Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a gaming board used in various gaming machines such as pachinko gaming machines, arrange ball gaming machines, and rotating cylinder type gaming machines.
Conventionally, as a gaming board of a gaming machine, for example, a gaming board of a gaming machine described in
Here, in the game board, a plurality of openings are formed so as to provide a plurality of board surface parts such as a liquid crystal display device and various winning devices. In other words, before the thin film sheet material is attached to the main body board, a plurality of openings are formed separately in the main body board and the thin film sheet material, corresponding to the plurality of openings of the game board. Has been done.
By the way, in the game board of the above-mentioned gaming machine, in recent years, among the plurality of openings of the gaming board, the opening provided with the liquid crystal display device has become larger as the size of the liquid crystal display device has increased. Therefore, if the opening in which the liquid crystal display device is provided is large, the thin film sheet material is structurally easily bent.
Therefore, when the thin film sheet material is attached to the front surface of the main body board, as described above, if a plurality of openings are previously formed in both the main body board and the thin film sheet material, a plurality of thin film sheet materials are formed. For example, even if an attempt is made to attach an opening in which a liquid crystal display device is provided to an opening in which a liquid crystal display device is provided among a plurality of openings in the main body panel, as described above, the thin film sheet is formed. Since the material is structurally easily bent, a positional shift occurs between the openings of both the main body board provided with the liquid crystal display device and the thin-film sheet material, and the two openings cannot be aligned correctly. Wrinkles may occur on the thin film sheet material. As a result, there is a problem that the thin film sheet material cannot be satisfactorily attached to the main body board.
Further, even if the thin film sheet material is satisfactorily adhered to the main body board, for example, dust may be mixed between the thin film sheet material and the main body board, or the thin film sheet material and the main body board may be mixed. If one of the two is mistakenly targeted for bonding, the thin-film sheet material is peeled off from the main body board to ensure reuse of the main body board, and a new thin-film sheet material is attached to this main body board. There is a request to change clothes. In this case, if the thin-film sheet material cannot be satisfactorily peeled off from the main body after the thin-film sheet material is attached to the main body, it is difficult to reuse the above-mentioned main body.
Further, when a plurality of openings were formed in the thin film sheet material as described above, the plurality of excised sites excised for the formation of the plurality of openings in the thin film sheet material were discarded. .. In this case, the plurality of excised parts of the thin film sheet material are wasted even though they are the parts of the thin film sheet material.
In response to this, there is a demand to effectively utilize each excision site as described above without wasting it.
As described above, each of the plurality of openings corresponds to both the main body board and the thin film sheet material before the thin film sheet material is attached to the main body board. Not limited to the case where the thin film sheet material is formed in advance, after the thin film sheet material is attached to the main body board, each of the plurality of openings is formed so as to correspond to both the main body board and the thin film sheet material. Even so, the same is true.
Therefore, in order to deal with the above problems, the present invention provides a good new decorative sheet for the game board after the decorative sheet is peeled off from the game board when the decorative sheet needs to be reattached to the game board. It is an object of the present invention to provide a manufacturing method of a game board that enables re-sticking and minimizes waste of decorative sheets.
In solving the above-mentioned problems, the method for manufacturing a game board according to the present invention is described in
In order to assemble various board parts (R, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90), a game board and a decorative sheet laminated from the surface of the game board are used.

In the manufacturing method of the game board
As the game board, a game board (10) made of a transparent polycarbonate resin or a transparent acrylic resin formed so as to have a central opening (11) required for assembling the effect display device (60) among various board parts. ) In advance,
In addition, it is formed with a transparent adhesive that exhibits adhesive strength characteristics that are low immediately after the attachment in an environment of a predetermined atmospheric temperature when attached to the game substrate and increase with the passage of time thereafter. It is composed of an adhesive layer (30a), a front side release sheet (30b) attached to the surface of the adhesive layer, and a back surface side release sheet (30c) attached to the back surface of the adhesive layer. Prepare the adhesive member (30) in advance and
The first step of attaching the protective film (20c) to the transparent base film (20c) from the surface side thereof, and
After the protective film is attached to the base film, at least a part of the central back surface portion corresponding to the central opening portion of the game board on the back surface of the base film, other than the effect display device among the various board parts. A printing pattern portion for decorating a board component for at least one board component is printed, and the outer peripheral side of the back surface of the base film with respect to the center back surface portion and the outer periphery of the game board with respect to the center opening portion are printed. A second step of forming a base film as a print base film by printing a decorative print pattern portion on the outer peripheral side substrate portion for the side substrate portion.
The third step of attaching the adhesive layer that appears by peeling the front side release sheet from the adhesive member to the printing base film from the back surface side, and
After peeling off the front side release sheet from the adhesive member , a sticking laminate composed of a back side release sheet, an adhesive layer, a printing base film and a protective film is attached to the inner circumference of the central opening of the game substrate. By making a cut at the annular cut position corresponding to the above, the inner peripheral side portion and the outer peripheral side portion of the above annular cut position in the bonded laminate are separated as the central side decorative sheet part and the outer peripheral side decorative sheet part of the decorative sheet, respectively. The fourth step of forming and
Correspondence to the back surface side release sheet of the outer peripheral side decorative sheet part The corresponding outer peripheral side of the adhesive layer appearing by peeling the outer peripheral side release sheet part from the outer peripheral side decorative sheet part . Corresponding to the release sheet portion At the outer peripheral side adhesive layer portion, the fifth step of attaching to the outer peripheral side substrate portion by pressing with a pressure within a predetermined pressure range from the surface side thereof is provided.
The first to fifth steps are performed in the environment of the predetermined atmospheric temperature, and within a predetermined short time after the fifth step, the abnormality of the outer peripheral side decorative sheet portion or the corresponding outer peripheral side adhesive layer portion and the outer peripheral side are performed. When a foreign substance is found to be mixed with the side substrate portion, the outer peripheral side decorative sheet portion is peeled off from the outer peripheral side substrate portion, and the outer peripheral side decorative sheet portion of the new decorative sheet is used as the outer peripheral side substrate portion. It is manufactured by reattaching it through the first to fifth steps .
For decoration, the portion of the central decorative sheet portion including the printed pattern portion for decorating the board part is cut out from the central decorative sheet portion and attached to the board part main body of at least one of the board parts. It is characterized by being held as a seal.
In this way, by utilizing the expensive transparent polycarbonate resin or transparent acrylic resin gaming substrate, the first to fifth steps are performed in an environment of a predetermined atmospheric temperature, and after the fifth step, a predetermined short time is performed. When an abnormality in the decorative sheet or contamination of foreign matter between the adhesive layer and the game board is found within the time, the decorative sheet is peeled off from the game board and a new decorative sheet is used on the game board. It was manufactured by reattaching it through the process.
In addition to such manufacturing, the part including the decorative part printing pattern part of the inner sticking body part is integrally cut from the inner sticking body part together with the corresponding film part of the protective film for the part. Therefore, it is held as a sticker for parts to be attached to the front surface portion of at least one of the board parts.
In this way, the part of the inner sticker part including the decorative part printing pattern part is cut out from the inner sticker part as a part seal and attached to the front surface part of at least one board part. I tried to hold it as a seal for parts . Therefore, after the consumer obtains the game board, the component seal can be attached to the front surface portion of at least one board component at the adhesive layer portion as needed, and the decorative sheet can be attached to the central portion thereof. It is economical because it can be effectively used including the central part without discarding the waste, and the waste of the decorative sheet can be eliminated .
Here, printing on the decorative sheet is performed with the same print quality over the entire printed surface of the decorative sheet. Therefore, a unified and good print quality can be maintained without causing color blurring or variation in the print quality over all the printed surfaces of the decorative sheet . As a result, a good appearance of the decorative sheet and, by extension, the game board can be ensured.
Further, the adhesive force of the decorative sheet to the game substrate is low within a predetermined short time after the fifth step. Therefore, when an abnormality in the decorative sheet or a foreign substance mixed between the adhesive layer and the game board is found, the decorative sheet can be cleanly peeled off from the game board . As a result, it becomes possible to reuse a game substrate made of an expensive polycarbonate resin or a transparent acrylic resin.
Therefore, the new decorative sheet can be satisfactorily reattached to the game substrate through the first to fifth steps. By reusing the expensive game board in this way, it is possible to eliminate the waste of the game board, and as a result, it is possible to contribute to resource saving .
Further, when the consumer attaches the sticker for parts to the front surface portion of at least one board part at the adhesive layer portion after obtaining the game board, the decoration of the sticker for parts is used. After peeling off the corresponding sheet part of the back side release sheet for the part including the part printing pattern part, the part seal is attached to the front side surface part of at least one board part by the adhesive layer part. To. Therefore, in the adhesive layer portion of the component seal, the adhesive layer portion of the component seal can be satisfactorily attached to the front surface portion of at least one board component while maintaining the low adhesive force characteristic.
Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the method for manufacturing a game board according to the present invention is a game board and the game board for assembling various board parts (R, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90). It uses a decorative sheet that is attached to the front of the product.

The first to seventh steps are performed in the environment of the predetermined atmospheric temperature, and within a predetermined short time after the seventh step, the outer peripheral side decorative sheet part or the decorative seal is abnormal or the corresponding outer peripheral side is dealt with. When foreign matter is found between the adhesive layer portion and the outer peripheral side substrate portion or between the board component main body and the decorative seal, the outer peripheral side decorative sheet portion is peeled off from the outer peripheral side substrate portion. Alternatively, the decorative seal is peeled off from the board component body, and the outer peripheral side decorative sheet portion of the new decorative sheet is reattached to the outer peripheral side substrate portion through the first to sixth steps, or the center of the new decorative sheet. It is characterized in that it is manufactured by reattaching a decorative seal cut from the side decorative sheet portion in the seventh step.
According to this, in the second step, as described above, after the protective film is attached to the base film, at least one of the central back surface portions corresponding to the central opening portion of the game substrate in the back surface of the base film. A printing pattern portion for decorating the board parts for at least one board part other than the effect display device among the various board parts is printed on the portion, and the outer peripheral side of the back surface of the base film with respect to the center back surface portion. A base film is formed as a print base film by printing a decorative print pattern portion of the outer peripheral side substrate portion for the outer peripheral side substrate portion with respect to the central opening portion of the game substrate on the back surface portion.

Hereinafter, each embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(First Embodiment)
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of a pachinko gaming machine (hereinafter, also referred to as a gaming machine) to which the present invention is applied. The gaming machine is erected on an island in a pachinko hall, and as shown in either FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, the gaming machine is composed of an outer frame F, a gaming machine main body B, and a front door D. Has been done.
The gaming machine main body B is supported so as to be openable and closable with respect to the outer frame F in the front-rear direction, and the gaming machine main body B includes a gaming board P and a back unit U as shown in FIG.
The game board P is provided on the game machine main body B so as to be located on the back surface side of the transparent plate Db (described later) of the front door D. As shown in any one of FIGS. 1 to 4, the game board P includes a
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the
Here, the
The decorative sheet S is attached to the front surface of the
As shown in any one of FIGS. 5 to 7, the decorative sheet S is composed of a
The print film 20b is configured by printing a predetermined print pattern (described later) on the surface of a film made of colorless and transparent PET. The printed film 20b is attached to the back surface of the
In the
As shown in FIG. 7, the
The
Here, the reason why the lower limit of the predetermined thickness range is set to 25 (μm) is that if the
Then, as will be described later, the
In the first embodiment, as the predetermined pressure-sensitive adhesive, a WF-D804 type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive manufactured by Niei Kako Co., Ltd. is adopted, and the WF-D804 type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive has a predetermined pressure-sensitive adhesive force. Has characteristics.
Here, the adhesive strength characteristics of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive were measured in relation to the atmospheric temperature. The measurement method is as follows.
After lining the peeled surface of the adhesive layer made of WF-D804 type acrylic adhesive with PET having a thickness of 25 (μm), it is cut into a size of 25 (mm) × 150 (mm) and prepared as multiple adhesive samples. did. Each adhesive sample prepared in this way was bonded to each of four types of adherends different from each other in each environment of a plurality of predetermined atmospheric temperatures to obtain a bonded sample.
Here, the above-mentioned predetermined atmospheric temperature was set to 0 (° C.), 10 (° C.), and normal temperature (20 (° C.)). Along with this, three adhesive samples were prepared for each of the above-mentioned different adherends. Further, the above-mentioned four types of adherends are, for example, a sheet made of stainless steel (hereinafter, polished with a thickness of 360 (mm)) (hereinafter, also referred to as a stainless sheet) and a sheet made of a polycarbonate resin (hereinafter, also referred to as a PC sheet). A sheet made of acrylic resin (hereinafter, also referred to as acrylic sheet) and a sheet made of PET (hereinafter, also referred to as PET sheet). Of the above-mentioned bonded samples, each sample in which a stainless sheet, a PC sheet, an acrylic sheet and a PET sheet are bonded is also referred to as a stainless sample, a PC sample, an acrylic sample and a PET sample, respectively.
Then, for each bonded sample prepared as described above, the bonded sample was pressure-bonded on a predetermined base by one reciprocation with a rubber roller of 2 (kg). Then, each of the bonded samples was subjected to a tensile test with a tensile tester to measure the adhesive strength. In the crimping test by the rubber roller and the tensile test by the tensile tester for each bonded sample, 20 (minutes) have passed after the crimping by the rubber roller in the atmospheric temperature environment for each bonded sample. And 24 (hours) have passed. However, the peeling conditions were a peeling angle of 180 ° and a peeling speed of 300 (mm / min).
According to the above test, the test results are shown in Table 1 below.
However, according to Table 1, the adhesive strength of the stainless steel sample is 20 (minutes), and the atmospheric temperatures are 0 (° C.), 10 (° C.), and 20 (° C.), respectively. It was 2.2 (N / 25 mm), 4.3 (N / 25 mm) and 15.4 (N / 25 mm).
According to this, the adhesive strength of the stainless steel sample is 2.2 (N / 25 mm) and 4.3 (N /) at atmospheric temperatures of 0 (° C.) and 10 (° C.) after 20 (minutes) have elapsed. It is very low at 25 mm) and high at 15.4 at an atmospheric temperature of 20 (° C.).
Further, the adhesive strength of the stainless steel sample was 23.1 (N /) under each environment of atmospheric temperature 0 (° C.), 10 (° C.) and 20 (° C.) after the lapse of 24 (hours). 25 mm), 23.2 (N / 25 mm) and 24.2 (N / 25 mm).
According to this, the adhesive strength of the stainless steel sample hardly changes between 0 (° C.), 10 (° C.) and 20 (° C.) at the atmospheric temperature after 24 (hours). Compared to the case where the elapsed time is 20 (minutes), the value is very high or considerably high.
In addition, the adhesive strength of the PC sample is 2.7 (N / 25 mm) under each environment of atmospheric temperature 0 (° C.), 10 (° C.), and 20 (° C.) after 20 (minutes) have elapsed. ), 15.0 (N / 25 mm) and 16.7 (N / 25 mm).
According to this, the adhesive strength of the PC sample is very low at an atmospheric temperature of 0 (° C.) as in the case of the stainless steel sample after 20 (minutes), and the stainless steel sample is at an atmospheric temperature of 10 (° C.). It is much higher than the case of, and at an ambient temperature of 20 (° C.), it is almost the same as that of the stainless steel sample.
The adhesive strength of the PC sample was 22.3 (N /) under each environment of atmospheric temperature 0 (° C.), 10 (° C.), and 20 (° C.) after 24 (hours). It was 25 mm), 22.5 (N / 25 mm) and 23.4 (N / 25 mm).
According to this, the adhesive strength of the PC sample hardly changes between 0 (° C.), 10 (° C.) and 20 (° C.) at the atmospheric temperature after 24 (hours). The value is almost the same as that of the stainless steel sample.
The adhesive strength of the acrylic sample was 2.8 (N / 25 mm) under each environment of atmospheric temperature 0 (° C), 10 (° C) and 20 (° C) after 20 (minutes). ), 14.0 (N / 25 mm) and 15.7 (N / 25 mm).
According to this, the adhesive strength of the acrylic sample is very low at an atmospheric temperature of 0 (° C) after 20 (minutes), as in the case of both the stainless steel sample and the PC sample, and the atmospheric temperature is 10 (° C). ) And 20 (° C.), which is almost the same as that of the PC sample, but at 10 (° C.), it is considerably higher than that of the stainless steel sample.
Further, the adhesive strength of the acrylic sample was 18.9 (N /) under each environment of atmospheric temperature 0 (° C.), 10 (° C.) and 20 (° C.) after the lapse of 24 (hours). 25 mm), 19.6 (N / 25 mm) and 19.8 (N / 25 mm).
According to this, the adhesive strength of the acrylic sample hardly changes between 0 (° C.), 10 (° C.) and 20 (° C.) at the atmospheric temperature after 24 (hours). Although it is somewhat lower than that of the stainless steel sample, it is almost the same high value.
The adhesive strength of the PET sample is 1.8 (N / 25 mm) under each environment of atmospheric temperature 0 (° C.), 10 (° C.) and 20 (° C.) after 20 (minutes) have elapsed. ), 5.0 (N / 25 mm) and 14.6 (N / 25 mm).
According to this, the adhesive strength of the PET sample is almost the same as that of the stainless steel sample, the PC sample and the acrylic sample at an atmospheric temperature of 0 (° C.) after 20 (minutes), and is very low. At 10 (° C.), it is very low as in the case of the stainless steel sample, and at an ambient temperature of 20 (° C.), it is almost the same as in the case of the stainless steel sample, the PC sample and the acrylic sample.
Further, the adhesive strength of the PET sample is 16.2 (N /) under each environment of atmospheric temperature 0 (° C.), 10 (° C.) and 20 (° C.) after 24 (hours) have elapsed. 25 mm), 16.5 (N / 25 mm) and 16.9 (N / 25 mm).
According to this, the adhesive strength of the PET sample hardly changes with each other at any of the atmospheric temperatures of 0 (° C.), 10 (° C.) and 20 (° C.) after 24 (hours). Although it is somewhat lower than that of the acrylic sample, it is almost the same high value.
According to the above, although the stainless steel sample, the PC sample, the acrylic sample and the PET sample each have unique adhesive strength characteristics, the respective adhesive strength tends to increase with the passage of time, but the stainless sheet, Immediately after the PC sheet, acrylic sheet or PET sheet is bonded to the above-mentioned predetermined base, the height does not increase. In other words, the adhesive strength characteristics of the WF-D804 type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive tend to be very low immediately after the bonding and gradually increase with the passage of time.
In the first embodiment, immediately after the stainless sheet, PC sheet, acrylic sheet or PET sheet is attached to the predetermined base (within a predetermined short time described later, for example, at least 20 (minutes) after the attachment). The adhesive strength of (within) is such that the stainless sheet, PC sheet, acrylic sheet or PET sheet can be traced from the above-mentioned predetermined base regardless of the ambient temperature of 0 (° C.), 10 (° C.) or 20 (° C.). It is recognized that the adhesive strength is low enough to be peeled off cleanly and easily without leaving.
For example, in a PC sheet, if the adhesive strength is about 16.7 (N / 25 mm), it corresponds to a low adhesive strength that can be easily and cleanly peeled off from the above-mentioned base without leaving a trace. Further, in the acrylic sheet, if the adhesive strength is about 15.7 (N / 25 mm), it corresponds to a low adhesive strength that can be easily and cleanly peeled off from the above-mentioned base without leaving a trace.
Further, if the adhesive strength is low enough to allow the stainless sheet, PC sheet, acrylic sheet or PET sheet to be peeled off cleanly and easily from the predetermined base without leaving a trace, after the above-mentioned attachment. It is not limited to at least 20 (minutes) or less, and may exceed 20 (minutes), for example, about 5 (minutes). If it is less than 20 (minutes), it can be easily understood that the above-mentioned condition of low adhesive strength is satisfied.
Further, the range of the above-mentioned atmospheric temperature is not limited to 0 (° C.), 10 (° C.) and 20 (° C.), but may be within the range of 0 (° C.) to 20 (° C.), or 20. Even if the temperature is higher than (° C.), the adhesive strength of the stainless sheet, the PC sheet, the acrylic sheet or the PET sheet can be easily and cleanly removed from the predetermined base without leaving a trace immediately after the attachment. It has been confirmed that the temperature is low enough to be peeled off, and the temperature range is such that a good value can be secured at the time when, for example, 24 (hours) have elapsed after the above-mentioned attachment.
In other words, since the material for forming the

Further, as shown in any one of FIGS. 1 to 4, the game board P includes a guide rail R, a

The
The take-up
Based on such a premise, the
Under such a configuration of the
On the other hand, the
Then, when the
At this time, in such a moving process, the
In such a process, when the
At this time, the
The above-mentioned cutting is performed for each new
After that, the processing of the next cutting step S5 is performed. In this process, the five-layer
As shown in FIG. 20, the Thomson punching die 170 includes a plate-shaped
Here, as shown in FIG. 20, the vertical cross-sectional shape of the
Further, the
Here, as shown in FIG. 20, the vertical cross-sectional shape of the
The
Under the structure of the Thomson punching die 170 as described above, the five-layer
After that, the Thomson punching die 170 is pressed by a press machine (not shown) toward the upper surface of the workbench L along the lower side (in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 20) by the plate-shaped
As a result, the 5-layer
After that, in the seal cutting step S6, from the inner peripheral
Then, in the sticking step S7 to the game board, the cut 5-
Here, as shown in FIG. 22, the
Further, the plate-shaped arm portion 182b of the L-shaped plate-shaped moving
Under such a configuration of the
After that, the notched 5-layer
Then, the L-shaped plate-shaped moving
In the first embodiment, the predetermined pressure range may be a pressure within a range in which the adhesive force of the
As a result, the outer peripheral side
Next, in the seal attaching step S8, the left and right side frame seals 40b, the left and right upper cover seals 50b, the left and right side side cover seals 50c, the left and right side lamp seals 70b, the start chucker seals 80b, and the attacker seals 90b are shown in FIGS. As shown in 27, it is attached .
Specifically, the left and right side frame seals 40b are attached at the adhesive layer portion along the left and right side portions of the lower frame portion of the center frame 40a, as shown in FIG. 23. Note that FIG. 23 shows an example in which the left and right side frame seals 40b are attached to the left side portion of the lower frame portion.
As shown in FIG. 24, the left and right upper cover seals 50b are attached to the respective surfaces of the left and right side portions of the upper frame portion of the liquid
The left and right side lamp seals 70b are attached to the respective surfaces of the left and
The start chucker seal 80b is attached to the surface of the
Further, the attacker seal 90b is attached to the surface of the
After that, the decorative sheet S is attached to the
As described above, in the present first embodiment, in the decorative sheet S, the left and right side frame seals 40b, the left and right upper cover seals 50b, the left and right side side cover seals 50c, the left and right side lamp seals 70b, the start chucker seal 80b and the attacker. Since the seal 90b is cut off from the notch-corresponding part 16 1 (inner peripheral side adhesive body part 161) cut out as described above, the decorative sheet S is included in the central part without discarding the central part. It can be effectively used, and the waste of the decorative sheet S is eliminated, which is economical.
Here, printing on the decorative sheet S is performed with the same print quality over the entire printed surface of the decorative sheet S. That is, printing of each print pattern portion of the
Therefore, no color blurring or variation occurs in the print quality between the cut-corresponding
Further, immediately after the manufacturing of the game board P as described above, it corresponds immediately after the sticking of the decorative sheet S to the
However, the
However, as described above, the adhesive strength immediately after the
Here, immediately after the above-mentioned
Therefore, using the
In this way, by reusing the game board, it is possible to eliminate waste of the game board, and as a result, it is possible to contribute to resource saving and prevent unnecessary increase in manufacturing cost as a game board. ..
Further, in the new decorative sheet S, the left and right side frame seals 40b, the left and right upper cover seals 50b, the left and right side side cover seals 50c, the left and right side lamp seals 70b, the start chucker seal 80b and the attacker seal 90b are the same as described above. Since it is cut from the
Further, if the newly manufactured game board is left as it is for 24 (hours) in the above-mentioned atmospheric temperature environment at room temperature, the adhesive strength of the
As described above, since the forming materials of the
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 28 shows a main part of the second embodiment of the present invention. In the second embodiment, in the print film forming step S3 described in the first embodiment, the print film 20d is adopted instead of the print film 20b described in the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 28, the print film 20d is formed so as to have a wider outer shape than the print film 20b shown in FIG. Here, the print film 20d is formed by adding the upper and lower side edge portions J and the left and right side edge portions K to the upper and lower side end portions and the left and right side end portions of the print film 20b.
Along with this, in the second embodiment, the
Further, in the second embodiment, the laminated
Thus, in the second embodiment, the plurality of sealing
That is, the
Along with this, in the second embodiment, the plurality of printing films 20d are replaced with the plurality of printing films 20b described in the first embodiment, and the back surface side thereof is attached to the
After that, the process of the adhesive material layer attaching step S4 is performed in the same manner as in the first embodiment. Then, the processing of the cutting step S5 is performed substantially in the same manner as in the first embodiment. Here, the five-layer
Along with this, the
Then, the seal cutting step S6 is performed in the same manner as in the first embodiment. Here, unlike the first embodiment, the left and right side frame seals 40b, the left and right upper cover seals 50b, and the left and right side cover seals corresponding to the
After that, the processing of the sticking step S7 and the sticker sticking step S8 on the game board is performed substantially in the same manner as in the first embodiment, and the left and right side frame seals 40b, the left and right upper cover seals 50b, and the left and right side sides are both sideways. The
As described above, in the present second embodiment, in the decorative sheet S, the left and right side frame seals 40b, the left and right upper cover seals 50b, the left and right side side cover seals 50c, the left and right side lamp seals 70b, the start chucker seal 80b and the attacker. Unlike the first embodiment, the seal 90b is cut off from the upper and lower side edges J of the printing film 20d, but this also makes it possible to use the decorative sheet S including the outer peripheral portion without discarding the outer peripheral portion. It is economical because it can be utilized for the purpose of eliminating waste of the decorative sheet S. Other effects are the same as those in the first embodiment.
(Third Embodiment)
FIG. 29 shows a main part of the third embodiment of the present invention. In the third embodiment, the print film forming step S3 described in the first embodiment is changed to the step shown in FIG. 29.
When the plurality of adhesive film layers 60a are cut and formed in the same manner as in the first embodiment, in the print film forming step S3, a predetermined position is formed on the back surface of the adhesive film layer 60a, that is, the back surface of the
As shown in FIG. 29, the print film forming step S3 is composed of a plurality of steps S3a to S3c. First, in the printing film forming step S3a of the basic pattern, the predetermined printing pattern is printed by offset printing. The printing method is not limited to offset printing, and may be silk printing. Further, instead of the printing method, other methods such as hot stamping and film bonding may be used.
Then, in the printing film forming step S3b of the glue to which the hologram foil is attached, the ink (glue) to which the hologram foil is attached is printed by silk printing. As this ink, a transparent UV curable ink (resin) is used in the third embodiment.
Next, in the hologram foil transfer step S3c, the hologram foil is transferred. The hologram foil is transferred by a laminator (not shown).
As described above, when the printing film forming step S3 is completed, the processes of the following steps after the adhesive layer attaching step S4 are performed in the same manner as in the first embodiment, and a decorative sheet having a hologram foil is formed. By being attached to the
As described above, in the third embodiment, the decorative sheet described in the first embodiment has a configuration in which a hologram foil is additionally formed on the decorative sheet S described in the first embodiment. As a result, the

(8) In carrying out the present invention, the decorative sheet may be attached to the back surface of the game substrate, unlike each of the above embodiments.
(9) In carrying out the present invention, in each of the above embodiments, a predetermined print pattern may be printed and formed on the back surface of the base film instead of the print film, and the print film may be abolished. In this case, after the base film is attached to the protective film, a predetermined print pattern is printed and formed on the back surface of the base film.
(10) In carrying out the present invention, the
(11) Further, in carrying out the present invention, in the above embodiment, an example in which a WF-D804 type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive manufactured by Niei Kako Co., Ltd. is used as a material for forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive material layer has been described. Not limited, as the material for forming the adhesive material layer, a D-8048048 type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive manufactured by Niei Kako Co., Ltd. or a pressure-sensitive adhesive having adhesive strength characteristics similar to the above-mentioned WF-D804 type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is adopted. Alternatively, a WF-D501 (25) type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive manufactured by Niei Kako Co., Ltd. may be used.
Further, instead of the above-mentioned D-8048048 type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, an X-20028 type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive manufactured by Niei Kako Co., Ltd. may be adopted. The X-20028 type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive has a pressure-sensitive adhesive strength that is more difficult to peel off than the D-8048048-type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive in the pressure-sensitive environment at a low temperature.
Regarding the adhesive strength characteristics of the X-20028 type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, a plurality of samples are prepared, and the adhesive strength is compared with the D-8048048 type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive by the tensile tester described in the above embodiment. I tried to find out by measuring. The measurement conditions were to measure the adhesive strength in a low temperature atmosphere, for example, at an atmospheric temperature of 5 (° C.), 24 (hours) after each of the plurality of samples was formed.
Here, as a plurality of samples, a stainless steel sample and a PET sample were prepared. As stainless steel samples,
As PET samples,
The

Then, when the same tensile test as that of the first embodiment was performed, the
Further, in the
Further, in the
Further, in the
As described above, after 24 (hours) have elapsed in an atmosphere of 5 (° C.), the
However, after 24 (hours) have elapsed in an atmosphere of 5 (° C.), each of the
Therefore, after 24 (hours) have elapsed in an atmosphere of 5 (° C.), the X-20028 type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, which is the second adhesive, becomes the D-8048048 type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, which is the first adhesive. In comparison, it can exert even stronger adhesive strength.
It was also found that such a thing is established not only in the atmosphere of 5 (° C.) but also in the low temperature atmosphere of 9 (° C.) or less by measuring the adhesive strength by changing the atmosphere temperature in various ways.
As a result, when the X-20028 type acrylic adhesive is used as the adhesive, the decorative sheet S is peeled off from the

(15) Further, in carrying out the present invention, unlike the first embodiment, the left and right side frame seals 40b, the left and right upper cover seals 50b, and the left and right sides are replaced with the process of the seal sticking step S8 (holding according to FIG. 11). Both side cover seals 50c, left and right lamp seals 70b, start chucker seals 80b and attacker seals 90b are attached to the left and right sides of the lower frame of the center frame 40a, the left and right sides of the upper frame of the liquid
According to the above, after the consumer obtains the game board, the component seal can be attached to the front surface portion of at least one board component at the adhesive layer portion as needed, and the cosmetic board can be attached. The sheet can be effectively used including the central part without discarding the central part, and it is economical to eliminate waste of the decorative sheet.
