The present invention relates to a cap that covers the mouth of a cultivation bottle when cultivating beech mushrooms to adjust the stock shape of the mushrooms and facilitates harvesting, and a method for cultivating the mushrooms using the cap.

Conventionally, when mushrooms are cultivated using a cultivation bottle, the mouth of the cultivation bottle is covered with a cap for the purpose of adjusting the stock shape of the mushroom and facilitating the harvest, as described in the following patent documents. I came.

Due to the characteristics of the cultivation method, beech mushrooms are commercially available as they are packed with medium raw materials such as sawdust and corn hump attached to the stone tip. Since the stone tip part to which the medium raw material is attached cannot be eaten, the pack is labeled as if the stone tip part is removed and cooked. However, even if the stone tip portion is removed in the cooking process, there are inconveniences such as the medium raw material often being mixed into the dish.

Recently, beech mushrooms with the stabs cut off have also been sold. However, it is sold in a state where the stabs are cut and each mushroom is separated. Therefore, it may interfere with actual cooking, for example, it is not suitable for cooking that you want to use in a mass of several mushrooms such as tempura.

Further, since a loss occurs in the edible portion when the stone tip portion is cut on a flat surface, a method of cutting on a chevron surface with the center side raised upward is known. However, even in this case, the strains were separated halfway, and even if the strains were cut into stocks, the strains were broken due to transportation or the like.

Therefore, the inventors of the present invention cut the stone butt portion by cultivating the beech mushroom while hardening the stone butt portion and growing it for a slightly longer time so that the medium raw material does not rise into the mushroom strain. However, we have developed a cultivation method that allows mushrooms to be harvested without breaking apart and without stone sticks. The present application provides the cultivation method and the cultivation tool used for the cultivation.

(1) First Invention In view of the above, the first invention of the present application is a beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap 10 having a tubular member 20 fitted to a wide mouth portion 54 of a cultivation bin 50, and the tubular member. 20 has a large-diameter cylinder portion 22 that covers and fits the edge of the wide-mouthed portion 54 and the outer surface in the vicinity of the end edge, and a first opening 21 having a diameter smaller than that of the large-diameter cylinder portion 22 and is at the center. It has a small-diameter cylinder portion 24 located on the side, a connecting portion 25 for connecting the outer peripheral edge of the large-diameter cylinder portion 22 and the small-diameter cylinder portion 24, and the height of the inner side surface 15 of the small-diameter cylinder portion 24. Is 6 mm or more and 30 mm or less.

The "cylindrical member 20" is a member formed so as to fit into the wide-mouthed portion 54 of the cultivation bin 50 of Bunashimeji mushroom. The tubular member 20 includes two substantially cylindrical portions having different diameters, a large-diameter tubular portion 22 and a small-diameter tubular portion 24, and a connecting portion 25 that connects these portions.

That is, the first opening 21, which is the opening of the small diameter cylinder portion 24, is narrower than the opening of the wide mouth portion 54. Further, in the wide-mouthed portion 54, the upper portion of the annular portion located on the outer peripheral side of the small-diameter tubular portion 24 is regulated by the connecting portion 25. Therefore, the beech mushrooms that grow from the wide-mouthed portion 54 can be tightened by the inner diameter of the small-diameter tubular portion 24. Since the height of the inner side surface 15 of the small-diameter tubular portion 24 is 6 mm or more and 30 mm or less, it is possible to grow the beech mushroom portion 64 at this height.

Here, when the height of the inner side surface 15 is less than 6 mm, there is a high possibility that the medium 60 and the inoculum 61 are still mixed even if the stone tip portion 64 of the grown Bunashimeji is cut. It is also difficult to cut the stab portion 64 so that the stock does not fall apart during transportation. On the other hand, when the height of the inner side surface 15 exceeds 30 mm, the ridge portion 64 becomes unnecessarily long, which leads to a delay in the growing period and an increase in cultivation cost. Therefore, in order to prevent the mixing of the medium 60 and make it possible to easily cut the stone tip portion 64 and not to cause a delay in the growth period, the height of the inner surface 15 should be 6 mm or more and 30 mm or less. Is appropriate.

The lower edge of the inner side surface 15 of the small diameter tubular portion 24 may coincide with the lower surface of the connecting portion 25. However, as long as the height of the inner side surface 15 is secured, the lower edge may protrude downward from the lower surface of the connecting portion 25.

(2) Second Invention In addition to the features of the first invention, the second invention of the present application has an aperture ratio of the first opening 21 of the small diameter tubular portion 24 with respect to the opening of the wide mouth portion 54. Is characterized by being 30% or more and 90% or less.

Here, the "aperture ratio" is the ratio of the opening area. With such an aperture ratio, the stone tip portion 64 of the beech mushroom as a product can be firmly crimped, and as a result, it becomes easy to cut.

(3) Third Invention Further, in addition to the features of the first or second invention, the third invention of the present application is separate from the tubular member 20 and is placed on the tubular member 20. The bowl-shaped member 30 is further provided with a bowl-shaped member 30 to be mounted, and the bowl-shaped member 30 has a second opening 31 having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the small-diameter cylinder portion 24 and an upper portion from the edge of the second opening 31. It is characterized by having a straightening portion 33 that rises like a bowl.

Here, the "bowl-shaped member 30" is a member that is placed on the tubular member 20 and formed so as to spread the strain of Bunashimeji mushroom that grows in a bowl shape. The bowl-shaped member 30 is only placed on the tubular member 20 with the small-diameter cylindrical portion 24 accommodated in the second opening 31, and has no engagement relationship with the tubular member 20, so that it is upward. If you lift it up, you can remove it without any resistance. Therefore, when the growth of Bunashimeji is completed, the stone tip portion 64 can be separated from the cultivation bottle 50 simply by lifting the bowl-shaped member 30.

(4) Fourth Invention Further, in addition to the features of the third invention, the fourth invention of the present application has a tubular straightening cylinder portion 37 protruding upward from the upper end edge of the straightening portion 33. It is characterized by.

That is, in the fourth aspect of the present invention, a straightening cylinder portion 37, which is a non-bowl-shaped tubular portion, is formed above the straightening portion 33, and a strain of Bunashimeji that grows with these straightening portions 33 and the straightening tubular portion 37 is produced. It is supposed to be molded so that it spreads like a bowl.

(5) Fifth Invention In addition to the features of the fourth invention, the fifth invention of the present application has a flange-shaped rib 34 protruding outward from the outer peripheral surface of the straightening cylinder portion 37. It is characterized by.

In the fifth invention, when two or more bowl-shaped members 30 are stacked and stored together, the rib 34 abuts on the upper end of the straightening cylinder portion 37 of the bowl-shaped member 30 located below. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the bowl-shaped members 30 from getting stuck together and being unable to be removed, and the stability when the bowl-shaped members 30 are overlapped is also increased. Further, in automating the process of cutting the stone tip portion of the stock, the rib 34 also improves mechanical properties such as alignment.

(6) Sixth Invention Further, in addition to the features of the first or second invention, the sixth invention of the present application is separate from the tubular member 20 and is placed on the tubular member 20. A bowl-shaped member 30 to be mounted is further provided, and the bowl-shaped member 30 has a second opening 31 having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the small-diameter cylindrical portion 24 and an annular shape around the second opening 31. It has a mounting portion 38 which is a flat portion to be provided and is mounted on the connecting portion 25, and a straightening portion 33 which rises upward from the edge of the mounting portion 38 in a bowl shape. It is a feature.

That is, in the sixth invention, the straightening portion 33 does not stand up directly from the edge of the second opening 31, but forms a bowl shape from the edge of the mounting portion 38 via the mounting portion 38. It is supposed to stand up.

(7) Seventh Invention In addition to the features of the sixth invention, the seventh invention of the present application projects downward from the peripheral edge of the above-mentioned placement portion 38 and covers the outer periphery of the large-diameter cylinder portion 22. It is characterized by having a cylindrical extrapolated portion 35 that surrounds it.

That is, in the seventh invention, when the mounting portion 38 of the bowl-shaped member 30 is mounted on the connecting portion 25 of the tubular member 20, the extrapolated portion 35 of the bowl-shaped member 30 is a tubular member. It is supposed to surround the outer circumference of the large diameter cylinder portion 22 of 20. As a result, the stability when the bowl-shaped member 30 is attached to the tubular member 20 is increased.

(8) Eighth Invention The eighth invention of the present application is a tubular member 20 that is fitted to the wide mouth portion 54 of the cultivation bin 50, and the tubular member 20 that is separate from the tubular member 20 and has the tubular member 20. A beech-meji cultivation bottle cap 10 including a bowl-shaped member 30 placed on the top, wherein the tubular member 20 covers and fits the end edge of the wide-mouthed portion 54 and the outer surface in the vicinity of the end edge. The large-diameter cylinder portion 22, the small-diameter cylinder portion 24 having the first opening 21 having a diameter smaller than that of the large-diameter cylinder portion 22 and located on the center side, the outer peripheral edge of the large-diameter cylinder portion 22, and the small-diameter cylinder portion. The bowl-shaped member 30 has a connecting portion 25 connecting the 24 and an upper cylindrical portion 32 having a second opening 31 having substantially the same shape as the inner diameter of the first opening 21, and the second opening. It has a straightening portion 33 that rises upward from the edge of the portion 31 in a bowl shape, and is placed on the small-diameter cylinder portion 24, and the inner side surface 15 of the small-diameter cylinder portion 24. It is characterized in that the total of the height and the height of the inner side surface 15 of the upper cylinder portion 32 is 6 mm or more and 30 mm or less.

Further, in the wide-mouthed portion 54, the upper portion of the annular portion located outside the small-diameter tubular portion 24 is regulated by the connecting portion 25. Therefore, the beech mushrooms that grow from the wide-mouthed portion 54 can be tightened by the inner diameter of the small-diameter tubular portion 24.

The "bowl-shaped member 30" is a member that is placed on the tubular member 20 and formed so as to spread the strain of Bunashimeji mushroom that grows in a bowl shape. The bowl-shaped member 30 is placed in a state where the upper cylindrical portion 32 is aligned on the small-diameter tubular portion 24, and can be removed without particularly large resistance to the tubular member 20 by lifting it upward. It has become. Therefore, when the growth of Bunashimeji is completed, the stone tip portion 64 can be separated from the cultivation bottle 50 simply by lifting the bowl-shaped member 30.

In the eighth invention, the total height of the inner side surface 15 of the small diameter cylinder portion 24 and the height of the inner side surface 15 of the upper cylinder portion 32 is 6 mm or more and 30 mm or less. It is possible to grow the butt portion 64 to this height. Here, the significance that the total height of these inner side surfaces 15 is 6 mm or more and 30 mm or less is the same as that of the first invention. In the fourth invention, it suffices if this height takes into account not only the height of the small-diameter tubular portion 24 but also the height of the upper tubular portion 32 on the bowl-shaped member 30 side.

The lower edge of the inner side surface 15 of the small diameter tubular portion 24 may coincide with the connecting portion 25. However, as long as the height of the inner side surface 15 is secured, the lower edge may protrude downward from the connecting portion 25.

(9) Ninth Invention In addition to the features of the eighth invention, the ninth invention of the present application is an opening of the first opening 21 of the small diameter tubular portion 24 with respect to the opening of the wide mouth portion 54. The rate is preferably 30% or more and 90% or less.

Here, the "aperture ratio" is the ratio of the opening area. With such an aperture ratio, the stone tip portion 64 of the beech mushroom as a product can be firmly crimped, and as a result, it becomes easy to cut.

(10) Tenth Invention Further, in the tenth invention of the present application, in addition to the features of the third to ninth inventions, the small diameter tubular portion 24 projects upward from the connecting portion 25. It is characterized by.

This protruding portion keeps the bowl-shaped member 30 stable when it is placed, and makes it difficult for the bowl-shaped member 30 to fall even if a slight impact is applied during the work.

(11) Eleventh Invention In addition to the features of the first or second invention, the eleventh invention of the present application is separate from the tubular member 20 and the shoulder portion 53 of the cultivation bottle 50. (13-4) Method 4
After removing the buds on the outer peripheral side in the wide mouth portion 54 through the fungus scraping step and the sprouting step, the tubular member 20 is attached to the cultivation bottle 50 (or a predetermined place on the fungus bed). The bowl-shaped member 30 is also attached to the tubular member 20.

Finally, the stone tip portion 64 of the harvested Bunashimeji mushroom is cut in the middle.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects are obtained.

In other words, in the process of cultivating Bunashimeji, the mushrooms are grown a little longer while hardening the stabs, and the medium is cultivated so that it does not rise into the strain of Bunashimeji. It will be possible to harvest the strain-shaped Bunashimeji mushrooms without contamination with the medium. In addition, since there is no contamination with the medium, the shelf life is improved as compared with the conventional product. Furthermore, since it is possible to save the trouble of cutting and removing the stone tip portion before cooking, the labor force and food hygiene are improved.

Specifically, since the medium is not mixed into the dish, the trouble of cutting the stone tip portion can be saved, and the purchased product can be cooked and eaten with peace of mind without throwing it away.

In addition, by attaching a beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap in the sprouting step, it is possible to suppress the generation of malformed mushrooms due to contact with the polysheet, submersion in water, or drying of the floor surface.

Furthermore, the number of mushroom buds is adjusted by attaching a beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap, and each mushroom becomes a good quality mushroom.

In addition, since the medium does not adhere to the stab portion, the entire product becomes an edible portion, and the adhesion of blue mold, germs, and medium residue generated by the stain on the mouth portion of the cultivation bottle is suppressed.

Further, if the beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap is made of a synthetic resin material, the cultivation material can be washed, which is hygienic and economical because it can be used repeatedly.

In addition, the beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap corrects the beech mushrooms so that they are not distorted below the horizontal, so that the shape can be made constant.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The resin materials mentioned below are merely examples, and other materials may be used as appropriate.

(1) First embodiment (1-1) Cultivation bottle 50
The cultivation bottle 50 is formed by blow molding of polypropylene resin, and as shown in FIG. 1, a thin cylindrical neck 52 is integrally formed at the upper end of an elongated body 51 via a shoulder-shaped shoulder 53. Have. The upper end of the neck 52 is the wide mouth 54.

(1-2) Cylindrical member 20
As shown in FIG. 2, the tubular member 20 of the beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap 10 has a large-diameter tubular portion 22 having a size closely fitted to the outer periphery of the wide-mouth portion 54 of the cultivation bin 50 and its upper surface. The connecting portion 25 corresponding to the above and the small diameter tubular portion 24 protruding upward and located on the center side are integrally formed by injection molding of polypropylene resin. The connecting portion 25 connects the outer peripheral edge of the large-diameter tubular portion 22 and the outer surface of the small-diameter tubular portion 24.

On the inner peripheral surface of the large-diameter tubular portion 22, locking projections 23 protruding inward are evenly arranged at eight locations. When the wide-mouthed portion 54 of the cultivation bottle 50 is press-fitted into the large-diameter tubular portion 22, the upper edge of the wide-mouthed portion 54 comes into contact with the locking projection 23. That is, the large-diameter tubular portion 22 covers and fits the edge of the wide-mouthed portion 54 and the outer surface in the vicinity of the edge.

The small-diameter tubular portion 24 is to be appropriately crimped and hardened by the first opening 21 which is the opening thereof to appropriately crimp the stone-butted portion 64 of the growing beech mushroom. The first opening 21 may have an opening ratio of 30% or more and 90% or less with respect to the opening of the wide mouth portion 54 of the cultivation bottle 50. Further, the height of the inner side surface 15 is 6 mm or more and 30 mm or less, and this height allows the stone tip portion 64 to grow longer than usual.

In the present embodiment, the small-diameter tubular portion 24 protrudes upward from the connecting portion 25, but if the height of the inner side surface 15 can be secured, it protrudes downward from the connecting portion 25. There may be some parts. Further, the lower end thereof may extend downward to the extent that it contacts the surface of the medium 60.

The inner side surface 15 of the small diameter cylinder portion 24 may be not vertical as shown in the figure, but may have a slight taper.

(1-3) Bowl-shaped member 30
Of the beech-meji cultivation bottle cap 10, the bowl-shaped member 30 separate from the tubular member 20 has a short cylindrical shape and has a second opening 31 as an opening thereof. And the straightening portion 33 rising upward from the edge of the extrapolated portion 35 in a bowl shape are integrally formed by injection molding of polypropylene resin. A plurality of ribs 34 protruding outward are equally arranged near the upper end of the outer surface of the straightening portion 33. The ribs 34 are used to prevent the bowl-shaped members 30 from being fitted and stuck when they are stacked and stored, and to increase the stability when the bowl-shaped members 30 are stacked. In automating the process of cutting the ridge portion of the stone, the rib 34 is provided to improve mechanical properties such as alignment. Further, the extrapolation portion 35 has semicircular notches 36 equally arranged at four locations.

The correction section 33 is for shaping the strain of Bunashimeji mushroom. Since the beech mushroom spreads laterally and extends upward in the process of growth, the straightening portion 33 prevents the beech mushroom from overhanging laterally and is adjusted to an appropriate shape as a product.

(1-4) Attaching the bowl-shaped member 30 to the tubular member 20 By attaching the bowl-shaped member 30 to the above-mentioned tubular member 20, the beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap 10 is obtained as shown in FIG.

The outer diameter of the small diameter tubular portion 24 of the tubular member 20 is smaller than that of the second opening 31 (see FIG. 3) of the bowl-shaped member 30. Therefore, the bowl-shaped member 30 can be placed on the tubular member 20 in a state where the extrapolation portion 35 is loosely fitted on the outside of the small-diameter tubular portion 24. At this time, the water accumulated at the bottom of the bowl-shaped member 30 during the growth process of Bunashimeji is discharged through the notch 36 provided in the extrapolation portion 35.

(1-5) Cultivation and harvesting method of Bunashimeji using the beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap 10 An example of the beech mushroom cultivation process using the beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap 10 according to the present embodiment is as follows.

(1-5-1) Mycelial culture step A culture medium 60 prepared in the same manner as in conventional beech mushroom cultivation is filled in a cultivation bottle 50, allowed to cool after sterilization, and then inoculated with an inoculum 61 to form a fungal bed (Fig.). 5). During the culture period, the temperature is kept at 20 to 21 ° C. in the culture room to grow hyphae.

(1-5-2) Mycelial Scraping Step After the above-mentioned mycelial culture step is completed, the mycelial scraping operation is performed in the mycelial scraping room (see FIG. 6). The time when the fungus scraping work is completed is defined as the 0th day of growth.

(1-5-3) Sprouting step At the 0th day of growth, the tubular member 20 is attached to the wide-mouthed portion 54 of the cultivation bottle 50 (see FIG. 7) and transferred to the sprouting chamber. In this state, the room temperature is maintained at about 15 ° C., and the fruiting body primordium 62 is allowed to sprout by allowing it to stand for about 2 weeks while appropriately irradiating it with light from above (see FIG. 8).

(1-5-4) Growth step After the sprouting step is completed, the bowl-shaped member 30 is attached to the tubular member 20 (see FIG. 9) and transferred to the growth chamber. In this state, the room temperature is maintained at about 15 ° C., and the fruiting body primordium 62 is grown by allowing it to stand for about 1 week while appropriately irradiating it with light from above. As a result, the side surface of the fruiting body primordium 62 is restricted by the inner surface shape of the straightening portion 33 of the bowl-shaped member 30, and the bottom shape grows into a bowl shape.

(1-5-5) Harvesting After growing fruiting bodies 63 to a predetermined size by a growing step (see FIG. 10), the cultivation bottle 50 is taken out of the growing room. Then, by lifting the bowl-shaped member 30, the beech mushroom is removed from the medium 60 and harvested (see FIG. 11). Further, the bowl-shaped member 30 is removed (see FIG. 12), and the stone tip portion 64 is cut in the middle (see FIG. 13). As a result, the portion of the stone tip portion 64 to which the medium 60 is attached is removed, and the bottom surface becomes flat. After that, the beech mushrooms are subjected to the packing process.

(1-5-6) Modification example The steps shown in (1-5-1) to (1-5-5) above are merely examples, and the timing of attaching the beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap 10 may be changed as appropriate. good.

For example, in the above step, the tubular member 20 was attached immediately after the fungus scraping step, but this may be after the end of the sprouting step.

Further, the bowl-shaped member 30 may be attached in the step following the step in which the tubular member 20 is attached, or may be attached at the same time when the tubular member 20 is attached.

Alternatively, the bowl-shaped member 30 may not be attached and may be grown until harvest in the state shown in FIG. 7. In this case, the beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap 10 is composed of only the tubular member 20 (see FIG. 14). In the case of this configuration, at the time of harvesting, the beech mushroom is directly grasped and removed from the medium 60.

Further, in the above step, the beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap 10 is attached to the cultivation bottle 50, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a box-shaped culture bed having an area where a plurality of strains can grow can also be used. At that time, the portion where the beech mushrooms are to be grown is scraped as in (1-5-2), and then the tubular member 20 is placed in that portion. 3) The same can be applied to the subsequent steps.

(2) Second embodiment (2-1) Cultivation bottle 50
The cultivation bottle 50 is the same as (1-1) above.

(2-2) Cylindrical member 20
As shown in FIG. 15, the tubular member 20 of the beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap 10 has a large-diameter tubular portion 22 having a size closely fitted to the outer periphery of the wide-mouth portion 54 of the cultivation bin 50 and its upper surface.

On the inner peripheral surface of the large-diameter tubular portion 22, eight locking projections 23 protruding inward are arranged at eight locations and the like.

The straightening portion 33 and the straightening cylinder portion 37 are for adjusting the shape of the strain of Bunashimeji mushroom. Since the beech mushroom spreads laterally and extends upward in the process of growth, the straightening portion 33 and the straightening cylinder portion 37 prevent the beech mushroom from overhanging laterally and are arranged into an appropriate shape as a product. ..

(5-4) Attaching the bowl-shaped member 30 to the tubular member 20 By attaching the bowl-shaped member 30 to the tubular member 20, the beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap 10 as shown in FIG. 30 is obtained.

The outer diameter of the small diameter tubular portion 24 of the tubular member 20 is smaller than that of the second opening 31 (see FIG. 30) of the bowl-shaped member 30.

Cultivation and harvesting of beech mushrooms using the beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap 10 according to the present embodiment can be carried out in the same manner as in (1-5) above.

As shown in FIG. 31, the bowl-shaped member 30 according to the present embodiment can be vertically stacked so that one rib 34 is placed on the other straightening cylinder portion 37. By stacking in this way, when a plurality of bowl-shaped members 30 are stacked and stored, it is possible to prevent the bowl-shaped members 30 from getting stuck together and becoming unable to be removed, and the bowl-shaped members 30 are overlapped with each other. It is also supposed to increase the stability of the event. Further, in automating the process of cutting the stone tip portion of the stock, the rib 34 also improves mechanical properties such as alignment.

Hereinafter, examples of the present invention in comparison with comparative examples using the conventional cap 70 will be described below with photographs.

The beech mushroom cultivation bottle cap 10 according to the embodiment had the shape shown in the first embodiment, and the diameter of the first opening 21 of the tubular member 20 was 48 mm.

The conventional cap 70 according to the comparative example had a shape as shown in FIG. 20 (A). Specifically, the bowl-shaped upper portion 71 and the substantially truncated cone-shaped lower portion 72 having a slightly narrowed diameter downward were integrally molded by injection molding with polypropylene resin. Its lower portion 72 completely covered the neck 52 from the outside and was supported by the shoulder 53.

The cultivation bottle 50 used for cultivation had a shape as shown in FIG. 1. The diameter of the opening of the wide mouth portion 54 was 55 mm. Therefore, the aperture ratio of the first opening 21 of the tubular member 20 to the opening of the wide mouth portion 54 was 76%.

FIG. 20 shows Comparative Examples (A, C) and Examples (B, D) on the 0th day of growth immediately after the fungus scraping step (see (1-5-2) above). Note that (A) and (B) are views of the state in which the cap is attached to the cultivation bottle 50 from the front, and (C) and (D) are views of the state from above. In each case, the inoculum 61 left in a substantially circular shape could be visually recognized near the center of the wide mouth portion 54 of the cultivation bottle 50.

(D)。 FIG. 21 shows Comparative Examples (A, C) and Examples (B, D) on the 13th day of growth. Note that (A) and (B) are views of the fruiting body 63 growing diagonally from above, and (C) and (D) are states in which the cultivation bottles 50 are lined up in the growing room. .. In the comparative example, the fruiting body 63 spread to fill the opening of the wide-mouthed portion 54 (A), whereas in the example, it was found that the fruiting body was restricted within the range of the first opening 21 of the small-diameter tubular portion 24. (B). In the embodiment, the bowl-shaped member 30 is attached in this state (D).

(F)。 FIG. 22 shows Comparative Examples (A, C, E) and Examples (B, D, F) on the 21st day of growth. Note that (A) and (B) are front view of the growing fruiting body 63, (C) and (D) are the states immediately after harvesting, and (E) and (F) are the states immediately after harvesting. This is a view from below of the state of the sporocarp portion 64 immediately after harvesting. In the comparative example, when the cap was lifted and the beech mushroom was harvested, the stone tip portion 64 having a diameter approximately the same as the diameter of the wide mouth portion 54 of the cultivation bottle 50 was taken up together (C, E). Then, the medium 60 was completely adhered to the lower surface of the stab portion 64 (E). On the other hand, in the example, if the bowl-shaped member 30 was lifted, the beech mushroom was harvested as in the comparative example, but the diameter of the stone tip portion 64 was almost the same as that of the small diameter cylinder portion 24 (D, F), and the outer circumference was larger than that. The fruiting body 63 on the side remained in the cultivation bottle 50 (D). Even on the lower surface of the stab portion 64, the medium 60 was slightly observed in the central portion (F).

(D、F)。 FIG. 23 shows a comparative example (A, C, E) and an example (B, D, F) of the state immediately after harvesting. In addition, (A) and (B) are views of the cultivation bottle 50 after harvesting from above. In the comparative example, almost all of the fruiting bodies 63 were removed and the medium 60 was visually recognized on almost the entire surface of the opening (A), whereas in the example, the undeveloped fruiting bodies 63 remained on the outer periphery of the opening. Medium 60 was found only slightly in the central part (B). Further, (C) and (D) are the states immediately after the bowl-shaped member 30 is removed, and (E) and (F) are the strains after the bowl-shaped member 30 is removed. In the comparative example, the lower half of the stab portion 64 was the fruiting body primordium 62 mixed with the medium 60 (C, E), but this was not observed in the examples (D, F).

(E、F)。 FIG. 24 shows a comparative example (A, C, E) and an example (B, D, F) of the state of the stone tip portion 64 after harvesting. In the comparative example, the fruiting body primordium 62 in the lower half of the stab portion 64 could be easily peeled off (A), but a considerable amount of medium was still present on the lower surface of the upper half remaining after the peeling. 60 remained (C). On the other hand, in the example, when the stab portion 64 was cut in the middle (B), no medium 60 was observed on the lower surface of the cut upper half (D). As far as the beech mushrooms were viewed from the front, no significant difference was observed between the comparative examples and the examples (E, F).

FIG. 25 shows a state immediately before shipping as a product, in which a comparative example (left) and an embodiment (right) are juxtaposed. In the plan view (A), the upward perspective (B), and the front view (D), no significant difference was observed in the growth conditions except that the comparative example seemed to have a slightly higher yield. It is considered that the reason why the comparative example seemed to have a slightly higher yield was that the opening of the wide-mouthed portion 54 of the cultivation bottle 50 was regulated by the small-diameter tubular portion 24 in the example, and the diameter was once reduced. On the other hand, in the bottom view (C), the medium 60 was attached in the comparative example, whereas the medium 60 was not attached at all in the example. As a result, in the embodiment, it is not necessary to cut and dispose of the stab portion 64 at the time of cooking, and all of the stab portion 64 including the stab portion 64 can be made into an edible portion.
