Description
a.第1の視野を有する人の一部の第1の画像を提供する工程と、
b.その人の外面に対応する表面スキャンを提供する工程と、
c.第1の視野に対応し、かつ第1の視野外に延在する患者の領域を含む、表面スキャンに基づくその人の少なくとも一部の外側輪郭の第2の画像を提供する工程と、
d.外側輪郭の内側の近似画像データを提供してその人の内部の近似画像を生成する工程と、
e.第1の画像からのデータを第1の視野に対応する近似画像の領域に適用して複合画像を作成する工程と、
を含む患者の複合画像を作成するコンピュータを使った方法によって、本発明に従って達成される。
Claims (10)
- a.第1の視野を有する人の一部の第1の画像を提供する工程と、
b.前記人の外面に対応する表面スキャンを提供する工程と、
c.前記第1の視野に対応し、かつ前記第1の視野外に延在する前記患者の領域を含む、前記表面スキャンに基づく前記人の少なくとも一部の外側輪郭の第2の画像を提供する工程と、
d.前記外側輪郭の内側の近似画像データを提供して前記人の内部の近似画像を生成する工程と、
e.前記第1の画像からのデータを前記第1の視野に対応する前記近似画像の領域に適用して複合画像を作成する工程と、
を含む、患者の複合画像を作成するコンピュータを使った方法。 - 前記第1の画像はCBCT画像、例えば分割画像である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記外側輪郭の内側の近似画像データを提供する前記工程は、前記外側輪郭の少なくとも一部の内側の好適な均一な密度値を設定することを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記外側輪郭の内側の近似画像データを提供する前記工程は、前記輪郭の内側に前記患者の体内の骨の位置および密度に関するデータを含めることを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記外側輪郭の内側の近似画像データを提供する前記工程は、前記外側輪郭に対する前記人のCT画像の非剛体レジストレーション、および前記非剛体レジストレーションの前記結果に基づく前記近似画像データの設定を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項4に従属する場合、前記CT画像を前記外側輪郭および前記患者の体内の骨の位置および密度に関する前記データに対して変形可能にレジストレーションする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記外側輪郭の内側の近似画像データを提供する前記工程は、前記外側輪郭に対するアトラス画像の非剛体レジストレーション、および前記非剛体レジストレーションの結果に基づく前記近似画像データの設定を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 好ましくは非一時的記憶手段(25)に記憶されており、コンピュータ(21)で実行された場合に前記コンピュータに請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行させるコンピュータプログラム。
- 患者の近似画像を提供するためのコンピュータシステム(21)であって、前記システムは処理手段(23)を備え、前記コンピュータシステムは、前記コンピュータプログラムが実行された場合に線量計画を実行するように前記処理手段(23)を制御するように請求項8に記載のコンピュータプログラムをそこに記憶しているプログラムメモリ(25)を有するコンピュータシステム(21)。
- 輪郭または患者の体を表している輪郭データを提供するように構成された輪郭スキャン装置をさらに備え、前記プロセッサは前記輪郭データに基づいて前記輪郭のモデルを計算するように構成されている、請求項9に記載のコンピュータシステム。
