Claims (7)
- 前面と、

前記前面と前記後面の少なくとも一方の上に配置された少なくとも1つの回折格子であって、前記前面と前記後面の前記少なくとも一方の中心からの複数の距離範囲に対応する複数のゾーンを含み、前記複数のゾーンは、第一の距離範囲に対応する第一のゾーンと、前記中心から前記第一の距離範囲より遠い第二の距離範囲に対応する第二のゾーンと、前記中心から前記第二の距離範囲より遠い第三の距離範囲に対応する繰返しゾーンと、を含み、前記第一のゾーンは、第一の段差高さと、第一の曲率半径と、を有する少なくとも第一のエシェレットを含み、前記第二のゾーンは、第二の段差高さと、前記第一の曲率半径と異なる第二の曲率半径と、を有する少なくとも第二のエシェレットを含み、前記繰返しゾーンは、前記第一のゾーンの前記第一の段差高さと前記第一の曲率半径の両方を有する少なくとも第三のエシェレットを含む、ことを特徴とする、少なくとも1つの回折格子と、
を含んでおり、

を含む、眼科医療機器。 - 前記複数のゾーンは、少なくとも第四のエシェレットと、前記中心から前記第三の距離範囲より遠い第四の距離範囲と、を有する、追加の繰返しゾーンを含み、前記少なくとも第四のエシェレットは前記第二のゾーンの前記少なくとも第二のエシェレットのための前記第二の段差高さと前記第二の曲率半径の少なくとも1つを有する、請求項4に記載の眼科医療機器。
- 前記第三の距離範囲が患者の瞳孔の大きさに基づいて選択される、請求項4に記載の眼科医療機器。

前記眼科レンズの前面と後面の少なくとも一方のためのベースカーブを特定するステップと、
前記前面と前記後面の前記少なくとも一方の前記ベースカーブの上に配置された少なくとも1つの回折格子を提供するステップであって、前記少なくとも1つの回折格子は、中心からの複数の距離範囲に対応する複数のゾーンを含み、前記複数のゾーンは、第一の距離範囲に対応する第一のゾーンと、前記中心から前記第一の距離範囲より遠い第二の距離範囲に対応する第二のゾーンと、前記中心から前記第二の距離範囲より遠い第三の距離範囲に対応する繰返しゾーンと、を含み、前記第一のゾーンは、第一の段差高さと、第一の曲率半径と、を有する少なくとも第一のエシェレットを含み、前記第二のゾーンは、第二の段差高さと、前記第一の曲率半径と異なる第二の曲率半径と、を有する少なくとも第二のエシェレットを含み、前記繰返しゾーンは、前記第一のゾーンの前記第一の段差高さと前記第一の曲率半径の両方を有する少なくとも第三のエシェレットを含む、ことを特徴とする、ステップと、
