Description
Claims (6)
- 容器(10)中の泡沫からガスを除去する方法であって、前記容器(10)は、泡沫浮選セルから泡沫を受け取る泡沫浮選セルまたはピストン室を含み、

前記泡沫を前記容器(10)からハウジング(13)内へ供給することと、
前記ハウジング(13)を通る流体の流れを提供することであって、流体の前記流れは、前記ハウジング(13)の開口または前記ハウジング(13)の入口導管に対して90°の角度である、流体の流れを提供することと、
前記泡沫中の前記ガスの少なくとも一部分が前記泡沫から除去され前記流体中に同伴されるように前記泡沫を前記流体中へ導入し、流体および同伴ガスの混合物を形成することと、
その後、流体および同伴ガスの前記混合物の一部を前記容器(10)へ戻すことと、
を含み、
ポンプ(12)は、前記容器(10)と前記ハウジング(13)との間に位置し、したがって前記容器から前記ポンプへ泡沫が移送され、前記泡沫の少なくとも一部分が前記ポンプから前記ハウジングへ抽出されるか、または前記泡沫の少なくも一部が、前記ポンプ(12)の吸引スプールから前記ハウジングへ抽出される、方法。 - 前記泡沫が、前記ハウジング内の開口または前記ハウジングに付随する入口導管を通って前記容器から前記ハウジングに入る、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記泡沫が、前記吸引スプールの中心またはその付近の点から抽出される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物は、流体中の固体粒子のスラリーおよび前記ポンプ(12)のケーシングから除去された泡沫を含む、請求項1~4の1項に記載の方法。
- 前記開口は、前記ハウジング(13)中の流路の制限部分内に位置し、前記流路または導管中の低圧区間または部分真空を形成することによって、前記泡沫は前記流路内に引き込まれる、請求項2に記載の方法。
