複数のろ板(19)を閉板してろ板(19、19)間にろ過室(22)を形成する工程(S1)と、
ろ板(19)に開口した原液供給孔(24)からろ過室(22)へ薬液を含む液体を凍らせて形成した溶解性の衝撃体(8)と洗浄液を供給する工程(S2)と、
洗浄液をろ過室(22)上部から供給しつつ下部より排出すると共にエアーをろ過室(22)下部から供給しつつ上部より排出し、衝撃体(8)を遊動させてろ布(21)表面に衝撃を与えるようにろ過室(22)を攪拌する工程(S3)と、
ろ過室(22)の衝撃体(8)を溶解する工程(S4)と、
ろ過室(22)から洗浄液を排出する工程(S5)と、を備え
ろ過室(22)から排出される洗浄液を返送しながら工程(S3)及び工程(S5)を行う
