Claims (11)
- 電気モータを有する電気器具に適用される電気スイッチであって、
前記電気スイッチのスイッチハウジング内に位置する回路基板であって、その上面に接点経路及び電位差計軌道が配置された回路基板と、
前記接点経路と接触して接点システムをスイッチオンするように構成される第1の滑り接点と、
前記電気モータの回転速度及び/又はトルクを設定するために、前記電位差計軌道と接触するように構成される第2の滑り接点と、を備え、
前記第1の滑り接点及び前記第2の滑り接点は、同期して移動し、
前記第1の滑り接点及び前記第2の滑り接点は、前記スイッチハウジング内でプランジャに接続されたスライダに配置され、前記プランジャは前記スイッチハウジングから突出し、
前記電気スイッチの前記スイッチハウジングは、上側シェル及び下側シェルを備え、前記スイッチハウジングの上側シェルと下側シェルとの間に一体型円周シールが設けられ、前記シールは、前記スイッチハウジングの開口部の領域でリングに形成され、前記プランジャは、前記開口部を貫通して前記スイッチハウジングから突出している、
ことを特徴とする電気スイッチ。 - 前記接点経路は、少なくとも前記第2の滑り接点の可能な最長変位経路と同じ長さである、請求項1に記載に電気スイッチ。
- 前記回路基板の前端上の前記接点経路に隣接して、絶縁パッドが配置されかつ前記接点経路の延長部として設けられ、前記第1の滑り接点が前記接点経路と接触するとき、前記接点システムはオン位置にあり、前記第1の滑り接点が前記絶縁パッドと接触するとき、前記接点システムはオフ位置にある、請求項1に記載の電気スイッチ。
- 前記接点経路及び前記電位差計軌道は、前記回路基板の表面の一方に配置されて同じ方向に延びている、請求項1に記載の電気スイッチ。
- 前記スライダは、前記回路基板の上方の平面内で前記プランジャによって直線状の摺動移動する、請求項3に記載の電気スイッチ。
- 前記プランジャは、作動素子によって外部から手動的に始動される、請求項5に記載の電気スイッチ。
- 前記上側シェル及び下側シェルは、留め接続部によって一緒に接続される、請求項6に記載の電気スイッチ。
- 前記プランジャと接触して戻しばねが配置され、オン位置からオフ位置に戻る前記移動は、作動素子が前記プランジャに圧力を加えないとき、前記戻しばねによって行なわれる、請求項6に記載の電気スイッチ。
- 前記第1の滑り接点及び前記第2の滑り接点の端部は、U字形とされ、前記接点経路又は前記電位差計軌道上にばね力によって位置している、請求項1に記載の電気スイッチ。
- 前記電気モータの方向を変える目的で転換機器が設けられ、前記転換機器は、前記回路基板の表面の1つの上の導電経路と相互作用する、請求項1に記載の電気スイッチ。
- 電気モータを有する電気器具に適用される電気スイッチであって、
前記電気スイッチのスイッチハウジング内に位置する回路基板であって、その上面に接点経路及び電位差計軌道が配置された回路基板と、
前記接点経路と接触して接点システムをスイッチオンするように構成される第1の滑り接点と、
前記電気モータの回転速度及び/又はトルクを設定するために、前記電位差計軌道と接触するように構成される第2の滑り接点と、を備え、
前記第1の滑り接点及び前記第2の滑り接点は、同期して移動し、
前記回路基板の前端上の接点経路に隣接して絶縁パッドが配置され、前記絶縁パッドは前記接点経路の延長部として設けられ、前記第1の滑り接点が前記接点経路と接触するとき、前記接点システムはオン位置にあり、前記第1の滑り接点が前記絶縁パッドと接触するとき、前記接点システムはオフ位置にある、
ことを特徴とする電気スイッチ。
