Claims (7)
- 計測対象の計測データと、前記計測データの周波数成分を算出するための周波数特定パラメータとを入力として、振動周波数を算出する多信号周波数特定部と、
算出された前記振動周波数を入力として、電力系統に発生した不安定振動の発生源候補を算出する発生源候補算出部と、
前記発生源候補の保証テスト結果を算出する発生源保証テスト部と、
前記振動周波数と前記発生源候補と前記保証テスト結果を表示する表示部と、
を備えることを特徴とする電力系統運用支援装置。 - 前記多信号周波数特定部は、前記計測データの相関性に基づいてグルーピングした計測データグループを作成し、前記計測データグループの周波数成分を算出し、主要周波数成分をスクリーニングして前記振動周波数を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力系統運用支援装置。
- 前記多信号周波数特定部は、プローニ解析、フーリエ解析、またはウェーブレット解析のうち少なくともいずれか1つを用いて周波数成分を算出することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電力系統運用支援装置。
- 前記発生源候補算出部は、前記計測データと前記振動周波数を入力として、周波数領域内で加速エネルギーを算出し、その大きさによって前記発生源候補を算出することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電力系統運用支援装置。
- 前記発生源保証テスト部は、算出された前記発生源候補と系統トポロジーデータと系統モデルと保証テストパラメータとを入力として、前記発生源候補の保証テスト結果を算出することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の電力系統運用支援装置。
- 計測対象の計測データと、前記計測データの周波数成分を算出するための周波数特定パラメータとを入力として、振動周波数を算出するステップと、
算出された前記振動周波数を入力として、電力系統に発生した不安定振動の発生源候補を算出するステップと、
前記発生源候補の保証テスト結果を算出するステップと、
前記振動周波数と前記発生源候補と前記保証テスト結果を表示するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする電力系統運用支援方法。 - 前記計測対象の計測データを取得するステップと、
請求項6に記載の電力系統運用支援方法で算出された前記発生源候補および前記保証テスト結果と、前記計測対象に対する制御指令を作成するための制御パラメータと、前記計測データとを入力として、前記制御指令を作成するステップと、
前記制御指令を入力として、制御を実行するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする振動抑制システム。
