Claims (11)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射システム用の収集圧力管路であって、前記収集圧力管路(1)は流れが通過できる内部(9)を有し、前記収集圧力管路(1)は、少なくとも1つのインジェクタとともに、片側だけ閉鎖された貫流開口部(8)の助けを借りて流れが通過できるように設計され、前記収集圧力管路(1)内に存在する流体は、前記インジェクタの助けを借りて前記内燃機関の燃焼室に噴射され、管状の弾性手段(10)が前記内部(9)に形成される、収集圧力管路において、
前記弾性手段(10)が、流れが通過できるように設計される一方で、管路内壁(15)に当接し、前記貫流開口部(8)から離間され、
前記内部(9)の長手方向軸(14)に沿って延びる前記弾性手段(10)は、その途中の前記収集圧力管路(1)が前記貫流開口部(8)と接続する領域で長手方向軸(14)に間隔(A)をあけて途切れて、さらに前記内部(9)の長手方向軸(14)に沿って延び、
非弾性スリーブ(11)が、前記弾性手段(10)の延びている途中で途切れた領域に対応する前記間隔(A)を形成するために前記内部(9)の前記間隔(A)の領域に配置される
ことを特徴とする収集圧力管路。 - 前記スリーブ(11)が、前記弾性手段(10)及び前記貫流開口部(8)とともに、流れが通過できるように設計される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の収集圧力管路。 - 前記スリーブ(11)が前記収集圧力管路(1)に固定式に接続される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の収集圧力管路。 - 前記スリーブ(11)がその円周にわたってさらなる貫流開口部(12)を有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の収集圧力管路。 - 前記スリーブ(11)が前記貫流開口部(12)の領域に円周方向溝(17)を有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の収集圧力管路。 - 前記収集圧力管路(1)が前記内燃機関に燃料及び/又は水を噴射するように設計され、前記弾性手段(10)が耐燃料性材料から形成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の収集圧力管路。 - 前記弾性手段(10)が環状又は管状に設計される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の収集圧力管路。 - 前記スリーブ(11)が、前記弾性手段(10)に面して形成されたその端部に、直径が最大でも前記手段の内径に等しい受入れリングを有し、前記直径は前記スリーブの外径未満である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の収集圧力管路。 - 前記手段(10)の外径(DAM)が、前記収集圧力管路(1)の内径(DI)に少なくとも等しい
ことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の収集圧力管路。 - 前記スリーブ(11)の外径(DAH)が最大でも前記収集圧力管路(1)の内径(DI)に等しい
ことを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の収集圧力管路。 - 前記インジェクタに通じる出口孔が、レールの内部体積より低い所に又はそれと同じ高さに位置する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の収集圧力管路。
