Description

The present invention relates to a transport trolley for carrying and moving an article, and a structure for fixing the trolley to the inside of a luggage compartment when the article is loaded on a transport vehicle such as a freight vehicle and transported.

For transporting multiple items such as small luggage and products, casters are placed under the bottom plate, and the frame attached to the side of the bottom plate is pushed by hand to push the items placed on the bottom plate or shelf. Transport carts for transportation are used.

Means for connecting transport trolleys and transporting them together when goods to be transported to the same destination are loaded on multiple transport trolleys, or for storing multiple transport trolleys together. As a result, the connecting metal fittings that are bridged and connected between the cross rails of the transport trolleys that are arranged adjacent to each other, or the frame of one transport trolley that is attached and connected to the frame of the other transport trolley that is connected. Connecting metal fittings for connecting the frames of the arranged transport carriages are used (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).

In addition, an elastic belt of an appropriate length is used as a means for fixing the transport trolley to the luggage compartment of a freight vehicle. It is wound around the trolley and fixed.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2005-289249

When a connection fitting formed separately from the trolley is used for connecting the transport trolleys, it is necessary to manage the connection fitting separately from the transport trolley, and there is a problem that handling is troublesome.
If the connecting metal fittings for connecting the transport trolleys are attached to the trolleys, the above-mentioned management complexity does not occur, but the conventional connecting metal fittings are difficult to connect the frames to each other and are simple to operate. Could not connect or disconnect.
Further, when the transport trolley is fixed to the luggage compartment of a freight vehicle by using an elastic belt, the work of winding the elastic belt is complicated, and if the wrapping is loose, the transport trolley may move in the luggage compartment. Therefore, it is necessary to confirm and inspect that the winding is tight, and the winding work takes time, so that it cannot be fixed by a simple operation.

In view of such problems of the prior art, the present invention can connect and separate the transport carts integrally with each other by a simple operation, and can be reliably installed in the luggage compartment of a freight vehicle or the like with one touch. Moreover, it is an object to make it possible to stably fix the transport trolley.
