Claims (7)
- 圧縮機(10)であって、
圧縮機ハウジング(13)と、
前記圧縮機ハウジング(13)内の圧縮機ローター(11)と、を備え、
前記圧縮機ローター(11)は、軸(14)と、複数の圧縮機段(16)を形成する動翼(15)と、を備え、
二つの圧縮機段(16)の間には、磁気ベアリング(17)および安全ベアリング(18)が配置されており、これらは、ぞれぞれ、一体型軸(14)として形成された前記軸上に、分割ベアリングとして搭載されており、
前記磁気ベアリング(17)および前記安全ベアリング(18)は共通のベアリングハウジング(19)内に収容されており、前記ベアリングハウジング(19)は、断面において、二つの前記圧縮機段(16)の間に流路(20)を画定することを特徴とする圧縮機(10)。 - 前記ベアリングハウジング(19)は、前記圧縮機ハウジング(13)のリセス内に収容され、かつ、前記圧縮機ハウジング(13)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ベアリングハウジング(19)の上流側にはハウジング側ディフューザブレード(21)が、そして前記ベアリングハウジング(19)の下流側にはハウジング側再循環ブレード(22)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記磁気ベアリング(17)のステータ側要素が磁気ベアリングキャリア(25)上で、そして前記安全ベアリング(18)のステータ側要素が安全ベアリングキャリア(26)上で支持され、前記磁気ベアリングキャリア(25)および前記安全ベアリングキャリア(26)は互いに接続され、前記磁気ベアリングキャリア(25)および前記安全ベアリングキャリア(26)は、前記磁気ベアリングキャリア(25)および前記安全ベアリングキャリア(26)の一方を介して前記共通のベアリングハウジング(19)内に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 調整可能な支持要素(27)が前記磁気ベアリングキャリア(25)または前記安全ベアリングキャリア(26)に作用し、前記支持要素(27)を介して、磁気ベアリング(17)および安全ベアリング(18)の前記ステータ側要素は、前記ベアリングハウジング(19)に共同で搭載され、かつ、前記軸(14)に対して共同で位置合わせされることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記磁気ベアリング(17)は、軸の振動を検出するためのセンサー(23)と、軸の振動を減衰させるためのアクチュエータ(24)と、を備えた能動磁気ベアリングであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記磁気ベアリングキャリア(25)は、アクチュエータキャリア(29)およびセンサーキャリア(28)を備え、前記センサーキャリア(28)は、前記アクチュエータキャリア(29)に接続されており、前記アクチュエータキャリア(29)は前記安全ベアリングキャリア(26)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4を引用する場合の請求項6に記載の圧縮機。
