以下の項目は、本出願時の特許請求の範囲に記載の要素である
(項目1)
透析療法の後の患者のドライウェイトを決定するためのシステムであって、
前記患者の血液量を測定して血液量値を出力するように構成/適合された量測定手段と、
前記患者に対して予め定められた限外濾過量に到達した後に所定時間に亘って前記血液量値を記録するように構成/適合された記録手段と、
前記記録された血液量値を評価して、前記所定時間における前記血液量の変化率に基づいて前記患者の前記ドライウェイトを決定するように構成/適合された学習手段と、
を含む、システム。
(項目2)
前記学習手段が、ニューラルネットワークを含む/有する、項目1に記載のシステム。
(項目3)
前記学習手段が、前記患者に対して予め規定されたドライウェイトに到達したときに、前記透析療法を停止するように構成/適合される、項目1又は2に記載のシステム。
(項目4)
前記学習手段が、所定の療法期間の終了後に予め規定されたドライウェイトに到達していない場合に、前記透析療法を停止するように構成/適合される、項目1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
(項目5)
前記学習手段が、所定の療法期間の終了前に予め規定されたドライウェイトに到達する場合に、前記所定の療法期間の終了まで限外濾過をすることなく、前記透析療法を継続するように構成/適合される、項目1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
(項目6)
前記学習手段が、前記記録された血液量値に基づいて前記患者の水たまり状態についての情報を構築するように構成/適合される、項目1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
(項目7)
前記学習手段が、前記患者の血液量過多又は血液量減少を計算するように構成/適合される、項目6に記載のシステム。
(項目8)
前記学習手段が、前記患者の血液量過多が算定される場合に、限外濾過での前記透析療法の継続を促し、前記患者の血液量減少が算定される場合に、急速静注として生理食塩水の注入を促すように構成/適合される、項目7に記載のシステム。
(項目9)
前記学習手段が、血液量の変化率と他の患者の限外濾過量からのデータ対に基づいて訓練されるように構成/適合される、項目1から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
(項目10)
透析療法後の患者のドライウェイトを自動決定するための方法であって、
前記患者の血液量を測定して血液量値を出力するステップと、
前記患者に対して予め定められた限外濾過量に到達した後に所定時間に亘って前記血液量値を記録するステップと、
前記記録された血液量値を評価して、前記所定時間における前記血液量の変化率に基づいて前記ドライウェイトを決定するステップと、
を含む、方法。

Claims (10)
- 透析療法中、及び、限外濾過を停止後に、患者のドライウェイト値を決定するためのシステムであって、
前記患者の血液量を測定して血液量値を出力するように構成/適合された量測定手段と、
前記透析療法中、及び、前記限外濾過を停止後に、前記患者に対して予め定められた限外濾過量に到達した後に所定時間に亘って前記血液量値を記録するように構成/適合された記録手段と、
前記透析療法中、及び、前記限外濾過を停止後に、前記記録された血液量値を評価して、前記所定時間における前記血液量のリバウンド値に基づいて前記患者の前記ドライウェイト値を決定するように構成/適合された学習手段と、
を含み、

- 前記学習手段が、所定の療法期間の終了前に予め規定されたドライウェイト値に到達する場合に、前記所定の療法期間の終了まで限外濾過をすることなく、前記透析療法を継続するように構成/適合される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記学習手段が、前記記録された血液量値に基づいて前記患者の水たまり状態についての情報を構築するように構成/適合される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記学習手段が、前記患者の血液量過多又は血液量減少を計算するように構成/適合される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記学習手段が、前記患者の血液量過多が算定される場合に、限外濾過での前記透析療法の継続を促し、前記患者の血液量減少が算定される場合に、急速静注として生理食塩水の注入を促すように構成/適合される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記学習手段が、前記血液量の前記リバウンド値と他の患者の限外濾過量からのデータ対に基づいて訓練されるように構成/適合される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 透析療法中、及び、限外濾過を停止後に、患者のドライウェイト値を自動決定するための方法であって、
前記患者の血液量を測定して血液量値を出力するステップと、
前記透析療法中、及び、前記限外濾過を停止後に、前記患者に対して予め定められた限外濾過量に到達した後に所定時間に亘って前記血液量値を記録するステップと、
前記透析療法中、及び、前記限外濾過を停止後に、前記記録された血液量値を評価して、前記所定時間における前記血液量のリバウンド値に基づいて前記ドライウェイト値を決定するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - コンピュータシステム上で動作しているときに請求項9に記載のステップを作成するコード媒体を備える、コンピュータプログラム。
