Description
・患者の体の第1の部分に対応し、かつ第1の視野を有する3D計画画像を得る工程と、
・第1の視野と比較して少なくとも1つの次元において限られた第2の視野を有する、患者の体の第1の部分の3D分割画像を得る工程と、
・第1の視野に含まれるが第2の視野には含まれない患者の体の少なくとも1つの領域を含むモデルアウトラインを生成する工程と、
・少なくとも前記モデルアウトラインの一部を前記分割画像内に含めつつ前記第2の視野外にある前記モデルアウトラインを変更するように前記モデルアウトラインを前記分割画像に付加して中間画像を得る工程と、
・計画画像のアウトラインと分割画像のアウトラインとの変形レジストレーションを行う工程と、
・変形レジストレーションの結果を用いて、計画画像内の領域からの物質情報を中間画像内の第2の視野外にあるアウトライン化部分の中に含めて複合画像を得る工程と
を含む。
Claims (12)
- 患者の体の少なくとも第1の部分の3D複合画像を得る方法であって、
・前記患者の体の前記第1の部分に対応し、かつ第1の視野を有する3D計画画像を得る工程と、
・前記第1の視野と比較して少なくとも1つの次元において限られた第2の視野を有する、前記患者の体の前記第1の部分の3D分割画像を得る工程と、
・前記第1の視野に含まれるが前記第2の視野には含まれない前記患者の体の少なくとも1つの領域を含むモデルアウトラインを生成する工程と、
・少なくとも前記モデルアウトラインの一部を前記分割画像内に含めつつ前記第2の視野外にある前記モデルアウトラインを変更するように前記モデルアウトラインを前記分割画像に付加して中間画像を得る工程と、
・前記計画画像のアウトラインと前記分割画像のアウトラインとの変形レジストレーションを行う工程と、
・前記変形レジストレーションの結果を用いて、前記計画画像内の領域からの物質情報を前記中間画像内の前記アウトライン化部分の中に含めて複合画像を得る工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記計画画像に基づく統計学的形状モデルアウトラインを前記モデルアウトラインとして使用し、前記モデルアウトラインを前記分割画像に適応する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記モデルアウトラインを前記分割画像に適応するために距離変換に基づくコスト関数を使用する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記モデルアウトラインを前記分割画像に適応する前に、前記計画画像と前記分割画像との剛体レジストレーションを行って前記モデルアウトラインと前記分割画像との最初の重なりを決定する工程を含む、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記複合画像の視野を前記第1の視野に対応させるように前記アウトライン化部分を選択する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記計画画像は前記分割画像よりも早い時点で撮影した前記患者の画像である、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記3D計画画像はCT画像であり、かつ前記分割画像はCTまたはCBCT画像である、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記計画画像はMRI画像であり、かつ前記分割画像はMRI画像である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記物質情報は、密度情報、原子組成および/または解剖学的情報を含む、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- コンピュータに前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行させるように構成されたコンピュータ可読コードを含む、コンピュータを制御するためのコンピュータプログラム製品。
- 担体上の請求項10に記載のコンピュータプログラム製品。
- プロセッサ(33)、データメモリ(34)およびプログラムメモリ(35)を備えたコンピュータシステム(31)であって、前記データメモリは少なくとも1つの計画画像および/または少なくとも1つの分割画像を保持するように構成されており、かつ前記プログラムメモリは、前記コンピュータプログラム製品を使用して前記プロセッサを制御することができるように、請求項10または11に記載のコンピュータプログラム製品を保持するように構成されているコンピュータシステム。
