Claims (11)
- 第1の脚部と、前記第1の脚部に枢着される第2の脚部とを備え、前記第1の脚部及び前記第2の脚部の夫々は、近位部と、遠位端を有する遠位部と、前記遠位端に配置されたポケットとを含む骨切除用器具であって、
前記第1の脚部及び前記第2の脚部の夫々の前記遠位部は、患者の脊椎に装着されたベアリング部材と回転可能に係合するように構成されており、
前記ポケットは、前記ベアリング部材と係合し、かつ前記ベアリング部材とボール含ソケット接合を形成するように構成された内面を有する略半球形状であることを特徴とする骨切除用器具。 - 前記第2の脚部は、単一の軸を中心として前記第1の脚部に枢着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨切除用器具。
- 第1の骨ネジアッセンブリによって受容されるように構成された第1のベアリング部材と、第2の骨ネジアッセンブリによって受容されるように構成された第2のベアリング部材とを更に備え、
前記第1の脚部の前記遠位部は前記第1のベアリング部材に回転可能に係合され、前記第2の脚部の前記遠位部は前記第2のベアリング部材に回転可能に係合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨切除用器具。 - 前記第1の脚部の前記近位部と前記第2の脚部の前記近位部との間に伸長するロック機構を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨切除用器具。
- 第1の脚部と、前記第1の脚部に枢着される第2の脚部とを備え、前記第1の脚部は、近位部と、遠位端を有する遠位部と、前記遠位端内で前記近位部に向かって伸長する第1のポケットとを含む骨切除用器具と、
第1の骨ネジアッセンブリによって受容されるように構成される第1のベアリング部材とを備える骨切除用器具キットであって、
前記第1の脚部の前記遠位端は前記第1のベアリング部材と回転可能に係合し、
前記骨切除用器具は、第1軸及び第2軸を中心にして前記第1のベアリング部材の周りを回転するように構成され、前記第1軸は前記第2軸に直交し、前記第1軸及び前記第2軸の両方は前記第1のベアリング部材と交差することを特徴とする骨切除用器具キット。 - 前記第1のポケットは、前記第1のベアリング部材と係合し、かつ前記第1のベアリング部材とボール含ソケット接合を形成するように構成された内面を有する略半球形状であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の骨切除用器具キット。
- 前記第2の脚部は、単一の軸を中心として前記第1の脚部に枢着されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の骨切除用器具キット。
- 近位部、遠位端を有する遠位部と、前記遠位端内で前記近位部に向かって伸長する第2のポケットとを含む前記第2の脚部と、
第2の椎骨にインプラントされた第2の骨ネジアッセンブリによって受容されるように構成された第2のベアリング部材とを更に備え、
前記第2の脚部の前記遠位部は第1軸及び第2軸を中心にして前記第2のベアリング部材と回転可能に係合し、前記第1軸は前記第2軸に直交し、前記第1軸及び前記第2軸の両方は前記第2のベアリング部材と交差することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の骨切除用器具キット。 - 前記第2のポケットは略半球形状であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の骨切除用器具キット。
- 前記第2のポケットは、前記第2のベアリング部材と係合しかつ前記第2のベアリング部材とボール含ソケット接合を形成するように構成された内面を有する略半球形状であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の骨切除用器具キット。
- レール及び前記レールから延びる複数の歯を有するロック機構を更に備え、前記複数の歯は、前記第1の脚部の前記近位部または前記第2の脚部の前記近位部と係合し、かつ前記第2の脚部の位置に対して固定された空間的相互関係において前記第1の脚部の位置をロックするように構成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の骨切除用器具キット。
