Description
The present invention relates to a terminator used to attach the outer edge of a tent sheet to the skeleton of a structure.
There are various types of tents, and portable ones used in camping etc. are widely known, but there are also large tents such as pavilions and warehouses that can be installed on the ground. Large tents are not suitable for living in terms of heat insulation and soundproofing, but they can be constructed in a shorter period of time compared to general buildings, and are widely used mainly in the industrial field. .. The tent sheet, which is the outer skin of the tent, becomes a noise source due to the vibration caused by the wind, and its deterioration is accelerated by the vibration. Therefore, for large tents, it is necessary to apply tension to the tent sheet to prevent it from loosening.
For tent structures installed on the ground, such as warehouses, it is necessary to apply tension to the tent sheet to prevent it from loosening as described above. Therefore, the outer edge of the tent sheet is often attached to the skeleton of the structure via a rope, and a large tension is applied to the rope to attract the tent sheet. This rope needs to be continuously arranged at narrow intervals so that the tent sheet does not loosen locally, which increases the labor during construction. Therefore, as in
Patent Document 2 discloses a method of stretching a sheet constituting an indoor wall surface or a ceiling surface, using a long member called a peripheral edge and a strip-shaped sheet fixing jig. The seat is stretched. Here, the sheet fixing jig is attached to the peripheral edge portion of the sheet and is a core component of the peripheral edge portion of the sheet, and a groove for accommodating the sheet fixing jig is formed on the peripheral edge. As for the method of attaching the sheet, first, the sheet fixing jig is temporarily adhered to the surface of the peripheral edge, and then the peripheral edge portion of the sheet is adhered to the sheet fixing jig. After that, the sheet fixing jig is peeled off from the peripheral edge, the peripheral edge of the sheet is wound around the sheet fixing jig, and finally the sheet fixing jig is inverted and pushed into the groove of the peripheral edge. In this method, the sheet can be manufactured at low cost, and the peripheral edges are not exposed indoors.
For large tent structures such as warehouses, it is necessary to apply tension to the tent sheet to prevent it from loosening as described above, and in addition to the conventional method of pulling with a rope, as in
In Patent Document 2 described above, a sheet fixing jig is attached to the peripheral edge of the sheet, and the peripheral edge of the sheet is accommodated in a groove on the peripheral edge to stretch the sheet. Therefore, the sheet laying work is easy, but the sheet fixing jig is only housed in the groove, and if the sheet becomes loose for some reason, the sheet fixing jig may come off from the groove. be. Moreover, the peripheral edge is fixed to the base of the wall, and it is difficult to adjust the tension of the sheet.
The present invention was developed based on such a situation, and is used for attaching the outer edge of the tent sheet to the skeleton material of the structure, has good workability at the time of construction, prevents the tent sheet from coming off, and is appropriate. It is an object of the present invention to provide a terminal holder capable of applying a sufficient tension.
The invention according to
The terminal holder according to the present invention is used to attach the outer edge of the tent sheet to the skeleton material, and is roughly divided into three elements: a tension rail, a connecting tool, and a restraining tool. Here, the skeleton material refers to wood or steel frame that is the skeleton of various structures on which the tent sheet is laid, but the skeleton material can be freely arranged and may extend horizontally or vertically. Further, the skeleton material is not limited to the rod shape, but may be a plate shape. In addition, the tent sheet closes a predetermined area of various structures in a plane shape and functions as a roof or a wall, and its outer edge is attached to a skeleton material.
The tension rail plays a role of holding the outer edge portion of the tent sheet, and is a rod-shaped object extending along the outer edge portion of the tent sheet. The outer edge of one tent sheet is composed of a plurality of linearly extending sides, and a set of tension rails is used for one side of the outer edge. A set of tension rails may be composed of only one tension rail, but may be arranged concentrically for convenience of construction.
The tension rail is attached to the skeleton material of the structure via the connecting tool. A set of tension rails may be arranged along one skeleton material or may be arranged so as to intersect a plurality of skeleton materials, and in each case, a plurality of tension rails are connected at a predetermined interval. The tools shall be placed, the tension rails shall be firmly attached, and the required tension shall be applied to the tent seat.
The cross section of the tension rail has a shape in which the outer groove and the inner groove are lined up back to back, and these extend along the longitudinal direction so that the openings of both the outer groove and the inner groove face each other. Be placed. The inner groove plays a role of holding one end of the connector inseparably, and its cross section has a rectangular shape. Of the sides constituting the cross section of the inner groove, an opening for passing the connecting tool is provided near the center of the side facing the skeleton material. Therefore, the cross section of the inner groove is bag-shaped with a narrow opening.
The outer groove has a U-shape having a depth equal to or greater than the opening width thereof, and accommodates the outer edge portion of the tent sheet therein. It is assumed that the tent sheet is provided with a locking band extending along the outer edge thereof. The locking band is formed by winding a tent sheet around a band-shaped core plate and integrating it, and the core plate has a predetermined thickness and strength. In addition, the outer groove secures a size that allows the entire locking band to enter with a margin.
The variable portion is provided at the side end of the tension rail and plays a role of bending the tent sheet in an acute angle. Therefore, one of the two points sandwiching the entrance of the outer groove is the bending part. There is a limit to the bending diameter of the tent sheet, and the shape of the curved portion is determined accordingly. When tension is applied to the tent sheet after the locking band is accommodated in the outer groove, the tent sheet bends at an acute angle at the curved portion. At that time, the locking band is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer groove. The locking band does not separate from the outer groove.
The connector is a part that connects the skeleton material and the tension rail, and plays the role of attaching the tension rail to the skeleton material and also plays the role of applying tension to the tent sheet by increasing the distance between the skeleton material and the tension rail. .. Therefore, one end of the connector is accommodated in the inner groove of the tension rail. The inner groove is bag-shaped with a narrow opening to prevent the connector from coming off. However, the connector can move freely along the longitudinal direction of the tension rail.
A specific example of the connector is a simple hexagon bolt, the head of which is accommodated in the inner groove of the tension rail, the shaft portion thereof is projected from the inner groove, and the bolt is inserted into a hole provided in the skeleton material. Furthermore, when a nut is screwed into the shaft of the hexagon bolt and the nut is brought into contact with the skeleton material and then rotated, the distance between the skeleton material and the tension rail changes, and the tension rail is moved away from the skeleton material. The curved part pushes the tent sheet, and tension is applied to the tent sheet.
The restraint is a part to be incorporated into the tension rail, plays a role of restricting the movement of the tent sheet housed in the outer groove, and extends in a rod shape along the tension rail. Further, on one side of the restraint, a pressing portion that enters the outer groove is provided in order to restrict the movement of the tent sheet. As a matter of course, the thickness of the pressing portion is determined based on the shape of the outer groove and the locking band. Then, when the restraint is inserted into the outer groove, the locking band is sandwiched and fixed by the inner peripheral surface of the outer groove and the pressing portion of the restraint. The pressing portion of the restraint enters the outer groove, but the other parts always protrude from the tension rail, and the restraint can be removed later.
In this way, by attaching the tent sheet using the end holder composed of the tension rail, the connecting tool and the restraint, the locking band of the tent sheet is accommodated in the outer groove of the tension rail at the time of construction. Further, when the pressing portion of the restraint is inserted into the outer groove, the outer edge portion of the tent sheet is fixed to the tension rail. After that, when the connecting tool is operated to increase the distance between the skeleton material and the tension rail, the curved part of the tension rail pushes the tent sheet, an appropriate tension is given to the tent sheet, and the laying of the tent sheet is completed. .. The outer groove can have a margin in size with respect to the locking band, and the work of accommodating the locking band in the outer groove is easy.
Further, one side portion of the restraint is a pressing portion that enters the outer groove, and the shape of the side facing the pressing portion can be freely determined as long as there is no problem in laying a tent sheet or the like. Therefore, as in the present invention, a water channel can be provided at the end of the restraint to function as a rain gutter. The cross section of the waterway has a shape with a low center and high sides, such as a semicircle or U-shape.
As in the invention according to
The work of accommodating the locking band of the tent sheet in the outer groove and the work of incorporating the restraint in the tension rail can be performed with the tent sheet loosened, and the outer groove is sized with respect to the locking band. It is possible to have a margin, and the work of accommodating the locking band in the outer groove is easy. Further, by inserting the restraint into the outer groove, the locking band is not loosened, and the tent sheet does not separate from the tension rail even when tension does not act on the tent sheet. The restraint only needs to be able to regulate the movement of the locking band, and it is not necessary to press-fit the restraint into the outer groove.
By providing a waterway in the restraint, it is not necessary to construct a rain gutter separately, which can be expected to improve the efficiency of construction work and reduce the construction cost. Since the restraint is arranged along the outer edge of the tent sheet, the rainwater that has fallen from the tent sheet reaches the waterway without difficulty.
FIG. 1 shows a shape example and a usage example of the terminal holder according to the present invention, and it is assumed that the
The termination holder is mainly composed of three elements of a
The
The
A
The
Only the pressing portion 33 of the
In FIG. 1, the set of tension rails 11 needs to secure a length equivalent to one side of the outer edge portion of the
FIG. 2 shows a process of attaching the
After the
After accommodating the
In the middle state of FIG. 2, the
FIG. 3 shows a process of applying tension to the
As shown in the upper part of FIG. 3, the
The
FIG. 4 shows a method of forming a locking
When actually forming the locking
FIG. 5 shows an example of the shape of the
FIG. 6 shows an example of a shape when the opening width of the
By introducing the structure as shown in FIG. 6, even if the
