A step of detecting the deviation amount, a step of determining whether or not the deviation amount exceeds the set amount, and a step of notifying the defect when the deviation amount exceeds the set amount and it is determined that the bonding is defective. It is characterized by being prepared.

Here, to notify the defect may be notified by displaying on a display, an alarm by a buzzer, or by ejecting a defective item from the production line. By doing so, the amount of deviation between the other edge of the box body and the tip edge of the lid surface portion in the direction orthogonal to the other edge of the box body is detected, and the bonding failure is detected based on the amount of deviation. It is possible to immediately notify a person or the like of a bonding failure. Therefore, it is possible to easily remove a product with a packaging box that is poorly bonded and does not look good.

The method for manufacturing a product with a packaging box includes a step of photographing a bonded portion between the bonded surface portion on the box body side and the tip edge of the lid surface portion by an imaging means, and image processing of the bonded portion. It is desirable to further include a step of calculating the deviation amount by using means.

Further, in the method for manufacturing a product with a packaging box, the packaging box is conveyed along a transport route while maintaining a certain interval, and the packaging is upstream of a portion of the transport route where the photographing means is provided. It is desirable to detect the passage of the box and determine the imaging timing by the imaging means based on the detected passage of the packaging box.

Further, in the method for manufacturing a product with a packaging box, a lighting means is provided on one side of the transport path and a light receiving means is provided on the other side facing the lighting means, and the packaging box in the transport path is provided. Hereinafter, a method for manufacturing a product with a packaging box according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a packaging box in a product with a packaging box according to an embodiment of the present invention. (A) is a front view. (B) is a side view showing a state in which the lid surface portion is open. As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the packaging box 1 used for a product to be packaged in a packaging box has a hexahedral box body 2 having one open side and a lid surface portion that closes the one side. The base end edge 3a of 3 is foldably coupled to the box body 2.

Then, by bending, the first attached surface portion 4 extending from the upper edge 2a side to the base end edge 3a side is arranged on the upper edge 2a of the box body 2 corresponding to the tip edge 3b of the lid surface portion 3. The lid surface portion 3 is bent, and the tip edge portion of the lid surface portion 3 is attached to the first attachment surface portion 4 so that the tip edge 3b of the lid surface portion 3 coincides with the upper edge 2a of the box body 2. It is said that.

The first attachment surface portion 4 is provided with a support surface portion 5 extending downward from the side edge on the proximal edge 3a side extending from the upper edge 2a of the box body 2 to the proximal edge 3a side, and is in a horizontal state from below. It is supported to be. The support surface portion 5 extends to the lower surface portion of the box body 2, and the lower surface portion thereof supports the first attachment surface portion 4 via the support surface portion 5 so as to be in a horizontal state.

The second attachment surface portion 6 is also arranged side by side on the base end edge 3a of the lid surface portion 3. The second attachment surface portion 6 is provided with support surface portions 7 and 8 extending to the lower surface portion of the box body 2 on both side edges, and is supported so as to be in a horizontal state from below like the first attachment surface portion 4. Has been done.

The lid surface portion 3 is attached to each of the ends of the first and second adhered surface portions 4 and 6 (see the adhesive-attached positions P1 to P4) at the four corners. The facing support surface portions 5 and 7 may have a structure in which, for example, a hole is formed and a content such as a container is fitted and held in the hole. Further, in this embodiment, the lower edges of the support surface portions 5 and 7 are connected to each other by the connecting surface portion 9 along the lower surface portion of the box body 2, and the shape retention is ensured.

In this way, the attached surface portions 4, 6, the support surface portions 5, 7, and the connecting surface portions 9 have a size corresponding to the packaging box 1 and can function as a holding frame for holding the contents. The surface portions 4 and 6 to be attached are a part of the holding frame and are arranged in parallel with the upper edge 2a of the box body 2.

If the position of the lid surface portion 3 is displaced due to the bonding of the lid surface portion 3 to the first bonded surface portion 4 (box main body 2), the appearance is deteriorated. Therefore, the bonding defect is determined by using the system described below. If the lid surface portion 3 is poorly bonded to the second bonded portion 6, the lid surface portion 3 may be poorly bonded to the first bonded surface portion 4 (box body 2) due to the defect. It is considered that it is sufficient to determine the bonding failure only for the bonding of the lid surface portion 3 to the first bonding surface portion 4 (box main body 2).

FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b) show an example of a bonding defect determination system used for determining bonding failure of the lid surface portion 3 of the packaging box 1. In this system, the packaging boxes 1 in which the products are packaged are sequentially conveyed on the transfer conveyor 11 (conveyance path) while maintaining a constant interval.

Above the middle of the conveyor 11, a photographing means 12 for photographing the bonded portion between the bonded surface portion 4 and the tip portion of the lid surface portion 3 is arranged. A portion for laminating the packaging box 1 is arranged on the upstream side of the portion where the photographing means 12 is provided.

On the upstream side of the portion where the photographing means 12 is provided, a passage detecting means 13 for detecting the passage of the packaging box 1 is provided on the conveyor 11. The passage detecting means 13 includes a lighting means 13A provided on one side of the transport conveyor and a light receiving means 13B provided on the other side of the transport conveyor 11 facing the lighting means 13A, and the packaging box 1 passes through. Since the packaging box 1 blocks the light from the lighting means 13A, the passage is detected by the blocking.

Since the distance between the position where the passage detecting means 13 is provided and the position where the photographing means 12 is provided is known, if the transfer speed of the conveyor 11 is taken into consideration, the portion where the passing detecting means 13 is provided can be determined. After passing, it is possible to calculate how long it takes to pass through the portion where the photographing means 12 is provided. Therefore, the photographing timing by the photographing means 12 is determined based on the time when the detected packaging box 1 is passed.
The amount of deviation can be calculated by using a well-known image processing method for an image (an image of a bonded portion) taken by the photographing means 12.

That is, the amount of deviation between the upper edge 2a of the box body 2 and the tip edge 3b of the lid surface portion 3 in the direction orthogonal to the upper edge 2a of the box body 2 is detected, and then the amount of deviation is a set amount (for example, 5 mm). If it exceeds the limit, it is determined that the bonding is defective. Then, if the bonding is poor, the operator is notified by using a display, a buzzer, or the like.

In this case, the amount of deviation is detected at two locations near both ends of the bonded portion (near P2 and P4 where the adhesive is attached in FIG. 1A), and the set amount is simultaneously applied near both ends. If it exceeds the limit, it will be judged as a poor bonding.

As described above, the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings, but various additions, changes or deletions can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, it can be applied to a wide packaging box 1A having a form as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B. In this case, in the packaging box 1A, the base end edge 23a of the lid surface portion 23 is foldably coupled to the hexahedron-shaped box body 22, the lid surface portion 23 is bent, and the tip edge 23b of the lid surface portion 23 is the box body 22. The tip edge portion of the lid surface portion 23 is bonded to the first bonded surface portion 24 so as to coincide with the upper edge 22a.

The first attachment surface portion 24 is supported by a support surface portion 25 extending downward so as to be in a horizontal state from below. The second attachment surface portion 26 is also arranged side by side on the base end edge 23a of the lid surface portion 23. The second attachment surface portion 26 is also supported so as to be in a horizontal state from below by the branches 27 and 28 extending to the lower surface portion of the box body 2.

The lid surface portion 23 is attached to each of the ends of the first and second adhered surface portions 24 and 26 (see the adhesive-attached positions P11 to P14) at the four corners. For example, holes can be made in the facing support surface portions 15 and 17, and the contents such as a container larger than the above-described embodiment can be held. Further, the lower edges of the support surface portions 25 and 27 are connected to each other by the connecting surface portion 29.
