Claims (13)
- その中に貫通孔が長手方向に形成された本体部であって、
前記貫通孔の上部を取り囲む壁を画定する管状部分、及び、
前記管状部分の下端から延び、前記管状部分から離れるように向いた自由遠位端を有し、前記管状部分に向かう方向に先細りになったテーパ部位を長手方向に含む分離部分、を備える本体部と、
前記分離部分を環状に取り囲み、前記テーパ部位の下端と前記自由遠位端との間で終端するように長手方向に延びる拡張スリーブと、
を備えるファスナ。 - 前記テーパ部位は、前記分離部分を取り囲む外側環状凹部を画定し、前記拡張スリーブは、前記外側環状凹部内に少なくとも部分的に収容されている、請求項1に記載のファスナ。
- 前記拡張スリーブは、前記本体部を環状に取り囲むリング部分と、前記リング部分に沿って配置され、前記リング部分から前記テーパ部位の前記下端に向かって延びる複数の拡張セグメントとを備え、前記分離部分は、前記貫通孔の下部を環状に取り囲む少なくとも2つの拡張可能部材を備え、前記拡張セグメントは、前記拡張可能部材の拡張によって外向きに拡張可能である、請求項1に記載のファスナ。
- 前記テーパ部位の上端の外径は、前記管状部分の前記下端の外径よりも小さい、請求項1に記載のファスナ。
- 前記分離部分は、前記管状部分と前記テーパ部位との間に位置するネック部位を更に備え、前記ネック部位の最小外径は、前記管状部分の前記下端の前記外径よりも小さい、請求項4に記載のファスナ。
- 前記分離部分は、前記テーパ部位の前記下端から延びるベース部位を更に備え、前記ベース部位は円筒形状であるか、又は前記テーパ部位に向かう方向に、前記テーパ部位のテーパよりも小さいテーパで先細りになっている、請求項1に記載のファスナ。
- 前記拡張スリーブは、前記テーパ部位の前記下端を超えて長手方向に延び、前記ベース部位を環状に取り囲んでいる、請求項6に記載のファスナ。
- 前記拡張スリーブは、前記ベース部位の下端へと長手方向に延びている、請求項7に記載のファスナ。
- 前記拡張スリーブは円筒形状であり、前記拡張スリーブの内側表面は内向きに傾斜しており、前記テーパ部位の側面と嵌合している、請求項1に記載のファスナ。
- 前記拡張スリーブは長手方向スリットを備える、請求項1に記載のファスナ。
- 前記拡張スリーブは、打ち抜いた金属片を前記分離部分の周りに巻き付けることにより形成される、請求項1に記載のファスナ。
- その中に貫通孔が長手方向に形成された本体部であって、
前記貫通孔の上部を取り囲む壁を画定する管状部分、及び、
前記管状部分の下端から延び、前記管状部分から離れるように向いた自由遠位端を有し、前記管状部分に向かう方向に先細りになったテーパ部位を長手方向に含む分離部分、を備える本体部と、
前記分離部分を環状に取り囲み、前記貫通孔の下部の中にプラグがセットされた後に、前記テーパ部位の下端と前記自由遠位端との間で終端するように長手方向に延びる拡張スリーブと、
を備えるファスナ。 - その中に貫通孔が長手方向に形成された本体部であって、
前記貫通孔の上部を取り囲む壁を画定する管状部分、及び、
前記管状部分の下端から延び、前記管状部分に向かう方向に先細りになったテーパ部位を長手方向に含む分離部分であって、前記テーパ部位は、前記分離部分を取り囲む外側環状凹部を画定する、分離部分、を備える本体部と、
前記分離部分を環状に取り囲み、前記凹部内に少なくとも部分的に収容された拡張スリーブであって、前記拡張スリーブは、前記テーパ部位の下端へと長手方向に延びており、前記拡張スリーブの下端と前記テーパ部位の前記下端との間の長手方向距離が、前記凹部の前記上端と前記テーパ部位の前記下端との間の長手方向距離の0%より大きく15%以下である、拡張スリーブと、
を備えるファスナ。
