Claims (13)
- スケール、および
スケール信号レシーバを備える読み取りヘッドアセンブリ、を備え、
当該スケールおよびスケール信号レシーバは、保護ハウジング内に配置され、当該保護ハウジングは、当該保護ハウジングの外側に位置される汚染物からそれらを保護すべく構成されており、
当該スケール信号レシーバおよび保護ハウジングは互いに対して相対移動可能であり、
当該保護ハウジングはシールを備え、それを通して、当該スケール信号レシーバが当該保護ハウジングの外側の部分に接続され得、および、
当該保護ハウジングの内部への当該スケール信号レシーバの配列は、当該スケールおよび保護ハウジングとは独立しており、
当該スケール信号レシーバは、少なくとも1つの振動制御装置を備え、
当該少なくとも1つの振動制御装置は、当該スケール信号レシーバの残りの部分とは独立して振動し、当該読み取りヘッドアセンブリの当該スケール信号レシーバの振動に対する感受性を低減するように構成される少なくとも1つの部材を備え、
当該読み取りヘッドアセンブリは、当該読み取りヘッドアセンブリを機械の一部分に固定するために、当該保護ハウジングの外側に配置されている取り付け用特徴部を備える読み取りヘッドマウントを備え、および、
当該読み取りヘッドアセンブリのスケール信号レシーバが、当該読み取りヘッドマウントに堅固に接続されていることを特徴とするエンコーダ装置。 - 当該少なくとも1つの部材は、当該保護ハウジングの内部に配置される当該読み取りヘッドアセンブリのスケール信号レシーバとは独立した共振周波数で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンコーダ装置。
- 少なくとも1つの振動制御装置は、1つ以上のばね要素、1つ以上の質量要素、および1つ以上のダンパ要素を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし2のいずれか一項に記載のエンコーダ装置。
- 1つ以上のばね要素のうちの少なくとも1つ、1つ以上の質量要素のうちの少なくとも1つ、および1つ以上のダンパ要素のうちの少なくとも1つが、単一のばね質量ダンパ要素によって提供されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエンコーダ装置。
- 少なくとも1つの振動制御装置は、同調質量ダンパから成ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のエンコーダ装置。
- 少なくとも1つの振動制御装置は、当該スケール信号レシーバによって提供される孔内に存在し、その中で、振動することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のエンコーダ装置。
- 当該読み取りヘッドアセンブリのスケール信号レシーバは、少なくともスケール信号レシーバのセンサ構成要素を保護するための外部ケースを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のエンコーダ装置。
- 当該シールは、少なくとも1対のシール部材を備え、その間を読み取りヘッドマウントが通過し得ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載のエンコーダ装置。
- 当該エンコーダ装置は、リニアエンコーダ装置から成ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載のエンコーダ装置。
- 少なくとも当該スケールおよび前記スケール信号レシーバをカプセル化する一体型の保護ハウジングを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載のエンコーダ装置。
- 請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載のエンコーダ装置および/または読み取りヘッドを備えることを特徴とする機械。
- 機械の第1および第2の部分の相対的な変位を測定するように、機械に取り付けるための密封エンコーダモジュールであって、
スケールと、
スケール信号レシーバを備える読み取りヘッドと、
少なくとも当該スケールおよび前記スケール信号レシーバをカプセル化する一体型の保護ハウジングと、を備え、
当該スケール信号レシーバおよび当該一体型の保護ハウジングとは互いに相対的に移動可能であり、且つ、
当該一体型保護ハウジングは、シールを備え、それを通して、当該スケール信号レシーバが剛性の読み取りヘッドマウントに堅固に固定され、
当該スケール信号レシーバは、少なくとも1つの振動制御装置を備え、
当該少なくとも1つの振動制御装置は、当該スケール信号レシーバの残りの部分とは独立して振動し、当該スケール信号レシーバの振動に対する感受性を低減するように構成される少なくとも1つの部材を備えることを特徴とする密封エンコーダモジュール。 - 機械の第1および第2の部分の相対的な変位を測定するように、機械に取り付けるための密封エンコーダモジュールであって、
スケールと、

当該密封エンコーダモジュールは、当該スケール信号レシーバを当該スケールおよび/または一体型の保護ハウジングに対して拘束する一体的なベアリングを備えていなく、
当該スケール信号レシーバは、少なくとも1つの振動制御装置を備え、
当該少なくとも1つの振動制御装置は、当該スケール信号レシーバの残りの部分とは独立して振動し、当該スケール信号レシーバの振動に対する感受性を低減するように構成される少なくとも1つの部材を備え、当該読み取りヘッドは、当該読み取りヘッドを機械の一部分に固定するために、当該保護ハウジングの外側に配置されている取り付け用特徴部を備える読み取りヘッドマウントを備え、および、
当該読み取りヘッドのスケール信号レシーバが、当該読み取りヘッドマウントに堅固に接続されていることを特徴とする密封エンコーダモジュール。
