Claims (15)
- ガスタービン(GT)の缶燃焼器(102)のメンテナンスを実行するための装置(200)であって、
貫通して延びる少なくとも2つの締結具(220)を有し、前記GTの固定燃焼チャンバ(130)に係合するように構成された取付プレート(210)と、
前記缶燃焼器(102)に係合するように構成され、貫通して延びる一組の開口(290)を含む缶調整バー(230)と、
前記缶調整バー(230)の前記一組の開口(290)を通って延びて前記取付プレート(210)と結合され、前記取付プレート(210)を前記缶調整バー(230)と接続する一組のガイドピン(300)と、
前記缶調整バー(230)と前記取付プレート(210)との間に延び、前記取付プレート(210)に対する前記缶調整バー(230)の位置を変更するように構成された調整部材(320)と
を含む、装置(200)。 - 前記調整部材(320)が、ジャッキボルトを含む、請求項1に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記缶調整バー(230)が、雌ねじスロット(330)を含み、前記ジャッキボルトが、前記雌ねじスロット(330)を通って延び、前記ジャッキボルトが、前記雌ねじスロット(330)内で回転し、前記缶調整バー(230)を前記取付プレート(210)に対して変位させるために前記取付プレート(210)に力を加えるように構成される、請求項2に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記少なくとも2つの締結具(220)が、調整可能な止めねじまたは磁石を含む、請求項1に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記調整部材(320)が、手動ジャッキまたは油圧ジャッキを含む、請求項1に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記一組のガイドピン(300)の各ガイドピン(300)が、前記缶調整バー(230)の前記開口(290)の対応する1つを通って延びる、請求項1に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記缶調整バー(230)が、リップ(240)の半径方向外向き面(280)に係合するような寸法にされる、請求項1に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記一組のガイドピン(300)が、前記缶調整バー(230)の前記取付プレート(210)に対する横方向の移動を制限するように配置される、請求項1に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記缶調整バー(230)が、貫通して延びる一組の孔(260)を含み、前記装置(200)が、前記缶調整バー(230)内の前記一組の孔(260)のうちの1つの孔(260)を通って各々延びる一組の結合部材(270)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記一組の結合部材(270)が、ボルトを含む、請求項9に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記缶調整バー(230)が、前記一組のガイドピン(300)の主軸(Apgp)に沿って測定した場合に、前記取付プレート(210)の厚さ(tmp)の2倍~10倍の厚さ(tcab)を有する、請求項1に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記缶調整バー(230)および前記取付プレート(210)が、互いに平行なそれぞれの主軸(Apcab,Apmp)を有し、前記缶調整バー(230)が、前記缶調整バー(230)および前記取付プレート(210)の前記主軸(Apcab,Apmp)に垂直な方向に測定した場合に、前記取付プレート(210)の深さ(dmp)の2倍~5倍の深さ(dcab)を有する、請求項1に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記少なくとも2つの締結具(220)が、前記固定燃焼チャンバ(130)の半径方向外向き面(132)に係合するように配置される、請求項1に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記缶調整バー(230)の前記一組の開口(290)内に各々位置した一組のベアリングまたはブッシング(310)をさらに含み、前記一組のベアリングまたはブッシング(310)が、前記缶調整バー(230)を前記一組のガイドピン(300)に沿って移動させることを可能にする、請求項1に記載の装置(200)。
- ガスタービン(GT)の缶燃焼器(102)のメンテナンスを実行する方法であって、
請求項1乃至請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置(200)を前記缶燃焼器(102)に取り付けるステップと、
前記取付プレート(210)に対する前記缶調整バー(230)の位置を変更するために前記調整部材(320)を作動させるステップと
を含む、方法。
