Claims (4)
- 近位端と遠位端とをもつ長尺管を含む第1の部材であって、前記近位端から前記遠位端までは通路が延びる第1の部材と、
前記第1の部材の前記通路内を移動するように構成された長尺シャフトを含む第2の部材と、
第1の端部と第2の端部とを含む第3の部材であって、前記第1の端部が前記第2の部材にヒンジ接続された、第3の部材と、
前記第1の部材の前記遠位端にヒンジ接続された前端部と前記第3の部材の前記第2の端部にヒンジ接続された後端部とを含むロッド保持器であって、前記ロッド保持器の長軸が前記第2の部材の長軸と略平行である直線構成から、前記ロッド保持器の前記長軸が前記第2の部材の前記長軸に対して角度をなす傾斜構成に遷移するように構成されると共に、ロッドと解放可能に接続するように構成された、ロッド保持器と、
前記第2の部材を平行移動させるように構成されたアクチュエータであって、前記アクチュエータは、前記第1の部材の前記近位端に配置されており、前記第2の部材の平行移動が、前記直線構成と前記傾斜構成との間で前記ロッド保持器を遷移させる、アクチュエータと、
を備えており、
前記ロッド保持器が、挟む構成と解放構成との間で変化するための機構を含み、
前記第2の部材が、駆動ツールを使用して前記近位端から前記機構にアクセスするための長手経路を含む、アクセス経路を通して脊椎固定ロッドを送達するためのロッド挿入体。 - 前記第2の部材に対する前記ロッド保持器の向きに対応する指示部をさらに含む、

近位端と遠位端とをもつ長尺管であって、前記近位端から前記遠位端までは通路が延びる長尺管と、
前記ロッド挿入体の近位端と遠位端との間に延びたシャフトであって、前記シャフトが、前記長尺管の前記通路内を移動するように構成され、かつ長軸を含み、前記長軸に沿って移動するように構成された、シャフトと、
ロッド保持器の長軸が前記シャフトの前記長軸と略平行である直線構成から、前記ロッド保持器の前記長軸が前記シャフトの前記長軸に対して角度をなす傾斜構成に回転するように構成されたロッド保持器であって、前記長尺管の前記遠位端に配置されており、かつロッドと解放可能に接続するように構成された、ロッド保持器と、
前記直線構成と前記傾斜構成との間で前記ロッド保持器を遷移させるように構成されたアクチュエータであって、前記長尺管の前記近位端に配置されたアクチュエータと、
を備え、
前記ロッド保持器が、挟む構成と解放構成との間で変化するための機構を含み、
前記シャフトが、駆動ツールを使用して前記近位端から前記機構にアクセスするための長手経路を含み、
前記ロッド保持器が、前記長尺管の前記遠位端に回転可能に接続された前端部と、連結部材を介して前記シャフトにヒンジ接続された後端部とを含む、
ロッド挿入体。 - 前記シャフトに対する前記ロッド保持器の向きに対応する指示部をさらに備える、
