ガス留分(130)及び分解ナフサ流(150)が、第1の分留塔(132)、第2の分留塔(155)及び第3の分留塔(161)のうちの1つ又は複数においてさらに分留されて、エチレン(137)、プロピレン(139)、ブチレン(141)、ベンゼン(163)、トルエン(165)及びキシレン(167)が石油化学供給原料留分として得られる、流動接触分解装置(FCCU)(100)。 - 第1及び第3の反応装置(105、115)は並流反応装置として操作され、第2の反応装置(110)は向流反応装置として操作される、請求項1に記載のFCCU(100)。
- 第3の反応装置(115)が、第1の反応装置(105)より高い毎時質量空間速度(WHSV)で操作され、流動化の乱流領域にある、請求項2に記載のFCCU(100)。
- ガス留分(130)は、第1の分留塔(132)で蒸留されて、エチレン(137)、プロピレン(139)及びブチレン(141)が得られ、分解ナフサ流(150)は、第2の分留塔(155)で分留されて、LCN(157)、MCN(159)及びHCN(169)が得られ、さらに、第2の反応装置(110)が、3か所の供給注入位置を、異なる高さで含み、第2の反応装置(110)中に、HCN(169)は塔頂の注入位置で導入され、LCN(157)は中部の注入位置で導入され、ブチレン(141)は底部の注入位置で導入される、請求項1に記載のFCCU(100)。
- 第1の反応装置(105)中における触媒の油に対する比が、5:1から25:1の範囲内であり、操作温度が550~600℃の範囲内である、請求項1に記載のFCCU(100)。
- 第2の反応装置(110)中における触媒の油に対する比が、10:1から50:1の範囲内であり、操作温度が600~650℃の範囲内である、請求項1に記載のFCCU(100)。
- 第3の反応装置(115)中における触媒の油に対する比が、3:1から10:1の範囲内であり、操作温度が550~580℃の範囲内である、請求項1に記載のFCCU(100)。
- 分留塔及びガス濃縮セクション(125)からの塔底流(190)が、第3の反応装置(115)に送られて、第3の分解生成物流(108)を生成し、塔底生成物はFCCU(100)からの生成物として得られることはない、請求項1に記載のFCCU(100)。
- 第1、第2、及び第3の反応装置(105、110、115)から受け取る廃触媒流(112、117、122)中の廃触媒を再生し、再生触媒の第1、第2、及び第3の流(114、119、124)を提供する再生装置(120)を含む、請求項1に記載のFCCU(100)。
- MCN(159)は、第3の分留塔(161)で分留されて、ベンゼン(163)、トルエン(165)及びキシレン(167)が得られる、請求項4に記載のFCCU(100)。

第3の反応装置(115)中で、塔底流(190)と再生触媒の第3の流(124)とを反応させて、第3の分解生成物流(108)を得る工程;
分留塔及びガス濃縮セクション(125)中で、第1の分解生成物流(104)、第2の分解生成物流(106)、及び第3の分解生成物流(108)の成分を分離して、ガス留分(130)、分解ナフサ流(150)、サイクルカット油流(180)、及び塔底流(190)を生成する工程;及び
第1の分留塔(132)、第2の分留塔(155)及び第3の分留塔(161)のうちの1つ又は複数の中で、ガス留分(130)及び分解ナフサ流(150)を分留して、石油化学供給原料留分としてエチレン(137)、プロピレン(139)、ブチレン(141)、ベンゼン(163)、トルエン(165)及びキシレン(167)を得る工程
