Description
本特許出願は、2015年11月30日出願の同時係属中国特許出願第2015/10855299.3号の国際特許出願であり、その開示は、参照によりその全体が組み込まれる。
a)上述のような少なくとも1つの無水コハク酸誘導体を含有する活性成分を含む剥離助剤組成物を、回転式クレープ加工シリンダーに塗布するステップと、
b)ペーパーウェブのクレープ加工シリンダーへの効果的な接着のために、ペーパーウェブをクレープ加工シリンダーに押圧するステップと、
c)ドクターブレードを用いてペーパーウェブをクレープ加工シリンダーから取り除くステップと、を含む。
A:18個の炭素原子を有するアルキル鎖を有するアルキル無水コハク酸、オクタデシル無水コハク酸
B:18個の炭素原子を有するアルキル鎖を有するアルキルコハク酸、オクタデシルコハク酸
C:16個の炭素原子を有するアルキル鎖を有するアルキルコハク酸二ナトリウム、ヘキサデシルコハク酸二ナトリウム
D:ホワイトオイル
E:トールオイル脂肪酸
F:水
G:Tween-80、モノオレイン酸ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン
H:脂肪アルコールポリオキシエチレンエーテル、AEO-5
I:48%のNaOH溶液
剥離助剤とクレープ加工接着剤を既定の比率で混合する。結果として得られた混合物(3~5mL)を取り、10cm×20cmの表面が磨かれた鉄板上に堆積させ、その後、膜形成のために100℃に加熱する。幅5cmの綿布切れを水に浸し、その後、鉄板上に広げ、接着圧縮する。105℃のオーブン内で15分間保持した後、布切れを鉄板から180°の角度で引き剥すのに必要な力を、引張試験機を使用して試験した。この力が低下するほど、対応する剥離助剤の引き剥し効果が高い。

Nalco64094:PAE接着剤
クレープ加工接着剤及び上述の4つの剥離助剤を、98%の接着剤と2%の各剥離助剤の比率に従って、それぞれ、4つの混合溶液に製剤化する。異なる剥離助剤の引き剥し力を、同じ試験条件下で上記の引き剥し力試験方法を使用して試験した。
Claims (16)
- 少なくとも1つの無水コハク酸誘導体またはその塩を含む活性成分を含む、ペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤であって、前記無水コハク酸誘導体は、構造式IまたはIIで表される化合物であり、
前記剥離助剤は、前記少なくとも1つの無水コハク酸誘導体、水溶性または水分散性界面活性剤、及び水を含む安定した水性組成物であり、
前記界面活性剤は、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、アルコキシル化アルコール、またはそれらの組み合わせであり、
前記無水コハク酸誘導体と前記界面活性剤との全比率が1重量%~99重量%であり、水の比率が1重量%~99重量%であり、
前記少なくとも1つの無水コハク酸誘導体の前記界面活性剤に対する重量比は、1:0.05~1:20である、ペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤。 - Rが、10~22個の炭素原子を有するアルキル部分またはアルケニル部分である、請求項1に記載のペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤。
- Rが、15~20個の炭素原子を有するアルキル部分またはアルケニル部分である、請求項1に記載のペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤。
- 前記無水コハク酸誘導体またはその塩は、式IまたはIIで表される化合物によって形成された一塩または二塩、及び一価または二価陽イオンから選択される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤。
- 前記無水コハク酸誘導体またはその塩は、二塩である、請求項4に記載のペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤。
- 前記一価または二価陽イオンは、Na+、K+、NH4 +、Mg2+、及びCa2+から選択される、請求項4に記載のペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤。
- 前記一価または二価陽イオンは、Na+、K+、及びNH4 +から選択される、請求項6に記載のペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤。
- 前記無水コハク酸誘導体またはその塩は、ラウリルコハク酸もしくは無水コハク酸、ペンタデシルコハク酸もしくは無水コハク酸、ヘキサデシルコハク酸もしくは無水コハク酸、ヘキサデセニルコハク酸もしくは無水コハク酸、オクタデシルコハク酸もしくは無水コハク酸、オクタデセニルコハク酸もしくは無水コハク酸、ヘキサデシルコハク酸二カリウムもしくは二ナトリウム、オクタデシルコハク酸二カリウムもしくは二ナトリウム、ヘキサデセニルコハク酸二カリウムもしくは二ナトリウム、オクタデセニルコハク酸二カリウムもしくは二ナトリウム、またはそれらの組み合わせである、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤。
- 前記剥離助剤は、安定した水性乳剤、安定した水溶液、または安定した濃縮物である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤。
- 前記剥離助剤は、脂肪酸、レシチン、アルコキシル化アルキルフェノール、または(ポリ)C5~C20アルファ-オレフィンを更に含む、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤。
- 前記剥離助剤は、アルコキシル化脂肪酸を更に含む、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤。
- 前記少なくとも1つの無水コハク酸誘導体またはその塩の前記界面活性剤に対する重量比は、1:0.5~1:10である、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤。
- 前記少なくとも1つの無水コハク酸誘導体またはその塩の前記界面活性剤に対する重量比は、1:0.5~1:5である、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤。
- 前記剥離助剤は、前記少なくとも1つの無水コハク酸誘導体またはその塩、水溶性または水分散性界面活性剤、水、及びpH調節剤からなる、請求項1に記載のペーパーウェブのクレープ加工プロセスで使用される剥離助剤。
- ペーパーウェブをクレープ加工する方法であって、
a)請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の剥離助剤を、回転式クレープ加工シリンダーに塗布することと、
b)前記ペーパーウェブの前記クレープ加工シリンダーへの効果的な接着のために、前記ペーパーウェブを前記クレープ加工シリンダーに押圧することと、
c)ドクターブレードを用いて前記ペーパーウェブを前記クレープ加工シリンダーから取り除くことと、を含む、方法。 - 製紙プロセスでペーパーウェブをクレープ加工するための、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の剥離助剤の使用。
