Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described. The various features shown in the embodiments shown below can be combined with each other. In addition, the invention is independently established for each feature.

1. 1. Laminated peeling container As shown in FIGS. 1 to 2, the laminated peeling container 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a container main body 3 and a valve member 5. The container main body 3 includes an accommodating portion 7 for accommodating the contents, and a mouth portion 9 having a mouth opening 9 g for discharging the contents from the accommodating portion 7. The accommodating portion 7 is provided with a shoulder portion 8. The radius of curvature of the shoulder portion 8 is 4 mm or less, preferably 1 to 3 mm.

As shown in FIG. 2, the container main body 3 includes an outer shell 12 and an inner bag 14 in the accommodating portion 7 and the mouth portion 9. As the contents decrease, the inner bag 14 separates from the outer shell 12, so that the inner bag 14 contracts away from the outer shell 12.

Here, the outer shell 12 is composed of, for example, low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, an ethylene-propylene copolymer and a mixture thereof. The outer shell 12 may have a plurality of layers. For example, both sides of the repro layer may be sandwiched between layers made of virgin material. Here, the repro layer means a layer used by recycling burrs generated during molding of a container. Further, the outer shell 12 is formed to be thicker than the inner bag 14 so as to have high resilience.

The inner bag 14 includes an EVOH layer provided on the outer surface side of the container, an inner surface layer provided on the inner surface side of the container of the EVOH layer, and an adhesive layer provided between the EVOH layer and the inner surface layer. By providing the EVOH layer, the gas barrier property and the peelability from the outer shell 12 can be improved. The adhesive layer may be omitted.

The EVOH layer is a layer made of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) resin, and is obtained by hydrolysis of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. The ethylene content of the EVOH resin is, for example, 25 to 50 mol%, preferably 32 mol% or less from the viewpoint of oxygen barrier properties.

The inner layer is a layer that comes into contact with the contents of the laminated stripping container 1, and is made of a polyolefin such as low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, an ethylene-propylene copolymer and a mixture thereof. It is preferably made of low density polyethylene or linear low density polyethylene.

The adhesive layer is a layer having a function of adhering the EVOH layer and the inner surface layer. For example, the above-mentioned polyolefin to which an acid-modified polyolefin having a carboxyl group introduced (eg, maleic anhydride-modified polyethylene) is added, or ethylene acetic acid It is a vinyl copolymer (EVA). An example of an adhesive layer is a mixture of low density polyethylene or linear low density polyethylene and acid modified polyethylene.

The mouth portion 9 is provided with an engaging portion 9d that can be engaged with a cap with a check valve. The cap may be attached by a plug type or a screw type.

As shown in FIG. 1, the accommodating portion 7 is provided with a recess 7a, and the recess 7a is provided with an outside air introduction hole 15. The outside air introduction hole 15 is a through hole provided only in the outer shell 12, and communicates the intermediate space 21 between the outer shell 12 and the inner bag 14 with the outer space S of the container body 3. The recess 7a is provided to avoid interference between the valve member 5 and the shrink film when the accommodating portion 7 is covered with the shrink film. Further, an air flow groove 7b extending from the recess 7a in the direction of the mouth portion 9 is provided so that the recess 7a is not sealed with the shrink film.

As shown in FIG. 2, the valve member 5 is provided on the intermediate space 21 side of the shaft portion 5a which is inserted into the outside air introduction hole 15 and can be slidably moved with respect to the outside air introduction hole 15, and the shaft portion. It includes a lid portion 5c having a larger cross-sectional area than 5a, and a locking portion 5b provided on the outer space S side of the shaft portion 5a and preventing the valve member 5 from entering the intermediate space 21.

The lid portion 5c is configured to substantially close the outside air introduction hole 15 when the outer shell 12 is compressed, and has a shape in which the cross-sectional area becomes smaller as it approaches the shaft portion 5a. Further, the locking portion 5b is configured so that air can be introduced into the intermediate space 21 when the outer shell 12 is restored after being compressed. When the outer shell 12 is compressed, the pressure in the intermediate space 21 becomes higher than the external pressure, and the air in the intermediate space 21 leaks to the outside from the outside air introduction hole 15. Due to this pressure difference and the air flow, the lid portion 5c moves toward the outside air introduction hole 15, and the lid portion 5c closes the outside air introduction hole 15. Since the lid portion 5c has a shape in which the cross-sectional area becomes smaller as it approaches the shaft portion 5a, the lid portion 5c easily fits into the outside air introduction hole 15 and closes the outside air introduction hole 15.

When the outer shell 12 is further compressed in this state, the pressure in the intermediate space 21 increases, and as a result, the inner bag 14 is compressed and the contents in the inner bag 14 are discharged. Further, when the pressing force on the outer shell 12 is released, the outer shell 12 tries to be restored by its own elasticity. At this time, the lid portion 5c is separated from the outside air introduction hole 15, the blockage of the outside air introduction hole 15 is released, and the outside air is introduced into the intermediate space 21. Further, the locking portion 5b is provided with a flow passage 5d so that the locking portion 5b does not block the outside air introduction hole 15, and the locking portion 5b can be distributed even when the locking portion 5b is in contact with the outer shell 12. The outside air can be introduced into the intermediate space 21 through the road 5d and the outside air introduction hole 15.

As the valve member 5, a member having an arbitrary configuration capable of opening and closing the outside air introduction hole 15 can be adopted. Further, the valve member 5 may be omitted.

2. 2. Method for Manufacturing a Laminated Peeling Container Next, an example of a method for manufacturing a laminated peeling container 1 according to the present embodiment will be described.
First, a molten state having a laminated structure corresponding to the container body 3 to be manufactured (for example, a laminated structure of PE layer / adhesive layer / EVOH layer / PP layer / repro layer / PP layer in order from the inner surface side of the container). The laminated parison is extruded, the laminated parison in this molten state is set in a split mold for blow molding, and the split mold is closed.
Next, a blow nozzle is inserted into the opening on the mouth 9 side of the container body 3, and air is blown into the cavity of the split mold in a state where the mold is fastened. Next, the split mold is opened and the blow-molded product is taken out.

Next, the outside air introduction hole 15 is formed in the outer shell 12 of the container body 3 of the laminated peeling container 1. The outside air introduction hole 15 can be formed by a holding step, a notch forming step, a peeling step, and a suction step. Hereinafter, each step will be described in detail. It should be noted that at least one of the holding step, the cut forming step, the peeling step, and the suction step may be carried out by a method other than the methods shown below, or may be omitted.

<Holding process>
In the holding step, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the container body 3 is held by the holding jig 4.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the holding jig 4 includes a tubular portion 4b having an end opening 4a at one end 4h, and the container body 3 is held from the mouth 9 side into the holding jig 4 from the end opening 4a. The container body 3 is held by the holding jig 4 by inserting it into the holding jig 4. Further, a drill opening 4c for inserting the drilling drill 30 is provided on the side surface of the tubular portion 4b. The inner surface of the cylinder portion 4b is provided with a ventilation groove 4d extending along the contact surface between the container body 3 and the cylinder portion 4b so as to communicate with the drill opening 4c. In the ventilation groove 4d, the end portion 4d1 (see FIG. 6B) of the ventilation groove 4d is preferably arranged at a position close to the region forming the outside air introduction hole 15 when the container body 3 is held by the holding jig 4. It is provided so as to. Further, the ventilation groove 4d is preferably provided so as to extend along the circumferential direction of the container body 3. Further, the ventilation groove 4d is preferably provided so as to surround the container body 3. By providing the ventilation groove 4d, when suction is performed through the drill opening 4c, air flow in the direction from the container body 3 toward the drill opening 4c is likely to occur, and chips generated when the outside air introduction hole 15 is formed are generated. It is discharged promptly. Outside air flows into the ventilation groove 4d from the gap between the container body 3 and the holding jig 4. A connecting groove for connecting the outside of the holding jig 4 and the ventilation groove 4d may be separately provided. In this case, the air flow in the ventilation groove 4d at the time of suction becomes smoother.

Further, the holding jig 4 is provided with a mouth holding portion 4e and a housing portion holding portion 4f. The mouth portion holding portion 4e holds the mouth portion 9 of the container main body 3, and the accommodating portion holding portion 4f holds the accommodating portion 7 of the container main body 3. Since the inner diameter of the mouth portion holding portion 4e is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the mouth portion 9, the mouth portion 9 is held by inserting the mouth portion 9 into the mouth portion holding portion 4e. The diameter of the accommodating portion holding portion 4f increases toward one end 4h, and the accommodating portion holding portion 4f has a substantially complementary shape to the accommodating portion 7. The outer surface of the accommodating portion 7 abuts on the accommodating portion holding portion 4f, and the accommodating portion 7 is held by the accommodating portion holding portion 4f. By holding the container body 3 by the mouth portion holding portion 4e and the accommodating portion holding portion 4f, it becomes possible to form the outside air introduction hole 15 in a stable state, and the variation in the shape of the outside air introduction hole 15 is reduced. ..

Further, the holding jig 4 is provided with a shoulder contact portion 4g. The shoulder portion abutting portion 4g abuts the shoulder portion 8 of the container body 3. The container body 3 is positioned in the height direction by the shoulder portion 8 abutting on the shoulder portion abutting portion 4g or the accommodating portion 7 abutting on the accommodating portion holding portion 4f.

Further, the holding jig 4 is provided with a locking piece holding groove 4i. The locking piece 6 is held in the locking piece holding groove 4i. When the container body 3 is held by the holding jig 4, the locking piece 6 is engaged with the air flow groove 7b of the container body 3. As a result, the container body 3 is positioned in the circumferential direction.

<Cut forming process / peeling process>
In the notch forming step, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 12, an annular (preferably circular) notch 15b is formed at a position where the outside air introduction hole 15 of the outer shell 12 is formed to form a cut piece 15a. (See FIG. 12). In the peeling step, the peeling tool 40 is brought into contact with the container body 3 in the inner region of the annular notch 15b and a peeling force is applied to peel the outer shell 12 from the inner bag 14 in this region.

The notch 15b can be formed by pressing the blade portion 30f against the outer shell 12 while rotating the drilling drill 30 having the blade portion 30f.

As shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, the drilling drill 30 is non-rotatably connected to the release tool 40, and the release tool 40 is connected to the spindle 50 capable of uniaxial movement and rotation. Therefore, it is possible to move forward or backward while integrally rotating the drill 30 and the release tool 40. Further, the drilling drill 30, the peeling tool 40, and the spindle 50 are provided with cavities 30 g, 40 g, and 50 g over the entire length, and the base end of the spindle 50 is connected to an intake / exhaust device via a rotary joint. ing. Therefore, it is possible to perform intake and exhaust through the tips 30c and 40c of the drill 30 and the release tool 40, and the chips generated during the formation of the cut can be sucked during the formation of the cut, so that the chips can be scattered. It can be suppressed.

As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the release tool 40 includes a spindle fixing portion 40a, a drilling drill fixing portion 40b, and a tip portion 40c in this order from the base end 40i side. The spindle 50 is fixed to the spindle fixing portion 40a. The drilling drill 30 is fixed to the drilling drill fixing portion 40b. The tip portion 40c has a tubular shape with a C-shaped cross section. The tip portion 40c is provided with a flat surface 40d and a notch portion 40e, and the side surface of the notch portion 40e in the circumferential direction is the blade portion 40f. In the present embodiment, the tip portion 40c has a flat surface, a notch portion, and a blade portion having the same structure as the tip portion 30c of the drilling drill 30, but this is an example, and the shape of the tip portion 40c is It may have any shape that can apply a peeling force to the container body 3. For example, an inclined surface may be provided instead of the flat surface 40d so that the tip portion 30c has a spiral shape.

The peeling force is an arbitrary force having an action of peeling the outer shell 12 and the inner bag 14, and includes rotational force, pushing pressure, vibration, and the like. In the present embodiment, the peeling tool 40 is provided for the purpose of peeling the cutting piece 15a, but the peeling tool 40 can be used alone as a drilling drill without attaching the drilling drill 30. In that case, it is possible to form an outside air introduction hole having a smaller diameter than when the drill 30 is used.

As shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, the drilling drill 30 includes a main body portion 30a and a tip portion 30c. The main body portion 30a is provided with a female screw portion 30b. With the drilling drill fixing portion 40b inserted into the cavity 30g, the drilling drill 30 can be fixed to the release tool 40 by screwing a set screw into the female threaded portion 30b and pressing the set screw against the drilling drill fixing portion 40b. can. The set screw is pressed against the flat surface 40h provided on the drill fixing portion 40b. Further, the drilling drill 30 is positioned by bringing its base end 30i into contact with the shoulder portion 40j of the release tool 40.

The tip portion 30c has a tubular shape with a C-shaped cross section. The tip portion 30c is provided with a flat surface 30d and a notch portion 30e, and a side surface of the notch portion 30e in the circumferential direction is a blade portion 30f.

The width W of the flat surface 30d in the radial direction is preferably 0.1 to 0.2 mm, more preferably 0.12 to 0.18 mm. If the width W is too small, the inner bag 14 is easily damaged during drilling, and if the width W is too large, the blade portion 30f does not easily come into contact with the outer shell 12, so that it is difficult to perform drilling smoothly. The range in which the notch 30e is provided is preferably 60 to 120 degrees, more preferably 75 to 105 degrees. If this range is too large, the inner bag 14 is easily damaged during drilling, and if this range is too small, it is difficult to perform drilling smoothly.

Further, the inner surface of the tip portion 30c is provided with a tapered surface 30k extending toward the tip. As a result, the excision piece 15a generated at the time of drilling does not remain on the container body 3 side, and easily shifts to the drilling drill 30 side.

When the flat surface 30d is pressed against the outer shell 12 while rotating the drilling drill 30, the flat surface 30d is slightly recessed into the outer shell 12. As a result, the outer shell 12 partially enters the notch 30e, the blade portion 30f comes into contact with the outer shell 12, and the outer shell 12 is cut. As shown in FIG. 12, when the flat surface 30d reaches the boundary between the outer shell 12 and the inner bag 14, an annular notch 15b and a cut piece 15a are formed in the outer shell 12. The excision piece 15a is a site formed by the notch 15b, and the outside air introduction hole 15 is formed by removing the cut piece 15a. In the state of FIG. 12, the tip portion 30c penetrates the outer shell 12 and runs idle with respect to the outer shell 12, but the tip portion 40c does not penetrate the outer shell 12 and is in a state of idling. The 40c and the cutting piece 15a are engaged with each other, and a rotational force is applied to the cutting piece 15a as the tip portion 40c rotates. Then, the cut piece 15a is surely separated from the inner bag 14 by this rotational force.

When the flat surface 30d is pressed against the inner bag 14 after the flat surface 30d reaches the boundary between the outer shell 12 and the inner bag 14, the inner bag 14 is peeled off from the outer shell 12 and toward the inside of the container body 3. Since it is easily deformed, the flat surface 30d does not sink into the inner bag 14, the blade portion 30f does not come into contact with the inner bag 14, and the inner bag 14 is prevented from being damaged.

When the inner diameter of the drill 30 is 4.5 mm or less as in Patent Document 1, the cut piece 15a is naturally peeled from the inner bag 14 by the force applied to the cut piece 15a when the cut 15b is formed. The excision piece 15a could be easily adsorbed by suction from the tip portion 30c of the drilling drill 30, and the excision piece 15a hardly remained on the container body 3 side. However, when the inner diameter of the drill 30 exceeds 4.5 mm (particularly when it exceeds 6 mm), when the drill having the same configuration as that of Patent Document 1 is used, the vicinity of the center of the cutting piece 15a is the inner bag. The cutting piece 15a could not be adsorbed by suction from the tip portion 30c of the drilling drill 30 while the 14 was left attached, and the frequency of the cutting piece 15a remaining on the container body 3 side increased significantly.

In the present embodiment, in order to solve such a problem, a peeling tool 40 is provided inside the drilling drill 30, and the peeling tool 40 is brought into contact with the cutting piece 15a to apply a peeling force, whereby the cutting piece 15a is formed. It is designed to be peeled off from the inner bag 14. The tip portions 30c and 40c have the same configuration, but since the peripheral speed of the tip portion 30c is smaller than that of the tip portion 40c, the cutting force of the blade portion 40f is weaker than that of the blade portion 30f, and the rotational force of the tip portion 30c is increased. It is added to the excision piece 15a. Further, since the cutting force of the blade portion 40f is weaker than that of the blade portion 30f, when the flat surfaces 30d and 40d are on the same plane, the cutting piece 15a is usually bladed inside and outside the rotation locus of the tip portion 40c. It is not divided by the part 40f. However, the blade portion 40f may be configured to divide the cut piece 15a inside and outside the rotation locus of the tip portion 40c by projecting the flat surface 40d from the flat surface 30d or the like. It is preferable that the excision piece 15a is not divided because it is easier to handle the excision piece 15a if it is not divided.

According to the present embodiment, the cutting piece 15a can be sucked by suction from the tip portion 30c of the drilling drill 30, and the frequency of the cutting piece 15a remaining on the container body 3 side is reduced. Further, since the tip portion 30c has a C-shaped cross section, even if the tip portion 30c adsorbs the cutting piece 15a, the cutting piece 15a does not block the tip portion 30c, and the chips can be sucked through the tip portion 30c. It is possible to continue.

After the cutting piece 15a is adsorbed on the tip portion 30c, the cutting piece 15a can be discharged from the tip of the drilling drill 30 by retracting the drilling drill 30 and the peeling tool 40 and blowing air into the cavity 40g. ..

<Suction process>
In the suction step, chips generated when the notch 15b is formed are sucked through the drill opening 4c. In the suction step, suction is preferably performed with the suction head 51 in close contact with the holding jig 4.

The suction head 51 includes a drill insertion hole 51a through which a drill 30 can be inserted, and a suction hole 51b for sucking air and chips in the suction head 51. The suction head 51 is in close contact with the holding jig 4 so that the drill insertion hole 51a and the suction hole 51b communicate with the drill opening 4c. In the notch forming step, a drill 30 is inserted so as to penetrate the drill insertion hole 51a and the drill opening 4c to form the notch 15b.

The chips are sucked through the suction hole 51b. A hose 52 is connected to the suction hole 51b, and a suction device is connected to the hose 52. This makes it possible to suck air and chips in the suction head 51.

The inner diameter of the drill insertion hole 51a is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the spindle 50. Therefore, there is a gap between the inner circumference of the drill insertion hole 51a and the outer circumference of the spindle 50.

When the holding jig 4 does not have the ventilation groove 4d, when the air in the suction head 51 is sucked, the outside air flows into the suction head 51 from the gap between the inner circumference of the drill insertion hole 51a and the outer circumference of the spindle 50. Therefore, it is difficult for air to flow from the container body 3 toward the suction hole 51b, and it may not be possible to efficiently suck the chips.

If the holding jig 4 is provided with the ventilation groove 4d as in the present embodiment, the air flow from the container body 3 toward the suction hole 51b is likely to occur, and the chips can be efficiently sucked.

By the above steps, the formation of the outside air introduction hole 15 in the outer shell 12 is completed. After that, a preliminary peeling step of pre-peeling the inner bag 14 from the outer shell 12 is performed as necessary, or a valve member 5 is inserted into the outside air introduction hole 15 to complete the production of the laminated stripping container 1.

3. 3. Other Embodiments In the above embodiment, the cut forming step and the peeling step are performed at the same time, but these steps may not be performed at the same time. For example, the cutting piece 15a may be formed by using a drill 30 having no peeling tool 40, and then a peeling step may be performed on the cut piece 15a.
In the above embodiment, the drilling drill 30 and the peeling tool 40 are integrally rotated, but at least one of the rotation speed or the rotation direction of the drilling drill 30 and the peeling tool 40 may be different.

In the above embodiment, the tip of the drill 30 (flat surface 30d) is arranged on the same surface as the tip of the release tool 40 (flat surface 40d), but the tip of the drill 30 is from the tip of the release tool 40. May be arranged so as to protrude, or the tip of the release tool 40 may be arranged so as to protrude from the tip of the drill 30.
