コントローラが決定した場合、前記オープンされた第1のポートを介して、前記メタルパウダーをトランスポートし、前記メタルパウダーは再使用およびリサイクルすべきでない、と前記コントローラが決定した場合、前記メタルパウダーを、前記オープンされた第2のポートを介してトランスポートする、パウダートランスポータと、
を備えた、装置。 - 前記第2のポートに結合された、メタルアトマイザーをさらに備え、前記メタルアトマイザーは、前記第2のポートを介して、トランスポートされた前記メタルパウダーを加熱して液体メタルにし、前記液体メタルから新しいメタルパウダーを産出する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記メタルアトマイザーは、さらに、リサイクルした、3次元印刷された構造物を加熱して、液体メタルにし、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記メタルパウダーを浄化する、浄化コンポーネントをさらに備え、前記浄化コンポーネントは、前記第1のポートに結合されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記メタルパウダーと新しいメタルパウダーを受け取る第2のチャンバと、
メタルパウダーに対する、新しいメタルパウダーの比を決定する、投与量コントローラと、
前記比に基づいて、前記第2のチャンバ内で、前記メタルパウダーを、新しいメタルパウダーと混合する混合器と、
を備えた請求項1に記載の装置。
