Description
Claims (9)
- 血管経路に挿入するようにサイズ及び形状が決められた細長い本体であって、前記細長い本体に対して相対的に静止された超音波トランスデューサを有する前記細長い本体を有する、測定装置と、
前記細長い本体の長さに沿って延び、前記細長い本体に対して回転可能である回転駆動部材と、
前記回転駆動部材の遠位部分に結合された光放出器であって、関心領域内の組織に光学パルスを放出する前記光放出器と、
を備える、医療用感知デバイスであって、前記超音波トランスデューサは、
前記光学パルスと組織との相互作用の結果として組織によって生成された音波を受信し、
超音波信号を送信し、
送信された超音波信号に基づく超音波エコー信号を受信する、医療用感知デバイス。 - 前記測定装置と通信する処理エンジンであって、受信した音波及び受信した超音波エコー信号に基づいて前記関心領域の画像を生成するように動作可能な前記処理エンジンをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の医療用感知デバイス。
- 前記処理エンジンと通信するディスプレイであって、前記関心領域の前記画像を視覚的に表示する前記ディスプレイを備える、請求項2に記載の医療用感知デバイス。
- 前記回転駆動部材が前記測定装置の長手軸の周りで前記光放出器を回転させる、請求項1に記載の医療用感知デバイス。
- 前記光放出器が外部光源と通信する、請求項1に記載の医療用感知デバイス。
- 前記測定装置と前記外部光源とを光ファイバが接続する、請求項5に記載の医療用感知デバイス。
- 光学パルスを放出する光源をさらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の医療用感知デバイス
を備える、医療用感知システムであって、
前記光放出器は、前記回転駆動部材の遠位部分に結合され、前記光源から受信した光学パルスを関心領域内の組織に放出する、医療用感知システム。 - 前記光放出器と前記光源との間に延びる光ファイバをさらに備える、請求項7に記載の医療用感知システム。
- 前記光源の動作及び前記回転駆動部材の回転を制御するように動作可能なコントローラをさらに備える、請求項7に記載の医療用感知システム。
