Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2016-115023

Here, in a large vehicle such as a bus on which a large number of passengers board, a means for widely informing the passengers of an emergency situation has been required. As such a means, there is a means of notifying passengers by making the interior light emit light. It is preferable that the light emission of such an interior light is visible to as many passengers as possible. Regarding the installation environment of the interior light, for example, when the wall part to which the interior light is attached is made of a soft material such as a ceiling inner plate, the interior light can be inserted into the mounting hole of the wall part. It is possible to easily prevent movement such as rotation of the ceiling. However, there are cases where the wall portion at a position easily visible to passengers is made of a hard material without deformation. In such a case, the interior light attached to the wall may rotate or move.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle interior light mounting structure capable of suppressing the movement of the interior light after mounting regardless of the material of the wall portion.

The vehicle interior light mounting structure according to the present invention includes a wall portion provided in the vehicle interior and having a substantially circular mounting hole formed therein, and an interior light mounted in the mounting hole of the wall portion. The interior light has a mounting structure, and the interior light has a main body portion that forms a circle when viewed from the axial direction in which the central axis extends, a light emitting portion provided on one end side of the main body portion in the axial direction, and a main body. It is provided with a hooking claw that is provided on the peripheral surface of the portion and is hooked on the mounting hole at the time of mounting, and a plurality of bending claws that are provided on the peripheral surface of the main body and are bent by being pressed against the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole at the time of mounting. On the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole, there is a first restricting part that regulates the movement of one of the hooking claws and the plurality of flexible claws in the circumferential direction, and any of the hooking claws and the plurality of flexible claws. On the other hand, a second regulatory unit that regulates movement to the other in the circumferential direction is formed.

In the mounting structure of the interior light of the vehicle according to the present invention, the interior light is provided on one end side of the main body portion having a circular shape when viewed from the axial direction in which the central axis extends and the axial direction of the main body portion. A hook claw that is provided on the peripheral surface of the main body and is hooked on the mounting hole at the time of mounting, and a plurality of flexible claws that are provided on the peripheral surface of the main body and are pressed against the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole at the time of mounting. And. Therefore, when the interior light is attached to the wall portion, the hooking claw is hooked on the mounting hole, and the bending claw is pressed against the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole to bend while mounting. Here, on the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole, there is a first restricting portion that regulates the movement of one of the hooking claws and the plurality of flexible claws in the circumferential direction to one side, the hooking claws, and the plurality of flexible claws. A second regulating unit that regulates the movement to the other in the circumferential direction is formed for any of the above. With such a configuration, the first regulating unit can regulate the movement of the interior light in the circumferential direction to one side, and the second regulating unit can regulate the movement of the interior light in the circumferential direction of the other. That is, even if the wall portion is made of a hard material so that the interior light cannot be embedded, the movement of the interior light in the circumferential direction is suppressed by the regulation by each regulation portion. As described above, the movement of the interior light after mounting can be suppressed regardless of the material of the wall portion.

In the vehicle interior light mounting structure according to the present invention, the first regulating portion is formed on the hooking claw and the second regulating portion is formed on the bending claw. For example, when the first regulating portion and the second regulating portion are formed only for the flexible claws, the work of pushing each flexible claw into the mounting hole after hooking the hooking claw to the mounting hole is the work of each regulating portion. It may be difficult to do by interfering with. On the other hand, when the first regulating portion is formed for the hooking claw, after hooking the hooking claw to the mounting hole, the operator can refer to the second regulating portion for only one flexible claw. Since it is sufficient to push it into the mounting hole in consideration of the positional relationship, the work can be easily performed.

In the mounting structure of the interior light of the vehicle according to the present invention, positioning portions are formed on the inner peripheral edge of the mounting holes at a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction so as to project inward in the radial direction to position the main body portion. As a result, the positioning unit can suppress the rattling of the interior light after mounting.

In the mounting structure of the interior light of the vehicle according to the present invention, the first regulating portion is formed with respect to the hooking claw, and the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole is on the opposite side of the first regulating portion with the central axis. A positioning portion is formed at the position, and the positioning portion has a smaller contact area with respect to the peripheral surface of the main body portion than the positioning portion formed at another position. The hook claw is a place where the hook claw is first hooked in the mounting hole at the time of mounting and serves as a fulcrum when the interior light is pushed into the mounting hole. Therefore, when the friction between the positioning portion and the peripheral surface increases at the position on the opposite side farthest from the first restricting portion, that is, the hooking claw, the force required for pushing increases. Therefore, since the positioning portion has a smaller contact area with respect to the peripheral surface of the main body portion than the positioning portion formed at another position, the force required for pushing can be reduced.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a vehicle interior light mounting structure capable of suppressing the movement of the interior light after mounting regardless of the material of the wall portion.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or equivalent elements are designated by the same reference numerals, and duplicate description will be omitted.

FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view showing an interior structure of a vehicle adopting a vehicle interior light mounting structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. The vehicle in the present embodiment means a large vehicle for occupant boarding for a large number of occupants to board. As shown in FIG. 1, a bus is exemplified as a vehicle 150. Therefore, the interior space of the vehicle 150 has a rectangular shape having a longitudinal direction in the front-rear direction.

As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle 150 includes an entrance / exit 101A provided on the front side and an entrance / exit 101B provided near a central position in the front-rear direction. The vehicle 150 mainly includes a driver's seat 102 provided at the front of the room, a plurality of seats 103, and a partition portion 104 provided at the rear of the driver's seat 102. The arrangement of the seats 103 is not particularly limited, but in the layout example shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of seats 103 are arranged along the front-rear direction in the area on the left side of the room, and in the area on the right side of the room. A plurality of seats 103 are arranged along the front-rear direction. There is a space between the row of seats 103 on the left side and the row of seats 103 on the right side. The space is used as a passage for passengers to move or as a space for passengers to get on while standing up.

The driver's seat 102 is provided on the right side in the front part of the room. In the row of seats 103 on the right side, the seat 103 located on the frontmost side is referred to as "seat 103A". At this time, the partition portion 104 is provided between the driver's seat 102 and the seat 103A. An interior light 1 is provided in the partition portion 104. The mounting structure 100 of the interior light 1 of the vehicle 150 according to the present embodiment is applied to the relevant portion.

FIG. 2 shows an example of the mounting position of the interior light 1. FIG. 2 is a view when the partition portion is viewed from the rear to the front. As shown in FIG. 2, the partition portion 104 extends in the vertical direction from the floor surface to the ceiling 110 along the side surface 111 of the vehicle 150. The partition portion 104 includes a panel portion 12 provided on the ceiling side and a handrail portion 11 provided on the lower side of the panel portion 12. The panel portion 12 is a plate-shaped member used for installing signage, advertisements, and the like. Since the panel portion 12 is arranged on the front side of the room and is arranged at a high position, it is a member that passengers can easily see from a wide range of positions in the room. The panel portion 12 has an internal space SP due to the pair of plate-shaped wall portions 10 facing each other in the front-rear direction (see FIG. 3). In the internal space SP of the panel portion 12, wirings such as an interior light 1 and a signage attached to the panel portion 12 are housed.

The interior light 1 is provided on the panel portion 12 of the partition portion 104 on the front side of the interior of the vehicle 150. The interior light 1 is a so-called flasher lamp that emits light when an emergency occurs in the vehicle 150. For example, the interior light 1 emits light at the light emitting unit 2 when an abnormality that makes it difficult for the driver to operate occurs. The interior light 1 may emit light at the timing when the driver abnormality response system is activated. In addition, the interior light 1 may emit light at the timing when the rear-end collision damage mitigation brake system is activated. In the present embodiment, a circular lamp is adopted as the interior lamp 1.

FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing a state of the interior light when it is mounted on the wall and a mounting structure after mounting. 3 (a) is a schematic view showing the interior light and the wall portion before installation, FIG. 3 (b) is a schematic diagram showing the interior light and the wall portion during installation, and FIG. 3 (c) is after installation. It is a schematic diagram which shows the mounting structure in. In FIG. 3, the wall portion 10 is shown as a cross section cut at the center of the mounting hole 50.

As shown in FIG. 3, a substantially circular mounting hole 50 is formed in the wall portion 10. The interior light 1 is mounted on the wall portion 10 in a state of being inserted into the mounting hole 50. The wall portion 10 is made of a material having high rigidity such as a resin plate (for example, an acrylic plate or a vinyl chloride plate) or a metal plate. That is, the wall portion 10 is not a member that is slightly deformed when the interior light 1 is attached because it has flexibility like a ceiling inner plate (for example, made of a material such as a urethane pad), but is rigid. It is a member that does not deform by having. The inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50 is also made of a rigid material. The interior light 1 is mounted so that its central axis CL1 coincides with the central axis of the mounting hole 50. The detailed shape of the mounting hole 50 will be described later. The interior light 1 includes a light emitting unit 2, a main body unit 3, a hooking claw 4, a plurality of flexible claws 6, and a socket unit 7.

The main body portion 3 is a portion forming a circle when viewed from the axial direction in which the central axis CL1 extends (see also FIG. 4). The main body portion 3 has one end portion 3e in the axial direction and the other end portion 3f. The end portion 3e is an end portion on the side opposite to the internal space SP, and the end portion 3f is an end portion on the internal space SP side. Electronic components, wiring, and the like are housed inside the main body 3. The light emitting portion 2 is provided on one end 3e side in the axial direction of the main body portion 3 and is a portion that emits light. The light emitting unit 2 has a circular shape when viewed from the axial direction (see FIG. 2). The light emitting portion 2 has a diameter larger than that of the main body portion 3 and the mounting hole 50. Therefore, the outer peripheral edge of the light emitting portion 2 extends toward the outer peripheral side of the outer peripheral edge of the end portion 3e of the main body portion 3, and in the mounted state, extends toward the outer peripheral side of the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50. For example, the light emitting portion 2 is fitted into the main body portion 3 by a connecting portion 2c protruding from the outer peripheral portion of the main body portion 2a on the central side, and is near the inner peripheral edge of the wall portion 10 at the flange portion 2b on the outer peripheral side from the connecting portion 2c. (See FIG. 7 (b)). When the interior light 1 is attached to the wall portion 10, the main body portion 3 is arranged inside the mounting hole 50 and the internal space SP, and the light emitting portion 2 is placed outside the mounting hole 50 so as to cover the mounting hole 50. Be placed.

The hook claw 4 is provided on the peripheral surface of the main body portion 3 and is a portion that is hooked on the mounting hole 50 at the time of mounting. The hook claw 4 extends radially outward from a predetermined position in the circumferential direction of the peripheral surface 3a. The hook claw 4 is arranged at a position separated from the edge portion of the light emitting portion 2 toward the end portion 3f side in the axial direction. The bending claw 6 is provided on the peripheral surface 3a of the main body portion 3 and bends by being pressed against the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50 at the time of mounting. A plurality of bending claws 6 are provided in the circumferential direction. The plurality of flexible claws 6 and the hook claws 4 are arranged so as to be separated from each other in the circumferential direction. When the operator pushes the interior light 1 into the mounting hole 50, the interior light 1 is pushed in while resisting the elastic force caused by the bending claw 6. When the interior light 1 is pushed into the mounting hole 50 to a certain extent, the bending of the bending claw 6 is partially or completely released, and the original state is restored. As a result, the flexible claw 6 is caught on the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50, so that the interior light 1 is supported by the mounting hole 50. The socket portion 7 is a portion connected to the external connector 70.

Next, a procedure for attaching the interior light 1 to the wall portion 10 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3A, the operator arranges the interior light 1 on the front side of the wall portion 10 so that the end portion 3f of the main body portion 3 faces the mounting hole 50 of the wall portion 10. At this time, the operator takes out the connector 70 from the internal space SP through the mounting hole 50 and connects it to the socket portion 7 (see also FIG. 3B).

Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, the operator tilts the entire interior light 1 diagonally with respect to the wall portion 10, and a part of the hook claw 4 and the main body portion 3 in the vicinity of the hook claw 4. Is inserted into the mounting hole 50. Then, the operator hooks it on the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50. The operator pushes the portion of the main body 3 opposite to the hook claw 4 into the mounting hole 50 with the hook claw 4 as a fulcrum. At this time, since the bending claw 6 bends when it comes into contact with the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50, the operator pushes the interior light 1 while resisting the elastic force caused by the bending claw 6. As a result, as shown in FIG. 3C, the installation of the interior light 1 on the wall portion 10 is completed.

Next, a detailed configuration of the mounting structure 100 of the interior light 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 7. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the mounting structure of the interior light as viewed from the back side of the wall portion. FIG. 5 is a view of the mounting hole as viewed from the front surface side. FIG. 6 is an enlarged perspective view of the flexible claw. FIG. 7A is an enlarged perspective view of the hooking claw, and FIG. 7B is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the mounting structure of the interior light. In the following description, the direction from the light emitting unit 2 toward the main body 3 side in the axial direction will be described as the "height direction D1" which is the direction in which the light emitting unit 2 rises. That is, the position farther from the light emitting unit 2 in the height direction D1 corresponds to the upper (higher) position, and the closer to the light emitting unit 2 corresponds to the lower (lower) position. It should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "high", and "low" here do not mean the vertical positional relationship along the vertical direction. Further, among the circumferential directions around the central axis CL1, the counterclockwise direction is defined as the "rotational direction D2" and the clockwise direction is defined as the "rotational direction D3" when the front side is viewed from the back side. In the following description, the positional relationship between each component of the interior light 1 and each part of the mounting hole 50 will be explained based on the state in which the interior light 1 is completely mounted in the mounting hole 50. do.

As shown in FIG. 4, the main body portion 3 has a peripheral surface 3a and a peripheral surface 3b in order from the light emitting portion 2 side in the height direction D1. The peripheral surface 3a has a larger diameter than the peripheral surface 3b, and the main body is supported by the mounting hole 50 at the position of the peripheral surface 3a. Further, a step portion 3c or a step portion 3d is formed between the upper end portion of the peripheral surface 3a in the height direction D1 and the lower end portion of the peripheral surface 3b in the height direction D1. The step portion 3d is arranged at a position higher than the step portion 3c in the height direction D1. A socket portion 7 is formed in the main body portion 3 at a position overlapping the hooking claw 4 in the circumferential direction and corresponding to the peripheral surface 3b in the height direction D1. The step portion 3d is formed at positions adjacent to the rotation direction D2 side and the rotation direction D3 side of the socket portion 7, respectively. Further, in the circumferential direction, a step portion 3d is formed at a position on the opposite side of the hook claw 4 and the central axis CL. A step portion 3c is formed between the step portion 3d adjacent to the socket portion 7 and the step portion 3d on the opposite side of the hook claw 4.

The hook claw 4 is composed of a piece portion that protrudes in the radial direction from the peripheral surface 3a at a predetermined position in the circumferential direction. As shown in FIG. 7A, the hooking claw 4 has a rectangular plate-like shape extending perpendicularly to the height direction D1. The hook claw 4 includes a main body portion 31, a pressing portion 32, and a stopper portion 33. The main body portion 31 is a plate-shaped portion extending so as to have a longitudinal direction in the radial direction. The main body portion 31 is arranged at a position higher than the back surface of the wall portion 10. The pressing portion 32 is a portion that is inclined downward (toward the wall portion 10 side) on the tip end side of the main body portion 31. The pressing portion 32 is arranged at a position close to or in contact with the back surface of the wall portion 10.

The stopper portion 33 is a portion extending downward from the main body portion 31. The stopper portion 33 is provided so as to extend in the circumferential direction at a position separated from the peripheral surface 3a toward the outer peripheral side and away from the holding portion 32 toward the inner peripheral side (see also FIG. 5). The stopper portion 33 extends from the lower surface of the main body portion 31 to a position lower than the back surface of the wall portion 10 in the height direction D1. The stopper portion 33 is arranged in the groove portion 51 described later of the mounting hole 50, and is a portion that stops the rotational movement of the interior light 1 in the rotational direction D2 by contacting the edge portion of the groove portion 51 in the circumferential direction.

As shown in FIG. 4, the main body 3 is provided with two flexible claws 6. With the hook claw 4 as a reference, the flexible claw 6 provided at a position forming an obtuse angle in the rotation direction D3 is referred to as a flexible claw 6A, and the flexible claw 6 provided at a position forming an obtuse angle in the rotation direction D2 is referred to as a flexible claw 6B. The flexible claws 6A and 6B have the same configuration as each other except that the positions where they are provided are different. The bending claws 6A and 6B are provided at positions corresponding to the stepped portion 3c. As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the flexible claws 6A and 6B are composed of plate-shaped members that draw a right-angled triangular shape when viewed from the circumferential direction. The bending claws 6A and 6B include a main body portion 21, a rising portion 22, a bending portion 23, a stopper portion 24, and an extension portion 26 (see FIG. 6B).

The rising portion 22 is a plate-shaped portion that rises upward from the step portion 3c and extends in the circumferential direction. The main body portion 21 is a plate-shaped portion that is inclined diagonally downward from the upper end portion of the rising portion 22 toward the outer peripheral side and extends in the circumferential direction. The lower end portion of the main body portion 21 is arranged at a position separated from the peripheral surface 3a toward the outer peripheral side and higher than the back surface portion of the wall portion 10. The bent portion 23 is a plate-shaped portion that bends toward the inner peripheral side from the lower end portion of the main body portion 21 and extends in the circumferential direction.

The stopper portion 24 is a portion extending downward from the end portion on the inner peripheral side of the bent portion 23. The stopper portion 24 is provided so as to extend in the circumferential direction at a position separated from the peripheral surface 3a toward the outer peripheral side and separated from the lower end portion of the main body portion 21 toward the inner peripheral side (see also FIG. 5). ). The stopper portion 24 extends from the lower surface of the bent portion 23 to a position lower than the back surface of the wall portion 10 in the height direction D1. The ends of the bent portion 23 and the stopper portion 24 on the rotation direction D2 side are notched. The stopper portion 24 of the flexible claw 6A is arranged in the groove portion 52 described later of the mounting hole 50, and presses the edge portion by abutting with the edge portion of the groove portion 52 in the radial direction. Further, the stopper portion 24 of the flexible claw 6A is a portion that stops the rotational movement of the interior light 1 in the rotational direction D3 by abutting on the edge portion of the groove portion 52 in the circumferential direction. The stopper portion 24 of the flexible claw 6B is arranged in the groove portion 53 described later of the mounting hole 50, and presses the edge portion by abutting with the edge portion of the groove portion 53 in the radial direction.

As shown in FIG. 6B, the extension portion 26 is a plate-shaped portion extending from the upper end portion of the stopper portion 24 toward the inner peripheral side. The extension portion 26 is provided only at a portion of the stopper portion 24 corresponding to a part near the end portion in the rotation direction D3. Here, an opening 73 is formed on the peripheral surface 3a of the main body 3 at a position corresponding to the flexible claws 6A and 6B (see also FIG. 5). The extension portion 26 extends to the inside of the opening 73 and bends downward on the distal end side. The bent portion of the extension portion 26 extends at least to a position lower than the back surface of the wall portion 10 (see also FIG. 5). The portion on the tip end side of the extension portion 26 is not connected to other portions and is a free end portion.

When the interior light 1 is attached to the mounting hole 50, the interior light 1 is pushed into the mounting hole 50 while the main body 21 of the flexible claws 6A and 6B is in contact with the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50. At this time, the main body portion 21 bends toward the inner peripheral side with the upper end portion of the rising portion 22 as a fulcrum. At this time, by moving the tip portion of the extension portion 26 so as to enter the opening portion 73, the vicinity of the lower end portion of the main body portion 21, the bent portion 23, and the stopper portion 24 move toward the inner peripheral side. Then, when the bent portion 23 comes out of the mounting hole 50, the bent portion 23, the stopper portion 24, and the extension portion 26 move to the outer peripheral side near the lower end portion of the main body portion 21 due to the restoring force. As a result, the stopper portion 24 comes into contact with the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50 while pressing it (the state shown in FIG. 6). At this time, since the lower end portion and the bent portion 23 of the main body portion 21 are arranged on the outer peripheral side of the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50, the bending claws 6A and 6B may fall off from the mounting hole 50 of the interior light 1. Be prevented.

The configuration of the mounting hole 50 will be described with reference to FIG. Note that FIG. 5 shows a cross section of the interior light 1 at a height position corresponding to the back surface of the wall portion 10. However, the cross section of the internal structure of the main body 3 is omitted, and only the outer case of the main body 3 is shown. Further, the central axis CL1 of the interior light 1 is arranged so as to coincide with the center point serving as the reference point of the mounting hole 50. Therefore, the circle drawn by the peripheral surface 3a of the main body 3 can be regarded as a reference circle virtually set for the mounting hole 50. Therefore, in the following description, the shape of the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50 will be described with reference to the peripheral surface 3a which is a reference circle.

As shown in FIG. 5, groove portions 51, 52, 53 and positioning portions 54, 56, 57 are formed on the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50. The groove portion 53 is provided at a position corresponding to the flexible claw 6B. The positioning portion 54 is provided at a position opposite to the groove portion 51 with the central axis CL1 interposed therebetween, that is, at a position corresponding to the region between the flexible claw 6A and the flexible claw 6B. The positioning portion 56 is provided at a position corresponding to the region between the hooking claw 4 and the bending claw 6A. The positioning portion 57 is provided at a position corresponding to the region between the hooking claw 4 and the bending claw 6B.

As described above, the stopper portion 33 is arranged in the groove portion 51 (see FIG. 7A). The groove portion 51 includes a peripheral edge portion 51a, an edge portion 51b, and an edge portion 51c. The peripheral edge portion 51a extends in the circumferential direction so as to face the peripheral surface 3a at a position separated from the peripheral surface 3a of the main body portion 3 toward the outer peripheral side. The peripheral edge portion 51a is provided at a position corresponding to the stopper portion 33 in the circumferential direction, and has a shape extending linearly in accordance with the plate-shaped stopper portion 33. The peripheral edge portion 51a is formed at substantially the same position as the outer peripheral surface of the stopper portion 33. The circumferential length of the peripheral edge portion 51a is at least longer than the circumferential length of the stopper portion 33. The edge portion 51b extends from the end portion of the peripheral edge portion 51a on the rotation direction D2 side toward the inner peripheral side. The edge portion 51b is substantially perpendicular to the peripheral edge portion 51a. The end portion on the inner peripheral side of the edge portion 51b is arranged on the inner peripheral side of the inner peripheral surface of the stopper portion 33 at a position separated from the peripheral surface 3a toward the outer peripheral side in the radial direction. The end edge portion 51c extends from the end portion of the peripheral edge portion 51a on the rotation direction D3 side toward the inner peripheral side. The edge portion 51c is inclined at an obtuse angle with respect to the peripheral edge portion 51a. The end portion on the inner peripheral side of the edge portion 51c is arranged on the inner peripheral side of the inner peripheral surface of the stopper portion 33 at a position separated from the peripheral surface 3a toward the outer peripheral side in the radial direction. In the mounted state, the stopper portion 33 is arranged at a position closer to the edge portion 51b than the edge portion 51c.

As described above, the stopper portion 24 of the flexible claw 6A is arranged in the groove portion 52 (see FIG. 6B). The groove portion 52 includes a peripheral edge portion 52a, an edge portion 52b, and a peripheral edge portion 52c. The peripheral edge portion 52a extends in the circumferential direction so as to face the peripheral surface 3a at a position separated from the peripheral surface 3a of the main body portion 3 toward the outer peripheral side. The peripheral edge portion 52a is provided at a position corresponding to the stopper portion 24 of the flexible claw 6A in the circumferential direction, and has a shape extending linearly in accordance with the plate-shaped stopper portion 24. The peripheral edge portion 52a is formed at a position on the inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper portion 24 in a state where the bending is released. As a result, the peripheral edge portion 52a comes into contact with the stopper portion 24 in a state where the bending claw 6A is bent. The circumferential length of the peripheral edge portion 52a is at least longer than the circumferential length of the stopper portion 24. The edge portion 52b extends from the end portion of the peripheral edge portion 52a on the rotation direction D3 side toward the inner peripheral side. The edge portion 52b is substantially perpendicular to the peripheral edge portion 52a. The end portion on the inner peripheral side of the edge portion 52b is arranged on the inner peripheral side of the inner peripheral surface of the stopper portion 24 in the radial direction and at a position separated from the peripheral surface 3a toward the outer peripheral side. The peripheral edge portion 52c extends from the end portion of the peripheral edge portion 52a on the rotation direction D2 side so as to draw an arc in the circumferential direction toward the rotation direction D2 side. In the mounted state, the stopper portion 24 is arranged at a position closer to the edge portion 52b than the peripheral edge portion 52c.

As described above, the stopper portion 24 of the flexible claw 6B is arranged in the groove portion 53 (see FIG. 6A). The groove portion 53 includes a peripheral edge portion 53a, an edge portion 53b, and a peripheral edge portion 53c. The peripheral edge portion 53a extends in the circumferential direction so as to face the peripheral surface 3a at a position separated from the peripheral surface 3a of the main body portion 3 toward the outer peripheral side. The peripheral edge portion 53a is provided at a position corresponding to the stopper portion 24 of the flexible claw 6B in the circumferential direction, and has a shape extending linearly in accordance with the plate-shaped stopper portion 24. The peripheral edge portion 53a is formed at a position on the inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper portion 24 in a state where the bending is released. As a result, the peripheral edge portion 53a comes into contact with the stopper portion 24 in a state where the bending claw 6B is bent. The circumferential length of the peripheral edge portion 53a is at least longer than the circumferential length of the stopper portion 24. The edge portion 53b extends from the end portion of the peripheral edge portion 53a on the rotation direction D2 side toward the inner peripheral side. The edge portion 53b extends so as to form an obtuse angle with respect to the peripheral edge portion 53a. The edge portion 53b is arranged at a position separated from the stopper portion 24 in the circumferential direction. The end portion on the inner peripheral side of the edge portion 53b is arranged on the inner peripheral side of the inner peripheral surface of the stopper portion 24 in the radial direction and at a position separated from the peripheral surface 3a toward the outer peripheral side. The peripheral edge portion 53c extends from the end portion of the peripheral edge portion 53a on the rotation direction D3 side so as to draw an arc in the circumferential direction toward the rotation direction D3 side. In the mounted state, the stopper portion 24 is arranged at a position closer to the edge portion 53b than the peripheral edge portion 53c.

The edge portion 51b of the groove portion 51 functions as a first regulating portion 80 that regulates the movement of the hook claw 4 in the rotational direction D2 in the circumferential direction. That is, the first regulating unit 80 is formed with respect to the hooking claw 4, and restricts the movement of the hooking claw 4 in the rotation direction D2 to limit the movement range of the entire interior light 1 in the rotation direction D2. ing. The edge portion 52b of the groove portion 52 functions as a second regulating portion 81 that regulates the movement of the flexible claw 6A in the rotational direction D3 in the circumferential direction. That is, the second regulating portion 81 is formed with respect to the flexible claw 6A, and restricts the movement of the flexible claw 6A in the rotation direction D3, thereby limiting the movement range of the entire interior light 1 in the rotation direction D3. ing.

In the mounted state, the stopper portion 33 is arranged at a position in contact with or close to the first regulating portion 80. On the other hand, the first restricting portion 80 restricts the movement of the stopper portion 33 in the further rotation direction D2 by abutting against the edge portion of the stopper portion 33 on the rotation direction D2 side. In the mounted state, the stopper portion 24 of the flexible claw 6A is arranged at a position in contact with or close to the second restricting portion 81. On the other hand, the second restricting portion 81 restricts the movement of the stopper portion 24 in the further rotation direction D3 by abutting against the edge portion of the stopper portion 24 on the rotation direction D3 side.

From the viewpoint of workability, the first regulating portion 80 and the second regulating portion 81 are positioned so as to allow a slight rotation with respect to the stopper portion 33 and the stopper portion 24 of the flexible claw 6A so as not to be caught during mounting. Have been placed. That is, in a state where the stopper portion 33 is in contact with the first regulating portion 80, the stopper portion 24 is slightly separated from the second regulating portion 81. The separation distance is smaller than the distance between the stopper portion 24 of the flexible claw 6B and the edge portion 53b. In a state where the stopper portion 24 of the flexible claw 6A is in contact with the second regulating portion 81, the stopper portion 33 is slightly separated from the first regulating portion 80. The separation distance is smaller than the distance between the stopper portion 24 of the flexible claw 6B and the edge portion 53b.

The positioning portions 54, 56, and 57 are portions that project inward in the radial direction at three positions in the circumferential direction to position the main body portion 3. The positioning portions 54, 56, 57 may be in contact with the peripheral surface 3a of the main body portion 3 after mounting, but it is not always necessary to be in contact with the peripheral surface 3a, and the peripheral portion is within the range of the dimensional tolerance. It may be in close proximity to the peripheral surface 3a so that a slight gap is formed between the surface 3a and the peripheral surface 3a. For example, even if a slight gap is formed between the positioning portion 54 and the peripheral surface 3a when the vehicle 150 is stopped, the main body portion 3 may move to the positioning portion 54 side due to vibration during traveling or the like. In such a case, the positioning portion 54 abuts on the peripheral surface 3a to receive the main body portion 3 so as to prevent the main body portion 3 from moving significantly, and the main body portion 3 can be kept within a predetermined area. The same function can be obtained for the other positioning portions 56 and 57. As a result, the main body portion 3 is positioned by the positioning portions 54, 56, 57.

The positioning portion 54 is formed at a position approximately 180 ° from the positions of the groove portion 51 having the first regulating portion 80 and the stopper portion 33, that is, at a position opposite to the central axis CL1. The positioning portion 54 is formed between the end portion of the peripheral edge portion 52c of the groove portion 52 in the rotation direction D2 and the end portion of the peripheral edge portion 53c of the groove portion 53 in the rotation direction D3. The positioning portion 54 has a curved shape so that the tip thereof forms an arc shape. In this case, the positioning portion 54 comes into contact with the peripheral surface 3a at the tip portion of the arc portion. As described above, the positioning portion 54 has a smaller contact area with respect to the peripheral surface 3a of the main body portion 3 than the positioning portions 56 and 57 formed at other positions. The contact area is the area when the positioning portion 54 comes into contact with the peripheral surface 3a. When a slight gap is formed between the peripheral surface 3a of the main body 3 after mounting and the positioning portion 54 due to dimensional tolerances or the like, the main body 3 moves toward the positioning portion 54 to form a peripheral surface 3a. The area when the positioning portion 54 comes into contact with the positioning portion 54 corresponds to the contact area.

The positioning portion 56 includes a peripheral edge portion 50b extending in the circumferential direction from the end portion on the inner peripheral side of the first restricting portion 80 of the groove portion 51 and the end on the inner peripheral side of the second restricting portion 81 of the groove portion 52. It is formed between the peripheral portion 50b extending from the portion in the circumferential direction in the rotational direction D3. The positioning portion 56 has a substantially trapezoidal shape, and has a receiving portion 56a on the tip end side. The receiving portion 56a has a shape corresponding to the peripheral surface 3a, and when the positioning portion 56 abuts on the peripheral surface 3a, the receiving portion 56a abuts so as to receive the peripheral surface 3a. The positioning portion 57 has a peripheral edge portion 50b extending in the circumferential direction from the end portion on the inner peripheral side of the end edge portion 51c of the groove portion 51 in the rotational direction D3, and a rotational direction from the end portion on the inner peripheral side of the end edge portion 53b of the groove portion 53. It is formed between the peripheral edge portion 50b extending in the circumferential direction toward D2. The positioning portion 57 has a substantially trapezoidal shape, and has a receiving portion 57a on the tip end side. The receiving portion 57a has a shape corresponding to the peripheral surface 3a, and when the positioning portion 57 abuts on the peripheral surface 3a, the receiving portion 57a abuts so as to receive the peripheral surface 3a.

Next, the operation / effect of the mounting structure 100 of the interior light 1 according to the present embodiment will be described.

First, the mounting structure according to the comparative example will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 8A is a view of the mounting hole according to the comparative example from the front surface side, and FIG. 8B is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the mounting structure of the interior light according to the comparative example. In the mounting structure according to the comparative example, a soft member such as a ceiling inner plate of a bus (composed of a material such as a urethane pad) is adopted as the wall portion to be mounted. In this case, it is also possible to insert the interior light 1 into the wall portion. For example, as shown in FIG. 8B, the flange portion 2b of the light emitting portion 2 is recessed into the wall portion 210. Further, as shown in FIG. 8A, only the groove portion 151 formed for the hooking claw and the shallow groove portions 152 and 153 for the flexible claw are formed on the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 160. The other part is formed in a substantially circular shape. Even with such a rough shape, the flange portion 2b, the hooking claw, and the bending claw are sunk into the material of the wall portion 210, so that the rotation and rattling of the interior light are suppressed.

However, when the mounting target is the wall portion 10 which is a hard material, as shown in FIG. 7B, each portion of the interior light 1 such as the flange portion 2b cannot be embedded in the material of the wall portion 10. .. Therefore, when the mounting hole 160 as shown in FIG. 8A is adopted for the hard wall portion 10, the interior light 1 after mounting will rotate or rattle.

On the other hand, in the mounting structure 100 of the interior light 1 of the vehicle 150 according to the present embodiment, the interior light 1 has a main body portion 3 having a circular shape when viewed from the axial direction in which the central axis CL1 extends, and the main body portion 3. A light emitting portion 2 provided on one end 3e side in the axial direction, a hooking claw 4 provided on the peripheral surface 3a of the main body portion 3 and hooked on the mounting hole 50 at the time of mounting, and a peripheral surface 3a of the main body portion 3 are provided. It is provided with a plurality of bending claws 6A and 6B that are bent by being pressed against the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50 at the time of mounting. Therefore, when the interior light 1 is attached to the wall portion 10, the hooking claw 4 is hooked on the mounting hole 50, and the bending claws 6A and 6B are pressed against the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50 and are attached while bending. Here, on the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50, a first restricting portion 80 that restricts the movement of the hook claw 4 in one rotational direction D2 in the circumferential direction, and the other in the circumferential direction with respect to the flexible claw 6A. A second regulating portion 81, which regulates the movement of the sword in the rotation direction D3, is formed. With such a configuration, the first regulating unit 80 restricts the movement of the interior light 1 in the circumferential direction to one rotation direction D2, and the second regulating unit 81 regulates the movement of the interior light 1 in the circumferential direction of the other. The movement in the rotation direction D3 can be restricted. That is, even if the wall portion 10 is made of a hard material that does not allow the interior light 1 to be recessed, the movement of the interior light 1 in the circumferential direction is suppressed by the regulations of the respective regulation portions 80 and 81. Will be done. As described above, the movement of the interior light 1 after mounting can be suppressed regardless of the material of the wall portion 10.

In the mounting structure 100 of the interior light 1 of the vehicle 150 according to the present embodiment, the first regulating portion 80 is formed with respect to the hooking claw 4, and the second regulating portion 81 is formed with respect to the bending claw 6A. To. For example, when the first regulating portion 80 and the second regulating portion 81 are formed only for the flexible claws 6A and 6B, the hooking claws 4 are hooked on the mounting holes 50, and then the flexible claws 6A and 6B are mounted. The work of pushing into the hole 50 may be difficult to perform due to interference with the respective regulating portions 80 and 81. On the other hand, when the first restricting portion 80 is formed on the hooking claw 4, after the hooking claw 4 is hooked on the mounting hole 50 (at this time, the positioning of the hooking claw 4 with respect to the first regulating portion 80). The operator can easily perform the work because only one bending claw 6A needs to be pushed into the mounting hole 50 in consideration of the positional relationship with the second regulating portion 81. Can be done.

In the mounting structure 100 of the interior light 1 of the vehicle 150 according to the present embodiment, a positioning portion that projects inward in the radial direction at a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 50 to position the main body portion 3. 54, 56, 57 are formed. As a result, the positioning portions 54, 56, 57 can suppress the rattling of the interior light 1 after mounting.

In the mounting structure 100 of the interior light 1 of the vehicle 150 according to the present embodiment, the first regulating portion 80 is formed with respect to the hooking claw 4, and is the first regulating portion 80 among the inner peripheral edges of the mounting holes 50. A positioning portion 54 is formed at a position on the opposite side of the central axis CL1, and the positioning portion 54 is in contact with the peripheral surface 3a of the main body portion 3 rather than the positioning portions 56 and 57 formed at other positions. The contact area with respect to the peripheral surface 3a when in contact is small. The hook claw 4 is first hooked on the mounting hole 50 at the time of mounting, and serves as a fulcrum when the interior light 1 is pushed into the mounting hole 50. Therefore, when the friction between the positioning portion 54 and the peripheral surface 3a increases at the position on the opposite side farthest from the first regulating portion 80, that is, the hooking claw 4, the force required for pushing increases. For example, since the positioning portions 56 and 57 are close to the hooking claw 4 which is a fulcrum, even if the friction is large, it can be pushed in with a small force by the principle of the lever. Therefore, since the positioning portion 54 has a smaller contact area with respect to the peripheral surface 3a of the main body portion 3 than the positioning portions 56 and 57 formed at other positions, the force required for pushing can be reduced. ..

For example, the shape of the light emitting portion is not limited to a circle, the shape is not particularly limited, and a shape such as a polygonal shape may be appropriately adopted.

Further, although the first regulating portion 80 is provided for the hooking claw 4, it may be provided for the bending claw 6B. Further, the first regulating unit 80 regulates the movement in the rotation direction D2, and the second regulating unit 81 regulates the movement in the rotation direction D3. Instead, the first regulating unit 80 may regulate the movement in the rotation direction D3, and the second regulating unit 81 may regulate the movement in the rotation direction D2.
