Description

The present invention mainly relates to a massage device for massaging the trapezius muscle of the body.

Conventionally, a massage device has been provided that is located under the back of the head of the body, holds the body along the neck and shoulders, and massages one or both of the neck and shoulders.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2016-123851

The massage device of Patent Document 1 is provided with acupressure means that reciprocates in the axial direction by a solenoid.

However, in the case of Patent Document 1, since the acupressure is only applied in a narrow area with the treatment site as a point, it is not possible to perform a massage over a wide area for stiffness of the neck, stiffness of the shoulder, and the like.

The massage device of Patent Document 2 extends a pair of left and right tilted arms rotatably extrapolated on the outer periphery of the rotating boss on the outer periphery of the rotating boss with respect to the horizontal axis to be driven and rotated. A treatment child is provided at the tip. Further, the inclined arm is provided with an L-shaped arm facing from below, and the L-shaped arm is swung by rotation of the horizontal axis. According to this, the tilting arm is swung by the rotation of the horizontal axis, and the separation distance between the left and right treatment elements is expanded or contracted, so that the massage is performed while sandwiching the treatment portion of the neck. Further, the tip of the L-shaped arm is pressed against the treatment site, and a massage is performed from above and below by the treatment member of the inclined arm and the tip of the L-shaped arm to grasp the shoulder.

However, in the case of Patent Document 2, a massage different from pinching or grasping, for example, using a wide area of the trapezius muscle as a treatment site, while moving on a predetermined trajectory and changing the pressing force on the treatment site. I can't do a massage like kneading.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, the treatment portion of the massage unit can move on a predetermined trajectory while changing the pressing force, which is suitable for a treatment site covering a wide area such as a trapezius muscle. The purpose is to provide a massage device configured to perform massage.

Therefore, what the present invention has configured as a means is composed of a vertical axis that is projected from the machine body toward the treatment site of the body and is driven and rotated by a drive source, and a treatment mechanism provided on the vertical axis. It is a massage device that massages the mitral muscles of the body , and the treatment mechanism includes a cam means that is fixed and rotated on the vertical axis, and an annular receiving surface along the inclined cam surface of the cam means. In a configuration consisting of a medical treatment means having a seat portion rotatably external to the vertical axis and a posture holding means for holding the seat portion so as not to rotate around the axis of the vertical axis. Located on both the left and right sides of the center line C, the left and right upper massage units that massage at least the upper fibers of the upper, middle, and lower fibers of the mitral muscle, and the left and right lower massage units that massage at least the middle fibers. The left and right massage units are arranged symmetrically, and the vertical axes of the left and right massage units are rotationally driven in opposite directions. The left and right upper massage units are the center line C. Consists of a kneading ball provided at the tip of a first arm portion extending diagonally upward from the seat in the Y2 direction with respect to the Y1 direction toward the treatment site and the Y2 direction in the opposite direction, and having a spherical top surface toward the treatment site. A second treatment portion formed in a finger shape by a first treatment portion and an extension portion bent from the base of the second arm portion extending diagonally downward in the Y2 direction toward the treatment portion is provided, and the rotation of the cam means is performed. In the middle, the rotation locus of the finger-shaped second treatment unit is configured to be larger than the rotation locus of the first treatment unit, and the left and right lower massage units are moved from the seat portion of each treatment means to the treatment site. A third treatment section composed of a kneading ball having a spherical top surface is provided toward the upper massage unit via an arm portion that stands almost perpendicularly to the direction, and the second treatment section and the third treatment section are provided while the cam means are rotating. The point is that the treatment unit is configured to grab and massage the middle fibers by moving from above and below facing each other.

According to the present invention, the cam means 14 gives a swelling motion to the seat portion 21 of the treatment means 15, so that the treatment portion 23 of the arm portion 22 is determined while changing the pressing force toward the treatment portion of the user. Since it moves on the locus of the head, this has the effect of being able to suitably massage a treatment site covering a wide area such as the trapezius muscle.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the massage device 1 is provided with four massage units 3 on the front side of the machine body 2, and the machine body 2 is covered by the pads 4 from the back side and gripped portions from both left and right sides of the pads 4. 5 and 5 are extended. Therefore, the user positions the massage device 1 under the back of the head of the body and holds the massage unit 3 in a state of facing the neck, both shoulders, and the scapula by grasping the grip portions 5 and 5 with both hands. And you can massage the trapezius muscles.

In the illustrated embodiment, the upper massage unit 3UL on the left side and the lower massage unit 3DL on the left side, and the upper massage unit 3UR on the right side and the lower massage unit 3DR on the right side are symmetrically located on both sides of the center line C of the body. Have been placed. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, among the upper fiber M1 and the middle fiber M2 and the lower fiber M3 of the trapezius muscle, the upper massage unit 3UL and 3UR are at least the upper fiber M1 (preferably the upper fiber M1 and the middle fiber M2). Both) are massaged and the lower massage unit 3DL, 3DR is configured to massage at least the middle fiber M2 (preferably both the middle fiber M2 and the lower fiber M3). In the following description, when the upper massage unit 3UL on the left side and the upper massage unit 3UR on the right side are not distinguished, they are simply referred to as the upper massage unit 3U, and the lower massage unit 3DL on the left side and the lower massage unit 3DR on the right side are not distinguished. Sometimes, it is simply referred to as a lower massage unit 3D. Further, when the upper massage unit 3U and the lower massage unit 3D are not distinguished, they are simply referred to as a massage unit 3.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the airframe 2 is composed of a housing 2a and a cover 2b, and a drive source 6 composed of an electric motor is housed in a central portion of the housing 2a, and gears configured symmetrically on both sides thereof. Transmission mechanisms 7L and 7R consisting of trains are arranged. The left and right transmission mechanisms 7L and 7R have a reduction gear 8 that meshes with the worm provided on the drive shaft 6a of the drive source 6 from both the left and right sides, an upper drive gear 9 that meshes with the reduction gear 8, and the like. The upper drive gear 9 is composed of a lower drive gear 11 that meshes with the transmission gear 10 via a transmission gear 10, an upper vertical shaft 12U is provided at the center of the upper drive gear 9, and a lower vertical shaft 12D is provided at the center of the lower drive gear 11. ing. Therefore, the four vertical axes constituting the power source of the pair of upper massage units 3U and the pair of lower massage units 3D described above, that is, the left and right upper vertical axes 12UL and 12UR, and the left and right lower vertical axes 12DL and 12DR They are arranged symmetrically. In the following description, when the upper vertical axis 12UL on the left side and the upper vertical axis 12UR on the right side are not distinguished, they are simply referred to as the upper vertical axis 12U, and the lower vertical axis 12DL on the left side and the lower vertical axis 12DR on the right side are not distinguished. Occasionally, it is simply referred to as the lower vertical axis 12D. Further, when the upper vertical axis 12U and the lower vertical axis 12D are not distinguished, they are simply referred to as the vertical axis 12.

Therefore, when the drive shaft 6a of the drive source 6 rotates, the upper vertical axis 12UL on the left side and the upper vertical axis 12UR on the right side rotate in opposite directions to each other, and the lower vertical axis 12DL on the left side and the lower vertical axis 12DR on the right side. Is configured to rotate in opposite directions.

The upper vertical shaft 12U and the lower vertical shaft 12D have a transmission gear 10 interposed between the upper drive gear 9 and the lower drive gear 11, and are identical to each other by making the number of teeth of the three gears the same. It is configured to rotate in the same direction at the rotation speed.

When the cover 2b is mounted with the drive source 6 and the transmission mechanisms 7L and 7R housed in the housing 2a, the vertical shaft 12 protrudes from the cover 2b as shown in FIG. Therefore, the massage unit 3 described above is configured by providing the treatment mechanism 13 on each vertical axis 12. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, when the massage device 1 is used, the protruding direction of the vertical axis 12 is directed to the treatment site of the body, and the treatment mechanism 13 provided on the vertical axis 12 faces along the treatment site of the body. Will be done.

The treatment mechanism 13 is composed of a cam means, a treatment means, and a posture holding means as described later, and by assembling these means, as shown in FIG. 5, on the left side with respect to the center line C. The upper and lower treatment mechanisms 13UL and 13DL on the left side constituting the upper and lower massage units 3UL and 3DL, and the upper and lower treatment mechanisms 13UR and 13DR on the right side constituting the upper and lower massage units 3UL and 3DR on the right side are arranged symmetrically. In the following description, when the upper treatment mechanism 13UL on the left side and the upper treatment mechanism 13UR on the right side are not distinguished, they are simply referred to as the upper treatment mechanism 13U, and the lower treatment mechanism 13DL on the left side and the lower treatment mechanism 13DR on the right side are not distinguished. Sometimes, it is simply referred to as a lower treatment mechanism 13D. Further, when the upper treatment mechanism 13U and the lower treatment mechanism 13D are not distinguished, they are simply referred to as the treatment mechanism 13.

The upper treatment mechanism 13U shown in FIG. 6 and the lower treatment mechanism 13D shown in FIG. 9 have basically the same configuration as the treatment mechanism 13, and the cam means 14 fixed to the vertical axis 12 and the cam means. It is composed of a treatment means 15 connected to a 14 and a posture holding means 16.

The cam means 14 includes an annular inclined cam surface 17 that intersects the axis of the vertical axis 12 in a state of being extrapolated and fixed to the vertical axis 12. In the illustrated embodiment, the cam means 14 is composed of an upper cam member 14a externally attached to the upper position of the vertical axis 12 and a lower cam member 14b externally attached to the lower position, and the vertical axis 12 is attached to each cam member. The upper cam surface 17a and the lower cam surface 17b are formed so as to be oblique to the axis of the above.

The upper cam member 14a and the lower cam member 14b are arranged so that the upper cam surface 17a and the lower cam surface 17b face each other in parallel with each other via a separated space, so that both cam members 14a and 14b cannot rotate with each other. The connecting and fixing means 18a and 18b for fixing are provided, and are fixed to the vertical axis 12 in a state where the separated space is formed. In the illustrated embodiment, the upper cam member 14a is fixed to the head of the bolt 19 screwed to the shaft end of the vertical shaft 12, and the lower cam member 14b is inserted and attached across the cam member and the vertical shaft. It is fixed by the pin 20 but is not limited to these configurations. In short, the upper cam member 14a and the lower cam member 14b are configured to be rotated along with the vertical axis 12 in a state where the upper cam surface 17a and the lower cam surface 17b face each other in parallel via a separated space. If it is good.

The treatment means 15 includes a seat portion 21 rotatably externally attached to the vertical axis 12, an arm portion 22 extending from the seat portion 21 toward the treatment portion of the user, and a treatment portion 23 provided at the tip of the arm portion 22. The seat portion 21 is provided with an annular receiving surface 24 along the inclined cam surface 17 of the cam means 14.

In the case of the illustrated embodiment, the seat portion 21 is interposed in the separated space formed between the upper cam surface 17a and the lower cam surface 17b described above, and has an upper receiving surface 24a along the upper cam surface 17a and a lower portion. It forms a lower receiving surface 24b along the cam surface 17b.

When the vertical axis 12 is rotated as described above, the cam means 14 is rotated along with the vertical axis 12, but the seat portion 21 of the treatment means 15 is configured not to be accompanied by the vertical axis 12 and the cam means. Therefore, the posture holding means 16 is provided.

The posture holding means 16 is provided by a holding piece 25 extending from the seat portion 21 and a restraining member 26 fixed to the machine body 2 to hold the holding piece 25 so as not to rotate around the axis of the vertical axis 12. It is configured. As a result, the rotation of the seat portion 21 is prevented, but as will be described later, the rotating inclined cam surface 17 slides on the receiving surface 24, so that the holding piece 25 and the seat portion 21 move in the twisting direction. Since it occurs, it is preferable that the restraining member 26 is formed in a pocket shape for holding the holding piece 25 so that such movement can be tolerated.

As shown in the figure, the treatment means 15 of the upper treatment mechanism 13U and the treatment means 15 of the lower treatment mechanism 13D are configured such that the forms of the arm portion 22 and the treatment portion 23 are different from each other. In this regard, as shown in FIG. 5, with respect to the horizontal Y axis orthogonal to the center line C forming the X axis, the direction from each massage unit 3 toward the center line C is the Y1 direction, and the opposite direction is the Y2 direction. , Explained below.

(Upper treatment mechanism)
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the treatment means 15 of the upper treatment mechanism 13U extends from the seat portion 21 in the diagonally upward direction S1 in the Y2 direction and the first arm portion 22A extending in the diagonally downward direction S2 in the Y2 direction. The second arm portion 22B is extended, and the first treatment portion 23A and the second treatment portion 23B are provided at the tips of the respective arm portions.

The first arm portion 22A is inclined toward the direction S1 from the vertical line with respect to the upper receiving surface 24a of the seat portion 21, and the hemispherical top surface of the kneading ball attached to the tip of the first arm portion 22A. The first arm portion 22A faces the extension line direction of the first arm portion 22A to form the first treatment portion 23A.

On the other hand, the second arm portion 22B includes a base portion 22a extending in the radial direction of the seat portion 21 and an extension portion 22b that is refracted from the base portion 22a and extends toward the treatment site of the user. It is configured in the shape of a finger that forms the second treatment unit 23B by rounding the tip.

7, 8 and 11 show the operation of the upper treatment mechanism 13U when the lowest point V of the inclined cam surface 17 rotates in the counterclockwise direction together with the vertical axis 12. As shown in FIG. 11, when the lowest point V is located at the point P1 toward the direction S2, as shown in FIG. 7, the seat portion 21 is tilted downward as shown at an angle θ1 toward the direction S2. It is said that. At this time, the top surface of the first treatment unit 23A together with the first arm portion 22A is inclined in the Y2 direction in the direction S1. The finger-shaped second arm portion 22B is far away from the axis of the vertical axis 12 as shown by the distance L1, and the second treatment portion 23B is relatively low (close to the airframe) as shown by the height H1. It is positioned.

As shown in FIG. 11, due to the rotation of the vertical axis 12, the lowest point V of the inclined cam surface 17 moves sequentially from the point P1 in the counterclockwise direction to the points P2, P3, and P4. FIG. 8 shows a state when the point P1 is rotated by 180 degrees and is located at the point P3. At this time, the seat portion 21 is in an upward inclined posture as shown by the angle θ2 toward the direction S1. As a result, the top surface of the first treatment unit 23A together with the first arm portion 22A changes its posture toward the Y1 direction. The finger-shaped second arm portion 22B approaches the axis of the vertical axis 12 as shown by the distance L2, and the second treatment portion 23B rises to a high position (away from the aircraft) as shown by the height H2. do.

When the lowest point V of the inclined cam surface 17 moves to the point P2 or the point P4 between the points P1 and P3, the seat portion 21 is changed in posture so as to incline downward toward the lowest point V. As a result, as shown by the chain line in FIG. 11, the first treatment unit 23A and the second treatment unit 23B change the distance L and the height H while the inclined cam surface 17 makes one rotation together with the vertical axis 12. While moving on a predetermined locus, a circular motion or an elliptical motion is performed, and at this time, as shown in FIG. 11, the rotation locus of the second treatment portion 23B having a finger shape rather than the rotation locus of the first treatment portion 23A. Perform a larger circular or elliptical motion . Therefore, the desired range of the upper fiber M1 of the trapezius muscle shown in FIG. 2 can be massaged in a surface manner.

(Lower treatment mechanism)
Next, regarding the X-axis, the treatment means 15 of the lower treatment mechanism 13D will be described with the upward direction as X1 and the downward direction as X2. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the arm portion 22 of the treatment means 15 constitutes a third arm portion 22C that is located at a portion of the seat portion 21 in the downward direction X2 and stands up at a substantially right angle from the upper receiving surface 24a. The third treatment portion 23C is formed by facing the hemispherical top surface of the kneading ball attached to the tip of the arm portion in the upward direction X1.

In the illustrated embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the lowest point V of the inclined cam surface 17 of the upper treatment mechanism 13U is located at the point P1 toward the direction S2 with respect to the mutual of the upper treatment mechanism 13U and the lower treatment mechanism 13D. At this time, the lowest point W of the inclined cam surface 17 of the lower treatment mechanism 13D is set to be positioned at the point Q1 toward the upward direction X1.

When the lowest point W of the inclined cam surface 17 is located at the point Q1 toward the upward direction X1, the seat portion 21 is inclined upward as shown by the angle θ3 toward the downward direction X2 as shown in FIG. 10 (A). The posture is set, and the third treatment portion 23C is tilted toward the upward direction X1 together with the third arm portion 22C.

As shown in FIG. 11, due to the rotation of the vertical axis 12, the lowest point W of the inclined cam surface 17 moves sequentially from the point Q1 in the counterclockwise direction to the points Q2, Q3, and Q4. When the seat portion is rotated by 180 degrees from the point Q1 and is located at the point Q3, the seat portion 21 is in a downward inclined posture as shown at an angle θ4 toward the downward direction X2 as shown in FIG. 10 (B). , The third treatment unit 23C is tilted in the downward direction X2 together with the third arm portion 22C.

When the lowest point W of the inclined cam surface 17 moves to the point Q2 or the point Q4 between the points Q1 and Q3, the seat portion 21 is changed in posture so as to incline downward toward the lowest point W. As a result, as shown by the chain line in FIG. 11, while the inclined cam surface 17 makes one rotation together with the vertical axis 12, the third treatment unit 23C moves on a predetermined locus while changing the height, and is a circle. Perform exercise or elliptical motion. Therefore, the desired range of the middle fiber M2 and the lower fiber M3 of the trapezius muscle shown in FIG. 2 can be massaged in a plane.

(Massage example)
Although not shown, the massage device 1 includes a control circuit that controls an electric motor constituting the drive source 6, and can switch between normal rotation and reverse rotation of the drive shaft 6a, during normal rotation or during normal rotation. It is also possible to perform intermittent rotation during reversal.

(Massage by normal rotation)
FIG. 12 shows the action of massaging the trapezius muscle by continuously rotating the drive shaft 6a of the drive source 6 in the normal direction.

At this time, as shown by the arrow in the figure, the upper massage unit 3UL on the left side and the lower massage unit 3DL on the left side make a circular motion of the first treatment unit 23A, the second treatment unit 23B, and the third treatment unit 23C in the clockwise direction. (Or elliptical movement), the upper massage unit 3UR on the right side and the lower massage unit 3DR on the right side make circular movements (or counterclockwise hands) of the first treatment unit 23A, the second treatment unit 23B, and the third treatment unit 23C. It is made to move in an elliptical motion.

As described above, while the lowest point V of the inclined cam surface 17 rotates 360 degrees from the point P1, the left and right first treatment portions 23A and 23A face each other while gradually increasing the pressing force toward the center line C. After kneading M1, the pressing force is gradually reduced when moving in the Y2 direction, and at the same time, the left and right second treatment portions 23B are on the upper side (X1) from the outside (Y2) to the inside (Y1). When moving from to the lower side (X2), the pressing force is gradually increased, and then the pressing force is gradually reduced while moving.

The lower massage unit 3DL on the left side and the lower massage unit 3DR on the right side reduce the pressing force during the first half rotation while the lowest point W of the inclined cam surface 17 rotates 360 degrees from the point Q1 as described above. It moves while gradually increasing the pressing force during the next half rotation.

The second treatment unit 23B of the upper massage unit 3U and the third treatment unit 23C of the lower massage unit 3D each move half a turn and then face each other from above and below when performing the next half turn. Then, the middle fiber M2 is strongly grasped and kneaded.

When the control circuit performs intermittent rotation with respect to the normal rotation of the drive shaft 6a, the operation of temporarily stopping the middle fiber M2 when the second treatment unit 23B and the third treatment unit 23C grip the middle fiber M2 is included in the grip. The kneading effect is significantly improved.

(Massage by reversal)
FIG. 13 shows the action of massaging the trapezius muscle by continuously reversing the drive shaft 6a of the drive source 6.

At this time, as shown by the arrow in the figure, the upper massage unit 3UL on the left side and the lower massage unit 3DL on the left side make a circle of the first treatment unit 23A, the second treatment unit 23B, and the third treatment unit 23C in the counterclockwise hand direction. The upper massage unit 3UR on the right side and the lower massage unit 3DR on the right side are made to move (or elliptical movement), and the first treatment unit 23A, the second treatment unit 23B, and the third treatment unit 23C make a circular motion (or) in the clockwise direction. It is made to move in an elliptical motion.

In this case, the lowest point V of the inclined cam surface 17 of the upper massage unit 3U described above sequentially rotates from the point P1 via the points P4, P3, P2, and the lowest point W of the inclined cam surface 17 of the lower massage unit 3D is. , Sequentially rotate from point Q1 through points Q4, Q3, and Q2.

The left and right first treatment portions 23A and 23A in the upper massage unit 3U gradually increase the pressing force toward the center line C while kneading the upper fibers M1 in opposition to each other, and then gradually pressing the upper fibers M1 when moving in the Y2 direction. The pressure is reduced, and at the same time, the pressing force is gradually increased when the left and right second treatment portions 23B move from the lower side (X2) to the upper side (X1) from the outside (Y2) to the inside (Y1), and then gradually increase. Moves while gradually reducing the pressing force.

When the left and right third treatment units 23C and 23C in the lower massage unit 3D finish the first half rotation and start the next half rotation,
After kneading the middle fiber M2 and the lower fiber M3 facing each other while gradually increasing the pressing force toward the center line C, the pressing force is gradually reduced when moving in the X2 direction.

The second treatment unit 23B of the upper massage unit 3U and the third treatment unit 23C of the lower massage unit 3D are the second treatment unit 23B while the third treatment unit 23C is moving in the X2 direction from above and below as shown by the arrow in the figure. Follows and moves in the X2 direction while increasing the pressing force, and moderately grasps and massages the middle fiber M2.

When performing intermittent rotation with respect to the forward rotation of the drive shaft 6a by the control circuit, when the first treatment units 23A and 23A of the upper massage unit 3U are close to each other, or when the third treatment units 23C and 23C of the lower massage unit 3D are performed. By including the action of pausing when the two are close to each other, the kneading effect of pressing the trapezius muscle from the opposite direction toward the center line C is remarkably improved.
