Claims (10)
- エネルギー貯蔵装置の保護システムにおいて、
バッテリーセルの内部状態または外部状態が異常である場合、保護信号を伝送するBMS(Battery Monitoring System);
前記BMSにハードワイヤーで連結されて前記保護信号を受信するPCS(Power Conversion System);および
前記BMSと前記PCSの間に汎用通信線で連結されて前記BMSから前記保護信号を受信した後に前記PCSに前記保護信号を伝送するEMS(Energy Management System)を含み、
前記ハードワイヤーによる通信は、ハードウェアだけで具現され、前記汎用通信線よりも遅延時間が小さく、前記PCSは前記ハードワイヤーまたは前記汎用通信線から前記保護信号を受信する場合、前記エネルギー貯蔵装置をシャットダウンさせる、エネルギー貯蔵装置の保護システム。 - 前記BMSには前記バッテリーセルの内部の異常状態をセンシングする内部センサ部がさらに連結された、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置の保護システム。
- 前記内部センサ部は
前記バッテリーセルの電圧をセンシングする電圧センサ;
前記バッテリーセルの電流をセンシングする電流センサ;または
前記バッテリーセルの温度をセンシングする温度センサを含む、請求項2に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置の保護システム。 - 前記BMSは前記内部センサ部を利用してセンシングした電圧、電流または温度が基準範囲を逸脱する場合、前記ハードワイヤーを通じて前記保護信号を前記PCSに伝送し、前記汎用通信線および前記EMSを通じて前記保護信号を前記PCSに伝送する、請求項2に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置の保護システム。
- 前記BMSには前記バッテリーセルの外部の異常状態をセンシングする外部センサ部がさらに連結され、前記外部センサ部は前記BMSに第2ハードワイヤーを通じて連結された、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置の保護システム。
- 前記外部センサ部は
前記バッテリーセルと前記PCSを連結する電力線に流入したサージ電圧をセンシングするサージ電圧センサ;
前記電力線の地絡電圧をセンシングする地絡電圧センサ;または
前記電力線に設置されたスイッチの接点の状態をセンシングするスイッチ接点センサを含む、請求項5に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置の保護システム。 - 前記BMSは前記外部センサ部を利用してセンシングしたサージ電圧、地絡電圧またはスイッチの接点の状態が基準範囲を逸脱する場合、前記ハードワイヤーを利用して前記保護信号を前記PCSに伝送し、前記汎用通信線および前記EMSを通じて前記保護信号を前記PCSに伝送する、請求項5に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置の保護システム。
- 前記バッテリーセルの外部の異常状態をセンシングする外部センサ部をさらに含み、前記外部センサ部は前記PCSに第2ハードワイヤーを通じて連結された、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置の保護システム。
- 前記外部センサ部は
前記バッテリーセルと前記PCSを連結する電力線に流入したサージ電圧をセンシングするサージ電圧センサ;
前記電力線の地絡電圧をセンシングする地絡電圧センサ;または
前記電力線に設置されたスイッチの接点の状態をセンシングするスイッチ接点センサを含む、請求項8に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置の保護システム。 - 前記PCSは前記外部センサ部を利用してセンシングしたサージ電圧、地絡電圧またはスイッチの接点の状態が基準範囲を逸脱する場合、前記エネルギー貯蔵装置をシャットダウンさせる、請求項8に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置の保護システム。
