Description

Claims (20)
- ブレードを含む装置であって、
前記ブレードが、
第1及び第2のスパーキャップと、
前記第1のスパーキャップに結合される第1の壁と、
前記第2のスパーキャップに結合される第2の壁と、
少なくとも前記第1のスパーキャップに結合される剪断ウェブと、
前記剪断ウェブ及び前記第1の壁に結合され、前記ブレード内での前記剪断ウェブの位置を維持するように機能する脆弱支持体と、
を含み、
前記脆弱支持体は、予め定義された条件の下で、前記剪断ウェブの位置の維持が機能しなくなるように構成される、装置。 - 前記脆弱支持体が第1の脚及び第2の脚を含み、脆弱な接続がそれらの間に配設される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記予め定義された条件が応力閾値である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記予め定義された条件が荷重ベクトルである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記荷重ベクトルが、前記支持体の長手軸に対して直角に向けられる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 脆弱部分が、前記支持体の中間点に配置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 脆弱部分が、弱体化セクションを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 脆弱部分が、引っ張りコードを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記脆弱支持体が、前記剪断ウェブに対して約45度に向きを定められる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 複数の脆弱支持部材をさらに含み、少なくとも二つの脆弱支持部材が約12.5メートル離隔される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 風力タービンブレードを組み立てる方法であって、
第1のブレードハーフを用意することと、
第2のブレードハーフを用意することと、
剪断ウェブを用意することであり、前記剪断ウェブが前記第1のブレードハーフに結合される、用意することと、
脆弱支持体が前記ブレード内での前記剪断ウェブの位置を維持するように機能するよう、前記脆弱支持体を前記剪断ウェブ及び前記第1のブレードハーフに結合させることと、
前記脆弱支持体において前記剪断ウェブの位置の維持が機能しなくなることを引き起こすことと
を含む、方法。 - 前記脆弱支持体において前記剪断ウェブの位置の維持が機能しなくなることを引き起こすことが、脆弱な接続部分を前記支持体の残りの部分から外すためにコードを引っ張ることを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記脆弱支持体において前記剪断ウェブの位置の維持が機能しなくなることを引き起こすことが、閾値を超えた応力を加えることを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記脆弱支持体において前記剪断ウェブの位置の維持が機能しなくなることを引き起こすことが、前記支持体の長手軸に対してある角度に向けられたベクトルに沿って荷重を加えることを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記脆弱支持体において前記剪断ウェブの位置の維持が機能しなくなることを引き起こすことが、前記第2のブレードハーフを前記第1のブレードハーフの上に位置付けることを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記組み立てられたブレードから前記脆弱支持体を取り除くことをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記脆弱支持体が、前記剪断ウェブに対して約45度に向きを定められる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記脆弱支持体が、前記剪断ウェブのほぼ中間点で前記剪断ウェブに結合される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 複数の脆弱支持部材を用意することをさらに含み、少なくとも二つの脆弱支持部材が約12.5メートル離隔される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 第2の脆弱支持部材を用意することと、前記第2の脆弱支持体を前記剪断ウェブ及び前記第2のブレードハーフに結合させることとをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
