Description
The present invention relates to a pouch having excellent opening characteristics.
Conventionally, there is known a standing type pouch that is formed of films on the front surface, the rear surface, and the bottom surface, and is self-supporting by opening the gusset portion formed at the lower portion including the bottom surface (see Patent Document 1).
Many traditional standing pouches have an opening at the top of the bag to allow the contents to be removed. Therefore, the shape and pattern of the upper part of the bag are limited to the design that does not interfere with the opening. Also, since the opening is formed in the upper part of the bag, when removing the contents from the pouch, it is necessary to tilt the pouch so that the opening formed in the upper part of the bag faces downward.
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a pouch that can increase the degree of freedom in designing the upper part and can easily take out the contents.

Further, the pouch of the present invention is characterized in that the first side bottom sealing portion and the second side bottom sealing portion are formed on both side portions.
Further, in the pouch of the present invention, a notch is formed at a position corresponding to the folded portion on one side of the bottom film, and the surface film and the pouch are formed at a position corresponding to the notch. It is characterized in that the back surface film is directly bonded.
According to the present invention, it is possible to increase the degree of freedom in designing the upper part of the bag and to provide a pouch in which the contents can be easily taken out.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view showing a pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention. Further, FIG. 2 is an exploded view showing a laminated film constituting a pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention. The pouch of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 shows a pouch in a state before the contents are filled (a state in which the contents are not filled). The pouch of the present embodiment has a pentagonal shape when viewed from the front, and has a shape obtained by removing the triangular shape of the upper left portion and the upper right portion from the rectangular shape. Further, it has a
As shown in FIG. 1, the pouch of the present embodiment has a substantially pentagonal shape, and seal portions are formed on both side portions and the bottom portion before filling the product. The
(Film composition)
As shown in FIG. 2, the pouch of the present embodiment is composed of three laminated films of a substantially pentagonal
As shown in FIG. 2, the
(Each seal part)
As shown in FIG. 1, the pouch of the present embodiment has a first
The
The side
As described above, the
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view corresponding to line BB shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, in the side
As will be described later, in the present embodiment, each seal portion has an easy peel property, and by utilizing this easy peel property, the second side
The order of forming the seal portions is not particularly limited, but in the present embodiment, first, the two
Subsequently, heat sealing is performed on both sides including both side edges, and the first

(Details of film)
The front surface, the back surface, and the bottom surface of the pouch can be composed of a
Further, the first laminated film may include a plurality of base material layers. A first base material layer and a second base material layer can be provided as the plurality of base material layers. As the first base material layer and the second base material layer, the above materials can be appropriately combined and adopted. For example, polyethylene terephthalate can be used as the outermost first base material layer, and polyamide can be used as the second base material layer which is the inner layer (sealant layer side). The second substrate layer is stretched from one side edge toward the other side edge. As the second base material layer, for example, "Emblem (registered trademark) NC" manufactured by Unitika Ltd. containing MXD (methoxylylenediamine) having excellent barrier properties can be used. Further, as the second base material layer, polyester such as "Emblet (registered trademark) PC" manufactured by Unitika Ltd. or "Emblet (registered trademark) PCBC" manufactured by Unitika Ltd. may be used. The first base material layer and the second base material layer can be laminated by using, for example, a dry laminating method.
The print layer is provided to display the product contents, give an aesthetic impression, and display the cut portion. The printing layer is formed by a printing ink containing a binder and a pigment. The sealant layer is arranged on the innermost side of the first laminated film when the bag is made into a pouch. As the material of the sealant layer, a polyolefin resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and an ethylene-propylene block copolymer can be adopted. In the present embodiment, the sealant layer needs to exhibit easy peeling property. In order to exhibit easy peeling property (easy opening property), the sealant layer may be a mixed resin containing one resin and a resin incompatible with one resin. Examples of such a mixed resin include polyethylene and polypropylene, polyethylene and polybutene, and the like. Further, in order to exhibit easy peeling property (easy opening property), the sealant layer may contain an easily peelable thermoplastic resin. As the easily peelable heat-adhesive resin, a modified polyolefin resin containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer as a main component can be used. Examples of the easily peelable heat-adhesive resin include Mitsui Chemicals Tocello Co., Ltd .: TAF-650C, Toray Film Processing Co., Ltd .: 7601A, Toray Film Processing Co., Ltd .: 9501E, and J-Film Co., Ltd. : SMX and the like can be preferably used. The thickness of the sealant layer is 30 μm or more and 100 μm or less. The sealant layer is preferably unstretched.
The first laminated film may include other layers. The other layer may be provided outside the base material layer, or may be provided between the base material layer and the sealant layer. As the other layer, an appropriate layer is selected according to the required functions such as water vapor and other gas barrier properties and light shielding properties. For example, when the other layer is a gas barrier layer, a vapor deposition layer of a metal such as aluminum, a metal oxide such as aluminum oxide, or an inorganic oxide such as silicon oxide is provided. The thin-film deposition layer may be laminated on the base material layer or may be vapor-deposited on the sealant layer. Alternatively, a metal foil such as aluminum may be provided. In addition, a resin layer having a gas barrier property such as an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), a polyvinylidene chloride resin (PVDC), or an aromatic polyamide such as nylon MXD6 may be provided. Each layer can be laminated by using a dry laminating method, a melt extrusion method, or the like.

The state of opening the pouch will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. 5 and 6 show a state in which the
In FIG. 6, in the
