Claims (15)
- ハウジングと、
音声バスと、
前記ハウジングによって支持され、各々が前記音声バスと通信する第1の複数のマイクロホンと、
前記第1の複数のマイクロホン及び前記音声バスと通信するモジュールプロセッサと、
を備えるモジュール式アレイマイクロホンシステムであって、
前記モジュールプロセッサは、
前記音声バスと通信するアレイプロセッサの存在を検出し、
前記音声バスと通信する第2のマイクロホンモジュールの存在を検出し、
前記アレイプロセッサの存在及び前記第2のマイクロホンモジュールの存在を検出すると、前記マイクロホンモジュール及び前記第2のマイクロホンモジュールの数量及び接続順序を検出して、(i)前記第1の複数のマイクロホン及び(ii)前記第2のマイクロホンモジュールの両方からの音声信号を前記アレイプロセッサに渡すように前記音声バスを構成する、
ように構成される、ことを特徴とするモジュール式アレイマイクロホンシステム。 - 前記第1の複数のマイクロホンは、前記ハウジングの長さに沿って配列され、前記第1の複数のマイクロホンの各々は、前記長さに対してほぼ横方向に位置決めされる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記音声バスは、複数の音声チャネルを有する時分割多重化(TDM)バスを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の音声チャネルは、前記第1の複数のマイクロホンからの第1の複数の音声信号を搬送する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の音声チャネルは、前記第2の複数のマイクロホンからの第2の複数の音声信号を搬送する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記アレイプロセッサ又は前記モジュールプロセッサの何れかは、前記第1の複数の音声信号と前記第2の複数の音声信号とを時間整列する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のマイクロホンモジュールは、第2の複数のマイクロホンを含み、
前記アレイプロセッサは、前記第1の複数のマイクロホンから第1の複数の音声信号を受信し、前記第2の複数のマイクロホンから第2の複数の音声信号を受信する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記アレイプロセッサは、前記第1及び第2の複数の音声信号を処理して、少なくとも1つの誘導可能ビームを形成する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記誘導可能ビームは、前記第1の複数のマイクロホン信号のうちの少なくとも1つ及び前記第2の複数のマイクロホン信号のうちの少なくとも1つからの音声信号を含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記音声バスを前記アレイプロセッサに接続する第1のコネクタと、
前記音声バスを前記第2のマイクロホンモジュールに接続する第2のコネクタと、を更に備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1及び第2のコネクタは、デジタルパラレル/シリアルインタフェース、アナログパラレル/シリアルインタフェース、ワイヤレスインタフェース、及び無線インタフェースからなるグループから選択される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記アレイプロセッサは、前記ハウジング内部に位置する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記音声バスは、前記マイクロホンモジュール及び前記第2のマイクロホンモジュールの各々における前記複数のマイクロホンが前記アレイプロセッサと通信するように、前記アレイプロセッサと、前記マイクロホンモジュールと、前記第2のマイクロホンモジュールとを接続し、
前記アレイプロセッサ及び前記モジュールプロセッサは、
(i)前記マイクロホンモジュール及び前記第2のマイクロホンモジュールの前記数量及び前記接続順序を検出し、
(ii)前記数量及び前記接続順序を検出すると、前記マイクロホンモジュール及び前記第2のマイクロホンモジュールの各々における前記複数のマイクロホンからの前記音声信号を前記アレイプロセッサに経路設定するように前記音声バスを構成する、
ように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の複数のマイクロホンは、前記第1の複数のマイクロホンの第1のクラスタが前記ハウジングの長さの中央の近くに形成され、前記第1の複数のマイクロホンの第2のクラスタが前記ハウジングの第1の端部の近くに形成され、前記第1の複数のマイクロホンの第3のクラスタが前記ハウジングの第2の端部の近くに形成されるように配列される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記アレイプロセッサは、前記第1の複数のマイクロホンによって検出された前記音声信号のサブセットから形成される少なくとも1つの出力音声ストリームを生成し、前記サブセットは、一連のモジュール内の前記モジュールの位置に基づく、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
