Claims (4)
- (a) アーマチュア(113)であって、
前記アーマチュア(113)は、一端に常閉接点(123)を支持するばね(125)が接続され、他端に常開接点(119)を支持する別のばね(121)が接続されており、
前記アーマチュア(113)は、前記常閉接点(123)が閉じて前記常開接点(119)が開いた第1の状態と前記常閉接点(123)が開いて前記常開接点(119)が閉じた第2の状態とを移動するように支持されている、アーマチュア(113)と、
(b) 前記アーマチュア(113)に設けられた変形可能な力伝達部品(105)であって、
前記変形可能な力伝達部品(105)は、前部と後部を有し、
前記前部は前記後部から前方に向かって伸びる周囲フレーム部(109)と舌部(107)とを有し、
前記変形可能な力伝達部品(105)は、前記舌部(107)が前記周囲フレーム(109)を超えて前記アーマチュア(113)から離れる方向に突出した状態で、前記後部において前記アーマチュア(113)に固定されている、変形可能な力伝達部品(105)と、
(c) 前記周囲フレーム(109)が前記アーマチュア(113)に向かって移動するのを規制する突出部(117)と、
(d) 前記アーマチュア(113)を前記第1の状態と前記第2の状態との間を手動で移動させるために、前後方向に摺動可能に設けられたスライダ(101)であって、
前記スライダ(101)は、前記アーマチュア(113)に対向する対向面を有し、
前記対向面にはくぼみ(111)が形成されている、スライダ(101)を備えており、
(e) 前記常閉接点(123)が溶着していない非故障状態では、前記舌部(107)が前記くぼみ(111)に侵入し、前記アーマチュア(113)は前記第1の状態と前記第2の状態との間を自由に移動でき、
前記常閉接点(123)が溶着した故障状態では、前記前後方向に前記スライダ(101)を移動すると、まず前記舌部(107)が前記スライダ(101)の前記くぼみ(111)の側面に接触して、前記舌部(107)が前記周囲フレーム(109)に対して変形し、その後、前記舌部(107)が前記くぼみ(111)を抜けた後は、前記スライダ(101)の前記対向面との接触による前記舌部(107)の変形によって前記舌部(107)から前記アーマチュア(113)に加えられる力が、前記常閉接点(123)を支持する前記ばね(125)が塑性変形を生じる力よりも小さくなるように構成されている、電磁開閉器。 - 前記変形可能な力伝達部品(105)は弾性の板で作られている、請求項1に記載の電磁開閉器。
- 前記舌部(107)は、前記くぼみ(111)に向けて突出する波の形を有する、請求項1に記載の電磁開閉器。
- 前記突出部(117)は前記アーマチュア(113)に設けられている、請求項1に記載の電磁開閉器。
