Claims (3)
- 空中ユーザ装置が、セルの数を示す情報をネットワークから受信することと、
前記空中ユーザ装置が、複数のセルのそれぞれについて、当該セルの無線品質が所定基準を満たすか否かを判断することと、
前記空中ユーザ装置が、無線品質が前記所定基準を満たすセルの数が前記情報によって示されるセルの数以上であると判断した場合、前記空中ユーザ装置の状態を示す情報を前記ネットワークに送信すること、を含む方法。 - 空中ユーザ装置であって、
セルの数を示す情報をネットワークから受信する受信部と、
複数のセルのそれぞれについて、当該セルの無線品質が所定基準を満たすか否かを判断する制御部と、
前記制御部が、無線品質が前記所定基準を満たすセルの数が前記情報によって示されるセルの数以上であると判断した場合、前記空中ユーザ装置の状態を示す情報を前記ネットワークに送信する送信部と、を含む空中ユーザ装置。 - 空中ユーザ装置を制御するプロセッサであって、
セルの数を示す情報をネットワークから受信する処理と、
複数のセルのそれぞれについて、当該セルの無線品質が所定基準を満たすか否かを判断する処理と、
無線品質が前記所定基準を満たすセルの数が前記情報によって示されるセルの数以上であると判断した場合、前記空中ユーザ装置の状態を示す情報を前記ネットワークに送信する処理と、を実行するプロセッサ。
