Claims (1)
- 医薬活性成分としてガランタミン臭化水素酸塩を含有する経口医薬組成物であって、
40~80重量%のマンニトールと、3~20重量%のカルメロース及び、低置換度ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースを含有した口腔内崩壊錠であり、
温度40℃相対湿度70%の条件下で1ヶ月貯蔵したときの錠剤硬度が貯蔵前に対して40%以上の硬度を維持している、経口医薬組成物。
