Claims (6)
- 制御対象物をフィードバック制御によるモータの駆動により制御する制御装置において、
前記モータの通電電流値に基づいて前記制御対象物の負荷推定を行う推定部と、
前記負荷推定に基づく学習を行う学習制御時と、該学習制御時以外の通常制御時とで制御内容を切り替える切替部と
を備え、
前記学習制御時の制御内容は、前記フィードバック制御における目標値に対して実値が交わらないように制御することで、前記通常制御時の制御内容に比して電流変動が小さくなる制御内容である
ことを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記切替部は、
前記学習制御時に、前記フィードバック制御における目標値に対して実値が交わらないように制御することで、前記モータの反転が生じないようにする
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御装置。 - 前記切替部は、
前記通常制御を停止状態とすることができる所定のタイミングに前記制御内容を前記学習制御時へ切り替える
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記切替部は、
前記制御内容について少なくとも、前記モータの実角度に対応する速度指令値マップ、フィードバックゲイン、フィルタ、パルス幅変調周波数のうちの少なくともいずれかを切り替える
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載の制御装置。 - 前記制御対象物および前記モータは、車両に搭載され、
前記切替部は、
前記車両のイグニッションスイッチがオフされた場合を前記所定のタイミングとする
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の制御装置。 - 制御対象物をフィードバック制御によるモータの駆動により制御する制御装置を用いた制御方法において、
前記モータの通電電流値に基づいて前記制御対象物の負荷推定を行う推定工程と、
前記負荷推定に基づく学習を行う学習制御時と、該学習制御時以外の通常制御時とで制御内容を切り替える切替工程と
を含み、
前記学習制御時の制御内容は、前記フィードバック制御における目標値に対して実値が交わらないように制御することで、前記通常制御時の制御内容に比して電流変動が小さくなる制御内容である
ことを特徴とする制御方法。
