Claims (4)
- 内部冷却チャネル(80)を有する翼形部(100)を備える部品(110)の製造方法であって、当該方法が、
液体バインダーを選択的に堆積させて粉末粒子を接合するバインダージェッティング法を含む付加製造法で、溶解可能なセラミック材料鋳型(120,130)を生成するステップと、
溶解可能なセラミック材料鋳型(120,130)で金属材料を鋳造するステップと、
部品(110)を生成するステップと、
溶解可能なセラミック材料鋳型を水で溶解するステップと
を含み、
付加製造法で、溶解可能なセラミック材料鋳型(120,130)を生成するステップが、アルミナ粉、ジルコン粉、リン酸水素ナトリウム及びショ糖を用いて溶解可能なセラミック材料鋳型を印刷することを含み、バインダージェッティング法における液体バインダーとしてリン酸水素ナトリウムを使用し、
溶解可能なセラミック材料鋳型(120,130)を生成するステップが、溶解可能なセラミック材料コアと鋳型の組合せ(130)を生成することを含み、溶解可能なセラミック材料コアと鋳型の組合せ(130)を生成するステップが、コア(120)及び鋳型(140)を共に付加製造法で同時に生成することを含み、溶解可能なセラミック材料鋳型を水で溶解するステップが、溶解可能なセラミック材料コアと鋳型の組合せ(130)を水で溶解することを含む、方法。 - 溶解可能なセラミック材料鋳型(120,130)で金属材料を鋳造するステップが、金属材料を溶解可能なセラミック材料コアと鋳型の組合せ(130)の周りに鋳造することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶解可能なセラミック材料鋳型を水で溶解するステップが、溶解可能なセラミック材料コアと鋳型の組合せ(130)を水で溶解することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶解可能なセラミック材料コアと鋳型の組合せ(130)を溶解するステップが、冷却チャネル(80)及び側壁(60)を部品(110)内に生成することを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
