Claims (13)
- 消費者用の貯蔵装置(10)であって、
a)電気エネルギーを保持可能なエネルギー貯蔵部(12)と、
b)前記貯蔵装置(10)と電気配線網(20)とを接続する電流インタフェース(16)と、
c)前記エネルギー貯蔵部(12)及び前記電流インタフェース(16)の間に配置される電気回路(14)と、
d)トランザクションが分散型の方法で管理、制御又は/及び監視されるのに用いられ、さらなるサーバ装置とともに、分散型のコンピュータネットワーク(52)を構成するサーバ装置(47)とを備え、
前記分散型のコンピュータネットワーク(52)のサーバ装置(47)は、前記トランザクションが、前記分散化されたコンピュータネットワーク(52)の外部からアクセスなしに自動的に実行されるように構成されており、
前記トランザクションは、前記エネルギー貯蔵部を通過するエネルギー量の消費価値又は供給価値を含み、
消費者の電気配線網(20)が家庭の配線網として接続される供給配線網(56)からエネルギーを受け、エネルギーを一時的に貯蔵し、電気配線網(20)に一時的に貯蔵したエネルギーを供給するように構成される
貯蔵装置。 - 前記サーバ装置(47)は、ブロックチェーンのデータブロックを記憶するように構成されるデータ記憶部(50)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の貯蔵装置(10)。
- 前記サーバ装置(47)は、ブロックチェーンのデータブロックを生成するコンピュータプロセッサ(48)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1に記載の貯蔵装置(10)。
- 前記分散型のコンピュータネットワーク(52)のノードであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の貯蔵装置(10)。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵部(12)を制御する制御インタフェース(18)を備え、
前記エネルギー貯蔵部(12)は、中央外部制御手段(58)とのみ通信する前記制御インタフェース(18)のみにより制御されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載の貯蔵装置(10)。 - グリッドオペレーター、エネルギー供給者、及び/又は権限のあるサービスプロバイダのみによってアクセスされ、前記制御インタフェース(18)を介して供給配線網(56)からエネルギーが一時的に貯蔵されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の貯蔵装置(10)。
- 前記サーバ装置(47)は、負荷を切替可能とすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載の貯蔵装置(10)。
- 太陽光発電システムであるエネルギー生成源(62)と接続されるエネルギーインタフェース(60)と接続されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に記載の貯蔵装置(10)。
- プラグ・アンド・プレイ装置であり、ソケット(22)に接続することで起動されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載の貯蔵装置(10)。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵部(12)は、1kW~10kW、好ましくは2kWの貯蔵容量を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1に記載の貯蔵装置(10)。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1に記載の貯蔵装置(10)を2以上備え、サーバ装置を介して分散型のコンピュータネットワーク(52)を形成することを特徴とする貯蔵システム(54)。
- 独占的に制御インタフェース(18)を介して前記貯蔵装置(10)にアクセスする前記中央外部制御手段(58)を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に従属する請求項11に記載の貯蔵システム(54)。
- 分散型のコンピュータネットワーク(52)及び前記中央外部制御手段(58)によって制御される中央制御装置を同時に備えることを特徴とする請求項5に従属する請求項11又は請求項12に記載の貯蔵システム(54)。
