Description
Claims (12)
- SCR触媒コンバータシステム用の少なくとも1つの流体媒体を案内するための自動車用流体路であって、
少なくとも1つの流体搬送用の導管(1)と、
前記導管(1)に接続される少なくとも1つの流体搬送用のコネクタ(2)とを備え、
前記導管(1)は、
前記導管(1)の長さLの少なくとも一部にわたって延びる、流体搬送用の外側路(3)と、
前記外側路(3)内に収容され、前記外側路(3)に沿って前記導管(1)の長さLの少なくとも一部にわたって延びる流体搬送用の内側路(4)とを備え、
前記外側路(3)は、少なくとも1つの加熱手段により包囲されており、
前記少なくとも1つの加熱手段は、電熱線(8)と面状加熱手段のうち、少なくとも1つの形態であり、
前記コネクタ(2)は、
前記内側路(4)と流体連通している第1の接続分岐(5)と、
前記外側路(3)と流体連通している第2の接続分岐(6)とを備え、
前記外側路(3)は、
前記外側路(3)が、前記コネクタ(2)の第一端で終端し、接合により接続されるように、
前記コネクタに接合され、
前記内側路(4)は、
前記コネクタ(2)を通って延び、
前記第一端とは反対側の、前記コネクタ(2)に形成された前記第1の接続分岐(5)がある第二端で前記内側路(4)が終端し、接合により前記第1の接続分岐(5)に接続されていることを特徴とする自動車用流体路。 - 請求項1に記載の自動車用流体路であって、
前記導管(1)は、前記コネクタ(2)に直接接続されている
ことを特徴とする自動車用流体路。 - 請求項1に記載の自動車用流体路であって、
前記外側路(3)と前記内側路(4)のうち少なくとも1つは、スピン溶接接続とレーザ溶接接続のうち少なくとも1つによって、前記コネクタ(2)に接続されている
ことを特徴とする自動車用流体路。 - 請求項1に記載の自動車用流体路であって、
前記外側路(3)は、前記内側路(4)と略平行に配置される
ことを特徴とする自動車用流体路。 - 請求項1に記載の自動車用流体路であって、
前記外側路(3)と前記内側路(4)とが、互いに対して略同軸に配置される
ことを特徴とする自動車用流体路。 - 請求項1に記載の自動車用流体路であって、
前記導管(1)は、前記導管(1)の長さLの一部にわたって、単一の流体ダクト(11)として単に形成されており、
前記導管(1)は、前記導管(1)の長さLの別の一部にわたって、前記外側路(3)及び前記内側路(4)の形態である
ことを特徴とする自動車用流体路。 - 請求項1に記載の自動車用流体路であって、
前記流体媒体は、前記外側路(3)及び前記内側路(4)を同じ方向に流れる又は流れることができる
ことを特徴とする自動車用流体路。 - 請求項1に記載の自動車用流体路であって、
前記導管(1)は、その長さLの少なくとも一部が加熱されるように形成される
ことを特徴とする自動車用流体路。 - 請求項1に記載の自動車用流体路であって、
前記導管(1)は、保護導管(7)により包囲される
ことを特徴とする自動車用流体路。 - 請求項1に記載の自動車用流体路であって、
前記流体媒体を計量供給するための計量装置が、前記コネクタ(2)の前記接続分岐(5、6)それぞれに設けられている
ことを特徴とする自動車用流体路。 - 請求項1に記載の自動車用流体路であって、
前記導管(1)は、前記コネクタ(2)との接続端とは反対側の端において第二のコネクタ(2‘)と接続されている
ことを特徴とする自動車用流体路。 - 請求項1に記載の自動車用流体路を製造するための方法であって、
コネクタ(2)が、内側路(4)に接合され、
次に、前記コネクタ(2)と前記内側路(4)とから成るユニットが、外側路(3)に接続され、
前記内側路(4)が、前記外側路(3)内に導入又は挿入され、
次に、前記外側路(3)が、前記コネクタ(2)の第一端で終端し、接合により接続される
ことを特徴とする方法。
