Description
本発明の実施の形態の多孔体は、主成分としてのSiと、Si中に固溶しているGeとを含んでいる。
以下、実施例として、本発明の実施の形態の多孔体を製造し、観察や細孔分布の測定等を行った。
Claims (3)
- 主成分としてのSiと、前記Si中に固溶しているGeとを含み、前記Geを、0.1at%乃至1.9at%含んでいることを特徴とする多孔体。
- さらにMgを含んでいる請求項1記載の多孔体。
- 2000nm以下の細孔分布のピークが10nm乃至700nmである請求項1または2記載の多孔体。
